We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is lovely and very clean. Smelled so nice walking in. You can tell this house is loved and very well taken care of. The bedrooms are nice and spacious and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need. The back porch is amazing! The host is very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here when going to the Nashville area.

Our company placed a client in Jill's property while they were unable to live in their home during insurance repairs. We have worked with Jill before and she is an excellent host. She is always proactive and quick to respond and treats our clients amazing. We would highly recommend any of her properties. For this property our client has done nothing but sing the praises of Jill and the property. She said they loved seeing the deer. The home was perfect for them and so clean. She has had nothing but excellent things to say about Jill and her team. If you need a little private time, some relaxation we highly recommend this property as well as any of Jill's other properties.

Classically restored old home that keeps the old home feel like beautiful woodwork and oak floors while being very comfortable and open. Interior design is modern but not flashy… classic old world with modern touches. Huge comfortable beds. Soft and plush linens and towels. Well equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. Remarkably quiet home for being just a block away from downtown. Host response time the quickest I have seen… professional and helpful. One of the best homes we have stayed in… we would stay here again and highly recommend this home.

Forest is an excellent host and his home felt comfortable, clean, organized and well stocked with more than we could’ve expected. It’s very family friendly with a safety gate and a baby swing on the deck, miscellaneous safety items in place for the baby and a trampoline the kids loved. Whether traveling with kids or just adults this is the perfect location and home to rent. Thank you Forest for everything! We’ll be back!

Greg’s place was lovely and so peaceful. We didn’t feel like we were in the city, but so many things are right around the corner. It is a lovely home and the location is amazing. The neighborhood is so nice and the locals are very friendly. All in all one of the best stays I have had on Air Bnb.

We had a great stay for our first time visiting Nashville. Location was great, we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay again on our next visit.

The location was super convenient with easy access to the various places we were visiting while in Nashville. The condo easily accommodated our family, was clean/organized, and included all the necessary towels, pillows, blankets, etc. The host was incredibly responsive and kind.

We loved the location and the place. We had some initial cleaning issue that was quickly and fairly resolved. The cleaning person they sent was AMAZING. I would DEFINITELY stay there again. Thanks Alex.

Donna’s place was just fantastic. It is in a private area. It’s perfect for 2 people and a dog. Every decoration in the house was just perfect and thoughtful even down to many “doggie” watering stations inside and out. I believe we will probably make this our spring break destination. Donna was so responsive I could barely get out of the app and there she was with her response to any question I had. Looking forward to future stays. Thank you Donna!

First time staying at the cabin. It was breathtaking beautiful. The host was beyond helpful on instructions getting to the Cabin and reponsed to any questions almost immediately. Definitely recommended to anyone!

Such a perfect stop for us! This was by far the most memorable and unique place my husband and I have stayed at together. Clean and peaceful with tons of southern charm. The flowers in the rooms were such an awesome touch. We certainly had amazing hospitality here! Would recommend this to anyone. Also considering coming all the way back again sometime. Loved it here!!!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cottontown. Austin made our trip so easy and was accessible throughout the stay. His cottage was lovely and very peaceful. We had a wonderful time and hope to go back!

I wish we would have stayed here more than one night! It was just the rustic, peaceful, Tennessee vibe we were looking for! The cookies and fresh flowers were an added bonus! This property features so much history. We were thankful to meet a friend of Kelly's, who walked the property with us and told us of the history. Kelly was a wonderful host and quickly responded to all of my questions. We are already planning to bring a few friends down to stay here again for several days! Highly, highly recommended!

Kelly's treehouse was ecerything described and so much more. We are local and just needed a quiet getaway from our kids. The hot tub and scenery were the best. Kelly is a truly wonderful, kind host and even had beautiful fresh cut flowers and baked treats waiting for us. We will be back!
