I had a wonderful stay. Kurt was very very responsive. They provided very clear instructions. The cleaning service did an excellent job making the inside so so clean. That part of old, historic Lynchburg has so much rustic charm! I love that they’re preserving all of these old buildings along the steep hillside down to the river. Our host did a great job making the White Swan feel hip and clean, yet at the same time, letting things like their old brick and other historic features stand out. I have always lived in old historic homes, so I felt extremely comfortable there. I enjoyed the non-fancy raw seafood place just down the hill in front of the place. They were very friendly and home make their pizza dough! I saw a lot more than seafood. Neighborhood felt very safe too. I will be back! can’t wait to explore more of the river walk too!

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The surroundings were gorgeous, the house was clean and beautifully decorated, and there were fresh-made cookies and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The hosts proactively gave clear instructions for where to park and how to get inside, and recommended their favorite local restaurant. The kitchen was spotless and very well equipped, and they even provided a clean, well-maintained gas grill. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to the area!

Great stay! Clean apartment, convenient location, and easy parking. The hosts were great, responsive, and helpful.

We left some clothes in our hurry to leave and see some family. Spencer let us know immediately and gave us clear instructions on how to pick up our forgotten belongings. We even booked last minute and he was able to give me the exact distance to my grandmothers nursing home.

This was our second stay, and this time it was for an extended rental period. Brittany & Cory were hospitable and conscious of meeting any needs we had. The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking supplies and extra cooking appliances. The washer & dryer was so helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our time in this quiet, rustic, cozy basement AirBnB. It met all our needs.

Great cozy spot in Lovingston! Ed was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. Despite all the rain we were able to have a lovely weekend getaway. Wineries and restaurant options close by.

The place was really special. The view from the balcony was picturesque. I was just sorry I had to work and couldn't spend more time taking in the views. Michelle did a great job communicating with me. Everything was exactly as proposed. The place had everything I needed and then some. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. This was such a peaceful and relaxing place to spend a few days. Kathryn was very responsive and helpful with directions and suggestions of things to do in the area. The place was very comfortable and we had a wonderful time visiting Floyd and the surrounding area.

Taylor and Hunter were wonderful hosts that keep a clean, thoughtful, well presented cottage out in the Virginia country side. They were very responsive, kind and such hospitable hosts. We will certainly be staying with them again in the future!

Christopher's Place was perfect for our spur of the moment plans to travel to Lynchburg for a couple days. This basement apartment is outfitted with most everything you could want or need and the hot tub was icing on the cake! The location was outstanding being in a quiet neighborhood, but only a short distance and drive to everywhere in Lynchburg. There was some pitter patter of little feet overhead, but a whitenoise machine is provided on a bedside table to minimize that, if needed. Christopher's place is a good value all around and we will be sure to check its availability the next time we need to be in the area.

Lenora is very responsive and the unit is just as she described it. The grounds around the buildings are spacious and offer a beautiful view of Smith Mountain across the lake. Great value!

Perfect location - easy walk to campus. The apartment is brand new and spotless. Carol has everything you would need. This is a great place if you are visiting for a football game or graduation. We will definitely be back!

Went for a relaxing weekend with no plans to do much of anything. And did just that! Beautiful peaceful area! Lots of great restaurants in the area. Wake cafe was delish! The home was perfect for the 2 of us.
