Roccella Ionica : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Il posto è molto tranquillo, rilassante e silenzioso. Ideale per rilassarsi con i bamviniPurtroppo avevano solo due giorni. La prossima volta ci organizziamo meglio e cercheremo di restare più a lungo. L' accoglienza è la disponibilità, super!

My wife and I vacationed in Italy for 6 weeks. For our last 2 weeks we stayed in Tropea. We were not disappointed! Giulio's apartment was spacious and very clean. The bed is comfortable. The place is right in the town with lots of restaurants and shops. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk. The beach is amazing. The water is crystal clear. We swam everyday. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the train station, so if you're not traveling by car it is very convenient to do day trips to other towns like Pizzo or Scilla (which we did!) When we arrived in Tropea we were met at the apartment by a young man who got us into the apartment and showed us how everything works and answered all our questions. Giulio is a wonderful host! He was always immediately responsive and gave many recommendations. Tropea is a lovely coastal town! We walked everywhere as we explored the town and the locals are very friendly. We would love to return and rent Giulio's place again!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in the month of Ocotber. The apartment is cute! It has a full kitchen as well as two bedrooms. The second bedroom only has single beds, in which we did not use. The shower is quite small and if you are overweight you may have trouble for the shower ( we did not have any issues). There is a washer as well which is very convenient! The location of this apartment is perfect, it's situated right next to the stairs to get down to the beach, and 2-3 mins walk to the centre. The sunset from the balcony is stunning. I recommend this place! Thank you Lina !

In una ventosa domenica di settembre io e la mia famiglia con un piccolino di 21 mesi al seguito siamo arrivati a Praialonga, che si è rivelata essere una meravigliosa scoperta. Caterina e Giacomo sono stati ottimi padroni di casa disponibili H24, puntuali, guide costanti nella scoperta del posto. Caterina da subito ci ha deliziato con un dolce di benvenuto con marmellata di ribes nero fatta da lei(deliziosa!). La casa situata in un complesso residenziale con piazzetta centrale è al terzo piano senza ascensore di fatto è davvero molto bella, curata e funzionale in ogni sua parte e con una veduta impagabile. La pace che abbiamo respirato in quel periodo è difficilmente descrivibile a parole e si può solo provare sulla propria pelle. Sulla spiaggia avevamo ombrellone e sdraio e la possibilità di poter usufruire di un kajak per arrivare alla vicina spiaggia dei calanchi, raggiungibile anche via terra muniti di opportune scarpette da scogli. E’ stata una settimana all’insegna del relax, della pace, della natura e del buon cibo. La spiaggia è adattissima per bambini.

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit einer Wahnsinns Dachterrasse - super ausgestattet, toller Blick, absolut ruhig, teilweise überdacht, ausreichend Platz zum Entspannen. Die Bilder zeigen alles - genau wie beschrieben, super zum Wohlfühlen!

Un excellent séjour dans cet appartement confortable et fonctionnel, à 2 pas de bons restaurants et en plein coeur de cette adorable petite cité ! merci a Elizaveta pour ses excellents conseils !

Eliana et Vincenzo sont très accueillants. Le quartier est fabuleux, l'architecture est atypique. La plage de sable fin est a quelques pas, pour une baignade au levé du soleil. Merci beaucoup

Siamo stati coccolati dalle calde acque del mare di Davoli e dall’ attenzioni di Antonino, host fantastico che consiglio vivamente si è preoccupato affinché il nostro soggiorno fosse il più confortevole possibile, presente gentile e non invadente, location eccezionale comodissima al mare e al centro ma nello stesso tempo tranquilla e silenziosa, cosa dire ancora realtà così fanno solo splendere ancora di più la bellissima Calabria, grazie e torneremo ancora sicuramente

La residenza di Antonella è dotata di tutti i comfort possibili e si trova a pochi passi dal mare. L' abbiamo trovata in condizioni perfette e abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni di vero relax. Una dimensione particolarmente positiva per una famiglia con un bimbo piccolo. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

+ Alles gut und Franco ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber + Er ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit + Franco zeigt einem die Gegend. - Der Kühlschrank ist ein bisschen Laut. - Es gibt keine richtige Küche.

