Bao’s house was perfect for our stay. Very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Nice, quiet neighborhood and close to Mayo. Bao was very responsive and helpful with questions. Would definitely stay here again if we have a long term stay in Rochester.

It’s was just a one night stay to try the place out for the 6-week stay coming up later next month. I had the pleasure of meeting Mark and made the decision for the longer stay easy to make. Great host!

The home was clean, quiet and spacious. The listing was accurate and we found most everything that we needed. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. WARNING: The "light switch" by the door in the laundry/utility room is not a light switch. It is the power switch for the furnace. If you instinctively turn it off as you leave the room in the evening, you may have a rude/cold awakening in the morning. Don't ask us how we know :^). Also, the mattresses on all four of the beds were in good condition but are memory foam. This may or may not be important to you, but it is good to know if you aren't a fan of this style of mattress. We enjoyed our stay and will include this home in our short list for any future stays.

This is an excellent house. Walking around the pond is very nice as well as great walks through the neighborhood. The house has lots of nice features and amenities. It is an easy drive to Mayo. Highly recommend staying with Joy.

The house is completely updated and very comfortable. Very well appointed; we had everything that we needed, and then some! It was a great stay for our group of 4 adult family members. There is a large screen TV in the main living area, and big TVs in every bedroom. Very nice bathrooms. Can easily walk to St. Mary's and the free shuttle to the other Mayo Clinic buildings. Very clean and comfortable. Not a new home, but an updated older home with character. Very nice.The best thing of all was the super responsive communications. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Rochester.

What a special home and comfortable environment! Our family stayed in the home during a medical procedure at Mayo. We could not have found a better host to help us navigate and care through our recovery process. This is a well accommodated home, peaceful and part of nature. We appreciate all of the flexibility and lovely environment.

Jaymi’s place is our ‘go-to’ whenever we are in Rochester. We have stayed there multiple times and in all seasons. The location and surroundings are the best! The fact that we can bring our small dog with us allows us the peace of mind to be able to travel unencumbered. The accommodations are comfortable and cozy, and clearly place Jaymi’s place at the top!

The accommodations where clean, comfortable and safe. The host was kind, helpful, and very communicative.

We loved our stay at the historic City Council building. Super close proximity to Mayo Clinic; only a short 3 min walk to the subway access point. Lots of local eateries and coffee shops within walking distance. Such a fun and unique place to stay. We will definitely book again in the future.

We used this as an extended stay for my husband who was on work in the area for 20+ days. It worked great for what he needed and was in a great location. The Host was extremely easy to communicate with and very on top of managing this property. Would highly recommend this property and any other ones from this host. Everything was exactly as it's listed. Special note: My husband said the beds were awesome at this property and he slept well there.

It was a nice place to relax during a hectic day at the Mayo. It was so quiet we forgot we were in a building. People were very nice and helpful. Parking was only 2 blocks away. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Quiet, peaceful, comfortable location. Felt right at home. Our first time staying in the NE quadrant of Rochester; a bit farther away (from Mayo), but very close to a neighborhood that has everything you might need. And, the character of the property outweighs the 10 - 15 extra minutes of travel.

Seriously well-stocked kitchen; comfortable recliners; very clean; comfortable beds; tasteful decor that wasn’t overdone; bedding didn’t smell like dryer sheets (grateful for that because I have allergies, thank you John!), and when we came in there, the first thing we noticed was that the place didn’t smell musty. Great location from the Mayo Clinic. Close to nice walking trail, 5 min drive to an organic grocery. We felt very comfortable here. Highly recommend!
