Roccastrada : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Stefania war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Bei der Ankunft hat sie uns sogar einen selbst-gemachten Limoncello geschenkt, weil wir die ersten Gäste im Jahr waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen, das Stadtzentrum und das Meer sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Appartamento corrispondente al 100% alla descrizione riportata. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi: l'appartamento e' decisamente spazioso, fresco e dotato di ogni comfort. L'arredamento e' molto moderno. La pulizia impeccabile. La posizione e' strategica: in meno di un minuto a piedi ci si ritrova nella via principale del centro di Castiglione con numerosi negozi e ristoranti (un consiglio: prenotare sempre per tempo perché si rischia di rimanere senza cena! Noi siamo stati a Castiglione nella settimana di ferragosto e senza prenotare si faceva fatica a trovare posto anche in tarda serata). In pochi minuti a piedi ci si ritrova sul lungomare dove ci sono numerosissimi stabilimenti balneari ma anche numerose spiagge libere. Davanti all'appartamento il supermercato e' comodissimo! Niccolò e Daniela si sono dimostrati sempre gentili e super disponibili: ringraziamo in particolar modo Daniela per tutte le dritte che ci ha dato!!!! Sconsigliato!

Andrea et Emmanuel sont des super hôtes. Ils sont prêts à vous aider si vous avez besoin. Ils ont été d’une grande aide pour nous. On recommande fortement l’endroit, avec une voiture vous avez accès à pleins d’endroits et le stationnement dans la rue est facile. Proche de plages et de lieux historiques. Un endroit paisible.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa no início de outubro! A anfitriã Paola, nos recebeu com muita simpatia, oferecendo orientações detalhadas sobre a acomodação e ótimas dicas sobre o que fazer em Siena e nos arredores. A localização é um pouco afastada do centro, ideal para quem está de carro, e captura perfeitamente o espírito da Toscana. O apartamento é amplo, muito bem equipado e com uma varanda encantadora (que pode ser solicitada ao anfitrião) com vista para o campo e cercada de oliveiras, ótima para um vinho ao final da tarde ou um café da manhã memorável. Também há uma lavanderia disponível, onde pudemos lavar nossas roupas gratuitamente, além de uma secadora por 1 Euro a cada 10 minutos. Gostamos muito da experiência e, sem dúvidas, voltaríamos para revivê-la!

L’allocco di Daniele era perfetto per le nostre esigenze, siamo andati a Poggibonsi per un’operazione agli occhi ed il suo alloggio era in una posizione perfetta, a 5 minuti dalla clinica ed a 5 minuti dal centro storico. Consiglio molto

We had a great stay - the property has lots of charm and character and was really clean and well equipped. Giuditta was a very helpful host, assisted us with excellent restaurant recommendations and information for the area. She was very responsive and gave us an excellent stay. Would highly recommend!

I don’t even know where to start this review because this stay was more than we could have ever imagined. Beyond the actual beauty of the accommodation and the incredible view from the yard, Riccardo made our stay even more special. Without exaggeration, he was the most welcoming host—we felt completely like home. He was helpful whenever we needed anything, and we truly appreciated the dessert he brought us. With a host like him, we honestly never wanted to leave.I would have given more than 5 stars if I could, and we would have liked to stay more than 2 nights. We will definitely return when we have the opportunity.

Highly recommend this place! It’s cozy, clean, comfortable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very convenient for exploring other beautiful highlights of Tuscany. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico nella casa di Lorenzo! La villa è ben attrezzata con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, e la vista è davvero spettacolare. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa grazie al fantastico benvenuto e alla pulizia impeccabile. Lorenzo è stato un ospite eccezionale, rispondendo prontamente a tutte le nostre domande e fornendo ottimi consigli su ristoranti, attività locali e luoghi da visitare. Uno dei punti più alti della nostra esperienza è stata la scoperta di ristorante fenomenale grazie ai suoi suggerimenti! La posizione della villa è perfetta, a metà strada tra Firenze, Pisa e molte altre cittadine pittoresche. Abbiamo potuto esplorare facilmente tutto ciò che ci interessava, da monumenti storici a bellissimi paesaggi naturali. Inoltre, la zona è ben servita, con tutti i servizi essenziali a pochi minuti di distanza, inclusi ottimi ristoranti e negozi. Questo è un posto ideale per coppie, famiglie o chiunque stia cercando una vacanza rilassante e non.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Casa affascinante , molto curata e in ottima posizione per visitare San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Peccioli e altri borghi. Ottima comunicazione con Lorenzo che si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Montalcino Townhouse was recently remodeled. Everything was new, clean and comfortable. The location was basically in the center of town. Easy walks to restaurants, cafés and free parking. Great location to explore the area from.

Wow, what an amazing stay at Gianluca’s place! The location is hands down amazing. In the central shopping area with lots of coffee shops and restaurants within a few minutes of walking. We always felt very safe traversing the area. The interior of the unit was spectacular. Beautiful furniture. Gianluca had slippers, different soaps, & snacks awaiting for us upon arrival. Check in and checkout were both easy. Beds were so comfy. And there was a sauna! We requested a change to the reservation and Gianluca was quick to respond and accommodating. He also gave us suggestions on transfers and tours in the area. Really appreciated how helpful he was and also how beautifully stunning the place was! The pictures don’t even begin to do it justice! Thank you for the opportunity to experience Sienna from your home!

This Medieval Penthouse is truly stunning and a great place to stay! The living space is huge, with very high ceilings, great lighting, views of the surrounding Tuscan hillside, an amazing kitchen and all the amenities like apple TV, a huge table and sitting area. The Bedrooms are both upstairs and very comfortable. Both bedrooms have their own very beautiful and well appointed bathrooms. We would gladly stay again!

Ce lieu était ce à quoi nous aspirions dès le départ dans ce séjour toscan : une vue imprenable, de la verdure, du calme. L'accueil a été formidable, une bouteille de Proseco pour le nouvel an, des animaux tranquilles, câlins sans être envahissant. La maison est grande, lumineuse, meublée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons pu profiter de la cheminée. Florence se trouve à 23mn en voiture. C'est tout simplement un petit paradis sur terre.

We had a wonderful week in Siena, and the apartment was perfect. High ceilings, windows with beautiful views, kitchen with everything we needed. The apartment provided a quiet respite from the bustle outside. Just lovely.

הדירה של פרנצ׳סקו נעימה ובייתית. אפשר אפילו לבשל במטבח ובו כל הציוד הנדרש. הדירה נמצאת בכפר עתיק יפהפה ומשקיפה על נופים טוסקניים עוצרי נשימה. פרנצ׳סקו היה זמין וחברותי, סייע לנו בהמלצות ובהתמצאות בבית ובסביבה. מומלץ בחום.

We loved the villa! it exceeded our expectations in comfort, ease, and beauty in every way! The photos cannot communicate the tranquility and charm of the house and view. Patricia is a wonderful host and directed us to a restaurant with the best views and food we had in all of Italy. It was perfect and we hope to return one day! Such a lovely place as a "base camp" to visit the many wonderful surrounding attractions! Love this villa!!!

We absolutely loved staying here! It is so charming and cosy. We felt relaxed straight away. The hosts complimentary items are really thoughtful. The apartment is perfect for two, immaculately clean with everything you need for a stay. Its a relaxing and comfortable space, attention to detail, feels like you’re being hosted by friends! Fast communication and the hosts are really friendly and helpful. So close to the town its a quick walk but the street is quiet still. Would definitely recommend!

Sptless clean, easy instructions with both photos and videos, two level apartment, that has all! Don't hesitate if you are a couple of even 4 friends, the apartment was impeccable!
