Greg’s place was lovely and so peaceful. We didn’t feel like we were in the city, but so many things are right around the corner. It is a lovely home and the location is amazing. The neighborhood is so nice and the locals are very friendly. All in all one of the best stays I have had on Air Bnb.

Great place near downtown—clean and welcoming! Loved that we could bring our dog, and the fenced backyard was a big plus. It was also super easy to catch an Uber to Broadway for a fun night out.

This home is stunning and it was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in. The place was spotless and we truly felt at home. We literally had everything we needed plus more! Very cool, cozy bungalow in a fantastic location...right in the heart of East Nashville's Five Points / East End neighborhood. Nealy was very kind and courteous. Comfortable bed, nice porch / backyard area. Would definitely recommend for two people looking to stay in a safe, walkable area.

Great location and alternative to paying the crazy hotel prices near Broadway. A lot of great things walking distance from unit. Bed was super comfortable and shower had good water pressure (that’s an important one for me!). Carrie was a great host. Clear instructions, friendly, responsive, and check in/out was very easy.

This place was exactly like described and very clean and relaxing. We especially liked the proximity to all the great resturaunts and downtown things to do. Will definitely recommend and use this place again.

Liz was overall an excellent hostess. She is very responsive and provided clear instructions. Overall the location was great and it was walkable to several areas. We ended up ubering downtown quite a bit but was very close to Germantown and several restaurants. Could potentially walk downtown within ~25 minutes. The condo itself was very clean, maintained well, and the small balcony was a delight. The area itself is pretty industrial and there’s a lot of surrounding construction but that’s my only minor complaint. I’m sure that vibe will improve after they get all finished up. Would definitely recommend!

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

This place was very clean and cute! We very much enjoyed our stay! I loooooved the rainfall shower!

Great place to spend a weekend with friends. Within walking distance to most of the downtown attractions. Would definitely recommend this listing to anyone.
