A great retreat to decompress and enjoy nature. It’s like treehouse living! We had a great time there!

Brilliant place to stay for our work visit. Beautiful surroundings and great accommodation. Tommy was a brilliant host and really easy to communicate with and fast to reply. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms, really comfy bed to sleep on. All the kitchen facilities we could need and brilliant laundry facilities which really helps keep luggage light when travelling. Wifi was great, no issues with speed or connection. Cell signal on T-Mobile was no issue. There are some great restaurant's in Dillsboro and Franklin near by. Is in a perfect location for touring around the Smoky Mountains. Would happily stay again if I'm in the area working or travelling with family. Highly recommend a stay.

What a magical trip! We truly enjoyed Kate's place. It was clean, beautiful and exactly as described. We arrived later than expected, but getting in and finding the location was a breeze. I asked Kate about a few things around the city and she was quick and helpful. The view is amazing, the amenities are top notch from the Massage Chairs, to the Hot Tub, to the stocked kitchen, to the Washer/Dryer, to the fireplace and ease of use of Wifi, TVs, and Kitchen appliances. We had quite a bit of snowfall the day before we left, but getting around and out was a breeze (Thanks to the availability of a thoughtful shovel!). The roads were kept cleared by the city, so there was no issues and the snow just made the place even more magical and beautiful. We definitely hope to stay at Kate's place again sometime in the future, it was everything you could ask for in a great trip to Gatlinburg! Thanks for everything Kate!

Lex’s directions were perfect in getting us to the cabin. The view was amazing and we enjoyed spending time on the deck with the fireplace. There was plenty of wood to burn so my boyfriend was able to keep a fire going as long as he wanted. There were great options to go for meals, we enjoyed Hoppy Trout Brewery in Andrews. Checking in and out were very easy and Lex was very quick to respond to my messages. We would love to come back again!

We had a great time! The house was great to stay in. It is very close to everything and the location felt very private. Overall it was an amazing stay!

This was probably the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in, including the hot tub. It's cozy, comfortable, everything works great, it was easy to find and really peaceful. I would definitely return again for another getaway, we had a great time and really recommend it!

Spacious, clean and comfortable home! We have a 5 person family so it was great for each boy to have their own room and a master room (with a very nice, large bathroom!) Cynthia was very responsive, we had a few issues pop up but she got back to me right away and mostly they were out of her control (seemed weather related).

We had an absolutely amazing stay for our yearly family winter trip! Jodi was extremely helpful responsive and helpful, the space was very clean, looked just like the photos and has everything you could possibly need. Jodi was nice enough to allow us to check in early and check out late as we were traveling from Miami so our schedule had us arriving earlier than expected. Our day of check out it snowed like crazy, Jodi let us check out late to allow the snow on the drive way to melt a bit so we could leave safely. We really enjoyed our stay, exceeded expectations! Can’t wait to book hopefully next year :) 10/10
