Originally built in the 1880’s, its thick adobe walls, original mud floors, reed ceilings and thatched roof are natural insulators against the heat and cold of the Little Karoo. Rose Cottage is a stand alone century old farm cottage made postcard-perfect by the milieu of flowers, horses, green fields, dramatic mountains and adjacent farm dam. Canary Cottage

Let your troubles disappear at Canary Cottage... where the dawn chorus nudges you awake, siestas are punctuated by the gentle nibbling of the town's horses outside, and frogs ping from the vlei as evening falls. Which all makes the occasional Hadeda trumpet seem that much louder (as Pharrell Williams can attest)!! The surrounding parkland ensures peace and tranquility despite being a 3-minute stroll from various restaurants, shops and the supermarket.

Located in upper McGregor, right on the edge of the Krans reserve with stunning views and easy access to walking trails. A relaxed 10 minute walk to Tebaldis and the main street in town. The property is a newly built standalone small home with off street parking, free WiFi, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area and large patio areas to relax and enjoy the view anytime of the day.
