We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is lovely and very clean. Smelled so nice walking in. You can tell this house is loved and very well taken care of. The bedrooms are nice and spacious and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need. The back porch is amazing! The host is very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here when going to the Nashville area.

Dianne and her husband were very responsive and fantastic hosts. Their home was so much more than expected. This trip was the first for me by myself in along time and the home made it a perfect trip. The home is near family and the perfect place for us to stay and have our own space. Thanks again!!!

This stay was amazing! I absolutely loved it. Rachel and Steph were amazing hosts and made sure they attended to our every need. We will be sure to boom again when we come back!

Good location if you need to get to all of the following: Hendersonville, Gallatin, Goodlettsville, Rivergate, and Nashville (I have friends in family in all those areas). Private and quiet, which were priorities for us. Nice kitchen, loved the firepit outside and the fireplace inside. Plenty of room for 4-5 people. Would definitely come back!!!

We stayed at Codie’s home for several months after moving to the Nashville area with our two young kids. The house was extremely clean upon check in and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. There is also a small park in the neighborhood which is great for young kiddos. Codie always communicated efficiently with us and responded to any questions we had. We were sad when we had to leave but would definitely stay again!

Eric & Karen were very responsive and helpful. Home was very clean and felt like home. Will be our place to stay in the future.

This Airbnb was exactly as listed, it was very clean and well organized the pool table and ping pong were a plus. The host were very nice and responded in a timely manner, I wish I could have stayed longer and I would 100% come back. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a peaceful vacation with a beautiful view.

We used this place to break our long trip in half. So we only stayed one night. Dana was so responsive to every question we asked. From needing an extra mattress to what local places to take our family. We pulled in the driveway, waved to the neighbors chickens that were roaming around, tried the door code once and walked right in! Everything seemed brand new or newly redone like the wood floors. Would definitely recommend 😀

I loved this sweet, space. It was honestly larger than I expected and I appreciate street parking was easy and grocery stores and drug stores were close. It’s not far from highways or downtown, but far enough to have some peace. Host was super responsive and friendly. The kitchen is a full kitchen which is always great if you like to cook

This quiet neighborhood is quite delightful, with easy access to lots of great restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. I really enjoyed exploring East Nashville, but it was also super easy to get into downtown either by renting an E bike or driving. The Airbnb itself is clean and functional. The bed was comfortable.

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Such a cute place! Clean, comfortable, and quiet. You can easily walk to coffee and dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for a long weekend! Close to everything we needed and wanted while also being quieter at night. Host was very responsive with great recommendations! Would definitely stay here again!

Christy was such a great host. I had to book her spot last minute and Christy made sure to have the place ready for me as soon as I arrived. I had everything I needed and the washer/dyer unit was very convenient too. Her place is in a great location. Super walkable to all the popular shops and restaurants.

We actually dealt with Tim, the co-host, and our interactions couldn't have been better. He was quickly responsive and amenable to requests.

We were extremely pleased with this unit and our stay. Very close to alot of activities and tours. Much appreciated for having us as guests. And the wildlife off the back porch birds,ground hogs,squirrels were a added bonus for us. When we come back we will definitely like to stay here again..

Jessica’s one bedroom condo was a very nice place to stay for my first time in Nashville Neat and tidy. Welcoming vibe when you walked in. Loved that there was an actual extra bed instead of the pull out couch In a quieter part of the city, peaceful around the condo area, yet so easy to walk to downtown. Several places just a few blocks away to get coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, listen to live music. Overall a good first time visit!

Loved my stay. I would recommend staying here. Felt at home and stay was comfortable. When I come back I plan on staying here again. Thank you for my time there.

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

We really enjoyed our time in Nashville. We loved the Airbnb it was clean, & comfortable.

We had a great trip. This was in a great area to stay in close relation to broadway. The hosts were very friendly, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The counters were a little dusty and there was a little bit of old food left in the fridge but other than that the place was clean and a great place to stay for a week.

Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!
