Great place to stay especially with kids we had a great time can’t wait to go back

Normally I don’t write reviews. However this particular Air B&B experience was excellent and I wanted to make sure the host knows as well as other guests. My friend and I do an annual girls beach trip to OBX and this was the nicest condo we’ve stayed in so far. The host was extremely polite and attentive. The condo is beyond clean and comfortable. There are lots of little details that stand out: the bedside table has the wifi info, the sheets/linens smell amazing, the balcony furniture is extremely comfortable, and everything is labeled in the well stocked kitchen. We loved the luggage lift - that was a huge perk. The beach access is private and the crowd was quiet and respectful. We immediately booked for next year before we left. If you’re looking for a safe, cozy, peaceful beach condo this is the place!!

This you don't wanna miss! Unless you wanna have the beach at your feet, but this beautiful condo, looks over the Colington Creek! Such beautiful sunsets, from your private terrace on the second floor. Great bed, cotton sheets, great shower, big TV screen everything is just there to have a spacious and joyful stay. You can go for a hike in the peaceful neighborhood and the shopping is a few minutes driving, as is the beach. Mandy and Drew are very attentive and I appreciate all they did to make it a warm and comfortable stay. Thank you!! Highly recommended!!

We stayed for 6 nights and had a great time. The beach gear in the storage space was super helpful and made it easy to have a comfortable set up on the beach. Since it was the off season, the complex was mostly empty and very quiet. Love love love the location and will certainly return in the future!

Fantastic condo was exactly as described and expected. Host communication was excellent. Full kitchen was provided with cookware, silverware, cookware, and even a wine opener. Property amenities and beach access were greatly appreciated. Very quiet and peaceful in the off-season. Direct access to bike path was greatly appreciated for walking, running, and cycling. Town is a little over 2 miles south, so you can choose a long walk or quick bike ride for morning coffee and the famous Duck Donuts. Building G fronts the main road and will help you wake up in the morning so you can look out over the sound and make the most of the beautiful days. We look forward to staying on this property again or any other property with the excellent host!

Great stay in Nags Head while our kids school is still closed from Hurricane Helene. Right on the beach and close to lots of amenities.

Beautiful location, indoor and outdoor hot tub and pool, activities, I can’t even begin to write enough good things!! Perfect getaway for a couple like us!!

Location, location, location! We loved the easy beach access from the complex (direct boardwalk over the dunes from the pool) as well as the ability to walk to several restaurants (loved Kill Devil Grill!) and the Swells'a brewery. Having Harris Teeter about half a mile away made it easy to take care of any grocery needs. The condo itself was exactly as described in the listing, compact in size but completely reasonable for a couple or small family to enjoy. The deck outside the living room is a great amenity, complete with ocean sounds and an area to sit and enjoy the sea breeze. The place was immaculately clean and furnished comfortably so we felt right at home for our short stay.

We had a fantastic time! The space was everything we could have asked for and more! Brook was a superb host and extremely accommodating. We would definitely stay here again 🥰🌊

Obsessed! How neat to be above the Kitty Hawk Kite shop! A beautiful spot with the most beautiful views!

My family and I loved this place alot. It was kid friendly with alot of toys. There were bunk beds for the kids with an extra pull out mattress on the bottom. My dog enjoyed the large grass area outside to exercise. The house is literally a 5-10 minute walk depending on what you have with you. We were able to walk to Captain George's seafood restaurant for dinner. Sugar Planet was also very close by. We were there for my son's baseball tournament at Kitty Hawk Elementary School and it was only about 10 minutes away. I really enjoyed my stay here. Only blemish was no washer and dryer but was still extremely satisfied. I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to OBX. AND THE PRICE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE 😊

Wonderful condo right on the beach, exactly as described! Clean, easy access, covered parking, indoor pool was much appreciated. We’d stay there again!

This was my very first time reserving one of these! It was awesome… we just didn’t stay long enough due to the weather we had to go back home! We will be booking again REALLY SOON for a longer stay!

Lovely stay with our 2 small children in March. The place is clean, well equipped and felt brand new. Would recommend!

The property was absolutely fantastic. right on the beach with great views.

Martin was a super responsive host. Anything we needed he was there to help. The place was gorgeous and in a really nice location. The unit was right next to the pool and tucked away from the main road. The pool was nice and it wasn't too crowded when we went. If you look really close you can see the ocean from the private balcony. Parking wasn't an issue for us. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Would 100% recommend staying here if you don't want to be right on the beach but close enough that it takes 3 minutes to drive the the beach access. Overall, this was the perfect place for our girls trip.

Catherine's place is amazing!! it is exactly as described. it's clean, comfortable, cozy, and exactly where you want to be for a restful and relaxing vacation. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway in the Outer Banks. As beautiful as the place is it is still no comparison to the kindness of the host. I have never come across a more kind and considerate host!! You can't go wrong with Catherine's place.

Great location and hosts. This condo is always our first choice when working in Wanchese.

This home is BEAUTIFUL!! It’s walking distance to the beach as well as close to many restaurants and grocery stores. It’s no more than 15 to multiple fishing piers and a Walmart. I enjoyed every second I was there and most definitely will book again when I head to Nags Head area

Natalie & Michael’s place was perfect for our stay to visit with local family. They were incredibly responsive, contacting me proactively and getting back to messages right away. They were also very flexible and friendly. Their place was exactly as described and pictured, very comfortable, and well-appointed. I did quite a bit of cooking and found the kitchen to be well equipped with everything I needed. The location was ideal for us given proximity to our daughter’s place, but even apart from that it is generally a very convenient spot, close to groceries, restaurants, the beach, walking trails and parks, and plenty to do. The views, particularly at sunset, from this unit are stunning and I’m sure at a warmer time of year we would have spent a lot of time on the screened porch!

We loved this condo! The location is incredible for nature lovers as it sits right on the edge of Jockey’s Ridge State Park, and it was just a short drive to Nags Head Wildlife Refuge. We really appreciated having a nice sound system to listen to records on, and we enjoyed the faux fireplace at night. If we had stayed longer, we would definitely have used the included YMCA passes, but we spent most of our time either outdoors on walks or relaxing in the condo. We prepared all of our meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. Heidi was an excellent host. She was friendly and communicative and generous in her accommodation of our specific needs. We would absolutely return here again.

Just got back home & wishing we could have stayed longer!! This unit was a great location. Not only oceanfront but first floor 👌 Our daughter loved having the pool right there and were just a few steps from the beautiful beach. We are already thinking ahead for next summer and can't wait to book this unit with George again!

This place was fantastic! The location is centered around plenty of shopping, restaurants and right by the beach. This was the perfect place for a nice group vacation with my wife and our friends. Ashley & Gabe were excellent hosts. Nothing but great things to say!