Es war wunderschön, die Kommunikation mit Silvio war super. Bei Fragen und Problemen war er stets schnell zur Stelle und hat uns weitergeholfen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft in einer super Lage direkt am Meer. Traumhaft! Quirico hat sehr schnell und nett geantwortet. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen, gerne wieder!

Salvatore est au top, il nous a très bien accueilli, il nous a recommandé les restaurants à proximité ainsi que les plages et les points de vue, le logement est impeccable petite résidence calme avec piscine et bain de soleil. Franchement impeccable je suis vraiment satisfait. Merci encore à bientôt !

Incredible place, exactly as announced and extremely comfortable. The house was very clean and it is beautiful as in the pictures. The place is close to an amazing view, good restaurants and the main beach. I highly recommend this place.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Annas Wohnung. Anna ist super freundlich und war jederzeit erreichbar. Sie hat uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Ein flexibler Check-In war problemlos möglich. Die Betten sind gut und die Ausstattung wie angegeben. Wir haben die Wohnung als sehr hellhörig empfunden. Die Umgebung ist großartig, es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zu diversen Restaurants, zum Supermarkt, zum Strand. Scilla ist eine wunderschöne Stadt - wir werden wiederkommen.

Such a wonderful location with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Tropea by car. Parghelia itself is a charming little town with restaurants and small shops to get what you need. The pool and grounds were perfectly looked after and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to look after ourselves. Outdoor private area and terrace were just perfect. We loved i and would love to come again....

Daniela ist eine sehr liebenswerte und erfahrene Gastgeberin. Das sehr saubere Apartment ist umgeben von einem großräumigen, liebevoll gepflegten Garten. Wir waren auch dankbar die Waschmaschine benützen zu dürfen. Vielen Dank

I only spent one night at Paolas place, but can’t wait to return for an extended stay. Beautiful location on the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance. Condo is huge, can easily accommodate a family of 5-6. I had been traveling around Italy for 2 weeks when I arrived at Paolas place. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit to catch up on laundry. Stop looking any further and book this place.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

Posto molto comodo e tranquillo. Ampio spazio fuori con giardinetto perfetto anche per la sera. Collocazione perfetta tra Tropea e Capo Vaticano. Speriamo di tornarci presto

Our Little piece of Paradise in Pizzo! This apartment had it all and was so adorable. We were unlucky with the weather in Pizzo with lots of rain but wow did we love our apartment! The gas fireplace saved the day / days for us. It made our time there super cozy and comfortable. The view on one of the sunny days was beautiful. The apartment was perfect for the three of us traveling and my mom of 81 was even able to get around just fine. Super clean, new and cozy. Great stay all around. And our hosts were great! Thank you

L'appartamento è posizionato nel tratto migliore del lungomare, è ben strutturato, organizzato e accessoriato come una casa in cui vivere tutto l'anno. Siamo stati accolti benissimo da Giovanni e dalla sua famiglia, sempre attenti a soddisfare le richieste e a fornirci utili consigli sul soggiorno. Abbiamo apprezzato Brancaleone, un borgo molto tranquillo con un mare splendido e un sito archeologico ("Brancaleone vetus") che è consigliabile visitare, insieme alla dimora di confino di Cesare Pavese e al centro recupero delle tartarughe marine. Per il resto, è possibile ampliare l'esplorazione al centro storico di Bova, all'incantevole Gerace, alla spiaggia delle piscine naturali ad Africo (dove il consiglio è quello di munirsi di maschera per godere della splendida visione dei fondali), e spingersi fino a Siderno per trovare un lungomare più organizzato. Siti che aiutano a scoprire una Calabria inedita ricca di meraviglie naturali. Grazie per l’accoglienza :)
