Michael greeted us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and took time to show us around his beautiful home. This was a family holiday with 6 adults and the ample space both inside and out worked perfectly for us all, we felt at home and relaxed. The whole house is extremely luxuriously and well equipped, we used the BBQ and the pizza oven both of which worked perfectly. Michael was always available to help with any questions we had and the location is perfect for day trips to Firenze, Siena etc. We enjoyed a wonderful week and would thoroughly recommend Michael’s home.

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Perfect stay in Leonardo's beautiful house. I highly recommend it to all travelers in Florence. The house is beautiful and the garden and the pool are extraordinary. Leonardo is extremely attentive and very kind. To be recommended absolutely.

What a lovely hidden gem, after a few days in busy Rome Giovanni places was exactly what we needed for a few days of relaxation. Closer to Pisa and Florence the apartment has everything we needed and the swimming pool was a bonus, so peaceful and clean. Giovanni very helpful and his home made bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. For certain one our favourite places we been this time in Italy.

The apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings. It takes quite a while to get there up the hill, but the views reward it! The place was clean and well-prepared for our stay. Good spot if you look for some peace and quiet and want to stay away from the noise!

Casa Doriana è in una posizione meravigliosa per chi ama la natura e la tranquillità. Abbiamo passato un fine settimana in compagnia molto piacevole in quanto c'è una grandissima zona di giardino dove poter giocare con gli amici. Pier Giuseppe è molto cordiale e ci ha dato preziose indicazioni su come raggiungere la vicina Bologna. Consigliatissimo a tutti.

CampoPineta ist ein guter Ort um sich zu erholen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist sauber. Tolle Landschaft und gute Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und Alessandra ist ein freundlicher Mensch.

Les hôtes sont très acceuillants et facilitants. Ils proposent même des informations sur les activités ponctuelles. La maison et la piscine sont très agréables et nous avons passé de bons moments. Même des coins d’ombre sont proposés. Comme d’autres l’ont dit, la route devant la maison est très passante et bruyante. Dans la maison ou au bord de la piscine, aucune gêne par cela.

Very comfortable and high spec renovation of the historic farmhouse ... spacious, relaxing, huge pool, bedrooms stayed cool even as temperature reached 30+ degrees. Great restaurant just round the corner, and top wineries nearby. Fantastic weekend was had, thank you Maurizio!

Logement très propre et confortable. Flora nous a bien accueillis, les œufs de ses poules ainsi que l'huile d'olive (produit chez elle) ont aussi été appréciés. Nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de la Toscane.

Alloggio adatto per una vacanza rilassante, fornito di tutti i servizi (internet purtroppo prende poco). Comunicazione con Tiziana molto efficace. Dintorni splendidi, a meno di un'ora da Urbino e a venti minuti da San Leo.

Helt fantastisk hus med massere af charme og personlighed. Så dejligt et hus, at vi overvejer at booke det igen næste år. Regina som stod for huset var virkelig sød og nem at få fat i, ved spørgsmål.

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

Mais wouahou. Quel havre de paix ! Ce séjour malheureusement trop court a été magique. Le lieu est sublime, d’un calme absolu avec des chatons et un chien, des poules… Le logement est incroyable, extrêmement bien équipé, propre avec des fleurs fraîches, on se sent comme à la maison! Et Prem est une hôte d’exception, un panier avec des spécialités italienne, une bouteille de vin et des légumes de son potager et elle est d’une douceur et d’une gentillesse! Ce lieu est magique si vous voulez vous ressourcez, être en accord avec la nature et les animaux. Sublime

L'appartement de Simone est au milieu de la campagne, entouré d'arbres avec un beau point de vue depuis la terrasse sur les collines environnantes. Il est de plein pied. En octobre, avec un petit gilet, nous avons encore pu prendre des petits -déjeuners sur cette terrasse. La place de parking juste en face de l'appartement est très pratique. Pour visiter Florence, nous nous rendions à un petit parking, à 10 km, au centre de Galluzzo (Piaza Don Pietro Puliti), ensuite avec les bus 36 ou 37 , nous étions en 15 mn au centre de Florence. Pour aller visiter Sienne, il nous a fallu 1 h de voiture. Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour : 1 jour à San Gimignano (45 mn de route), 3 jours à Florence, 1 jour à Sienne, 1 jour à Cortona. Il nous a juste manqué du temps pour visiter Pise. Ce sera pour la prochaine fois.

Una bella casetta tutta per noi in mezzo a un prato verde pieno di margherite. La camera è un piccolo bagno con vasca sono al piano superiore, il pavimento in vetro è molto particolare e si armonizza bene con il resto della casa. Cucina con piano a induzione, completa di tutti gli accessori necessari. Bagno accogliente. Salotto ampio. All'esterno un tavolino dove poter fare colazione e alcune poltrone per rilassarsi la sera. Niente da dire, ci siamo trovati benissimo, Enrico ci ha accolti con calore, come vecchi amici, e ci ha anche regalato alcune uova delle sue splendide gallinelle che venivano a trovarci alla finestra! Superconsigliato, ritorneremo.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

En sand perle! Min familie og jeg boede en uge i Barbaras hus, og vi nød hvert sekund! Det er helt unikt at bo blandt så meget historie også med den smukkeste udsigt. Det var utroligt varmt, så vi brugte det meste af tiden ved poolen og spiste i det overdækkede område. Helt perfekt! Vi var 8 voksne og havde al den plads vi skulle bruge. Vi havde selv nogle blæsere med da der var flere værelser uden og ikke var nogen i opholdsrummene. Dette var essentielt for at vi kunne holde varmen ud. Ferien vi havde sammen var i sandhed uforglemmelig og det var bestemt rammerne om den som medfør at vi vil huske den sådan. Hvis du nyder at tage billeder, autentisk æstetik og en personlig airbnb er denne perfekt. Det er et af det fedeste og bedste steder vi har boet. Stor tak og vores varmeste anbefalinger.

What a beautiful and special place in Tuscany! You can sit and imagine living here hundreds of years ago as you enjoy all of the details Angela has provided to make it comfortable and abundant. The pictures don't do it justice...the place is larger and more embracing than the photos. Angela cared a lot and when a few little things were not quite right, she made them right. This is a beautiful and top place to stay to enjoy the Tuscany countryside, not far from Florence and all it offers. The town is charming and the folks were kind to us. We did, as one reviewer suggested, enjoy wine at the community center late one night and great sandwiches in the day! Make sure to explore the town in the day and take time to be a part of it.

Friendly host, and the villa looks better in reality than the pictures give impression of.
