Staying here was like visiting grandmas house with very nostalgic pictures, recipes, photo albums, and all of the history to back it up. It felt like a museum. We loved the place.

Wonderful home in a very peaceful neighborhood. Lyssa was very responsive even at odd hours.

This place was perfect for our group. Had plenty of room for our trucks and trailers. Only thing negative is the beds and couch were not comfy. Everything else was great.

The place was amazing. The property looks exactly like the pictures. There are a lot floating devices. The host was ver accommodating. The location is in a lagoon so there is no boat traffic.

We ended up at Missy and Erik’s after another Airbnb fell through and it must’ve been kismet because we absolutely loved our stay. The property was spotless and beautiful. The riverfront was lovely. Missy and Erik were extremely communicative and helpful, especially supporting us through a massive storm. We will definitely be back! 10/10

Our family had a beautiful stay while visiting family in Tellico Village. We slept great, had lots of room to unpack and spread out, and the kitchen came stocked with some spices, flour, etc.

This is a GREAT place for families or groups. Especially those who are active. Lots of room to move around. Appears that the owners are constantly reinvesting and keeping adding to the property and what it offers. Seeing eagles daily was a treat. While we were off peak season, the area is well maintained and worked for us and our extended family coming from multiple locations. This home and location is highly recommended!

This is an old farmhouse from like 1905 or something, it’s been fully remodeled with very nice features. The beds were comfortable, the area was peaceful and there’s a great fire pit area. There is plenty of parking for large trailers and vehicles. The location is perfect for jeeps and SXS’s to get to Windrock. It retains a lot of the old school charm while having plenty of rooms, bathrooms and a nice communal area. The owner left enough fire wood for a couple decent fires so that was nice, not sure if that’s standard or not. There’s a lot of cameras outside which we didn’t really mind since it gave a little sense of security with the vehicles and stuff, but honestly it was very nice and it’s a pretty decent area. I would recommend for sure and we will stay again. The owner was very helpful and responsive. 5 stars!

My child walked in and said, "Oh, this feels like at home." He is not one to say such things but he was right. It was lovely, well-appointed, and extremely clean. I wish we could have stayed longer but we were in and out of the area for a family music event. We will definitely stay here again when we're in this region.

This was my first ever air bnb experience and I was a bit anxious and nervous about being 1000 miles from home. Jacob and Moe are literal angels! They were there in my time of transition and allowed me to bring my cat and extend my stay. They were super responsive to any needs and what started as temporary family became permanent! They invited me to a Super Bowl party and Jacob is a fantastic cook! The apartment had all the comforts of home and was very welcoming, cozy and peaceful. They had coffee in the fridge for me to brew with a coffee machine I fell in love with. The bed was super comfortable as well. They are an active family with little ones and yet treated me a stranger new to the state like family. Also the price compared to other air bnbs was amazing and helped with my budgeting in moving from Texas to Tennessee! I would have loved to have stayed with them longer. Highly recommend! If you are looking in the area, these are your people!

It was so very peaceful and cozy. It was a perfect location near my daughter’s house . I will definitely stay here again. Anita greeted me when I arrived and walked around to the entrance with me . She also helped me with my groceries and key pad. Thank you Anita and David !

Great location, cozy atmospere and their pizza restaurant shares the courtyard. Small and cozy!! Will stay again when in the area!

This cabin was just beautiful!!! We stayed out here the weekend that some of our friends got married at The Opal Oak Summit which had breathtaking Mountain Views just 25 minutes away in Morgan County, TN. The cabin up on the bluff above deep water dock made for a gorgeous place to kayak. We enjoyed paddling Watts Bar! And the decking was luxurious and private out from back of house, around the pool, and viewing area above the lake. And the screened in porch off the Master Bedroom / Sunroom dining area were our favorites! But there was even a downstairs for games, pool table, etc! And up by the fireplace was a comfy cozy place to hang and chat. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend here! I highly recommend this Air Bnb! What a lovely home for Rest and Relaxation!

This beautiful cabin was perfect for a large family! The view was incredible and the environment was welcoming and very clean! We especially loved the thoughtfulness of the s’mores kit for the kids! Russell was very prompt in responding and making sure we had all the details for our stay! The local grocery mart is about an hour away, so it was helpful he noted that in the description so we could stop and get all of our groceries before heading to the cabin. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, a clean hot tub, board games and a large dining table that the entire family could enjoy. The dock and kayaks were in great shape, great fun to fish! We look forward to visiting this home again. Highly recommend!!

Nice place in a private setting. The property is on a point between the lake’s inlet and main channel. We were there for a fishing charter and ended up catching more fish on this property than the paid trip. The best spot for catfish is in the deeper water just off the fire pit section of the yard toward the buoy. The house is clean and well appointed. Host is very friendly and responsive. Will be back!

What a great hideaway. The cabin was snug and cozy. Had ample room for parking and turn around. Living space was clean, uncluttered, and easy to navigate. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had all the desired equipment for making meals. The cabin doesn't have central air or heat and the time of year we stayed had cold mornings, but there were enough heaters to keep the space cozy. We did not use the fire pit, but did use the propane grill. Though the grill is supposed to be self starting, it wouldn't, but the grill supplies had all I needed to start it. The hot tub was attempted, but with little experience and light instructions, it was not a successfully comfortable attempt. Highly recommended.

Had a great time at the Fish Fry Cabin with husband and Grandkids. Very nice cabin everything user friendly. Well stocked store across the street that cooks 3 meals a day. Friendly area.

YOU HAVE TO STAY AT THIS HOME AWAY FROM HOME! Madeline and Jason were the best hosts we've ever had. Their home was spectacular from inside, out. They have a gem on the lake and it's perfect for the entire family. Madeline and Jason worked day and night to make their newly renovated lake house a place you can call home. The inside was perfect, from arcade games for adult children (like us lol) to a movie room with 8 heat & vibrate chairs to all new, very comfy decor. Then there's the outside fun that doesn't end either! A sauna, hot tub, decked out decking with grills and a beautiful fire pit. Lake fun wasn't possible since we stayed over New Years but we still enjoyed walking our dogs along the beach. They also have a beautiful dock for boating fun! Our hosts were so sweet & kind to drop off a bottle of wine for New Years too!!! Thank you for the wonderful memories you allowed us to create. Brandon already asked to come back!

The place was great! And the snack basket upon arrival was wonderful after a looong drive!! Everything was great! Really appreciated the clean hot shower after our day of driving! Tim responded very quickly with our questions and was very helpful!! Will be back!

Eli’s place exceeded our expectations! The home was immaculately clean and well appointed. We felt comfortable and right at home! They thought of everything and so many surprise extras — including a welcome basket, life jackets, kayaks and paddles, roasting sticks for the fire pit, family games, and a super fun hammock! The view is breathtaking, it’s a very peaceful and quiet location, and the patio and fenced in area was so convenient for our dog. From my husband and I… to the kids and our Mini Bernedoodle… we all had a blast and much needed time of relaxation together! We hope to be back for a longer stay! Definitely 5 stars!!
