Ila is such a great host! The house is equipped with everything needed, and it’s all easy to find. The addition of home medical aids (shower bench, etc.) are so thoughtful!! With this being a medical trip, they were so appreciated. We had a comfortable and restful stay. We’d recommend Ila and her house to anyone!

This was our third time staying at Marlo and Maggie's. It is the perfect location for visiting our family. There is a big eat in kitchen where we shared many family dinners. We used the grill, even in January to prepare meals! The house is squeaky clean! We will be back!

It’s was just a one night stay to try the place out for the 6-week stay coming up later next month. I had the pleasure of meeting Mark and made the decision for the longer stay easy to make. Great host!

Bao was incredibly responsive to all of my communication. The house was exactly as listed, with three bedrooms on the ground floor (3 stairs to entrance), an upstairs bathroom with tub, a bed in the basement, and a second bathroom in the basement (shower stall format). Laundry worked well. Furniture was comfortable. Easy walk or drive to Mayo hospital (St. Mary's) and close to park trains that offered miles of walking along the river. Met all of our needs completely.

We will continue to stay at Yiling's property whenever we are in Rochester. We feel like this is home away from home. this home is CLEAN! Everything you need to cook your own meals are provided. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Easy to find, great restaurants are near by if you don't want to cook. Major supermarket is very close in case you forgot something. Thank you Yiling for hosting us again.

What a special home and comfortable environment! Our family stayed in the home during a medical procedure at Mayo. We could not have found a better host to help us navigate and care through our recovery process. This is a well accommodated home, peaceful and part of nature. We appreciate all of the flexibility and lovely environment.

We had to reschedule because the surgeon had an emergency procedure to do and Mark was very easy to work with and understanding. We communicated through the whole process and I would absolutely book with him again.

My husband and I stayed here while I was getting treatment at the Mayo Clinic. We were in Rochester for 5 weeks. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped inside the home. Perfect for our needs and very cozy. We highly recommend! Note that if you’re staying between November to April be sure you follow the city rules for which side of the street you can park on after permit hours (or even during permit hours if you get a permit). This is only important if you ever park on the street. You can park on the side of the house which is convenient, of course, and that’s what we did most often.

This was a quick stay for me. Landed, did my event in town, and left early. Didn't meet the hosts but everything was lovely. Very nice place and would have been a comfy place to spend more time.

The apartment was great- just like the pictures, very clean, good amenities! Everything felt pretty new and very well taken care of. Stayed here while getting treatment at Mayo- really close to hospital and downtown area. The host, Mei, was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed! Would stay here again!

We recently completed a 3 month stay at this Airbnb, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was clean and decorated in a lovely, modern style. It felt fresh and new, which made a big difference for such a long stay. One of the biggest perks was the location. It was incredibly convenient, with close proximity to almost everything we needed. Most importantly for us, it was super close to the Mayo Clinic, which we had to visit frequently for appointments. The river was just a block away, which provided a lovely spot to walk and fresh air. Kris and Doug were fantastic hosts. They were incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. Whenever a minor issue arose, the host came right away to fix it. It was clear they cared about our comfort throughout our stay. The Airbnb itself was well-equipped with all the gadgets and appliances we needed for an extended stay. We were able to cook meals easily and felt comfortable settling in for the long term. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a lovely stay. The place was very clean and nice. It was very cozy and in a great spot.

We spent Christmas week at Viola Suites (#2) to visit our son. The apartment is cozy, clean and well equipped. We prepared a wonderful Christmas meal and enjoyed movies and our favorite TV shows with the streaming options available. Rochester is a compact town and everything was within 10 or 15 minutes from the Airbnb, with a grocery store, coffee shops and plenty of restaurants even closer. We brought our dog with us and the conditions of being pet friendly were easy to comply with. There was a path around the Airbnb for us to walk with him, and sidewalks and neighborhoods as well. When visiting my son again, I would definitely consider Viola Suites.

Berni was a gracious, friendly host. We were in town for surgery and had to stay in town for 12 days. Berni's place was truly our home away from home. Thank you

Great place. Clean, well furnished, and in a good location. It matched up to the listing, the hosts were helpful, and I didn't run into any problems at all.

Rich and Michelle were so kind, proactively communicative and accommodating for my partner and I while we stayed in Rochester for me to take the MCAT. The property was very comfortable, spacious, and well organized and we had a lovely experience during our stay.

Excellent stay, exactly as described. It's a short walk to both Mayo St. Mary's and the downtown campus. Hosts were easy to reach and very helpful.

My son and I stayed for medical reasons. We were looking for something close to the Mayo and easy access to both. It was about a 10–15-minute walk, although we didn't walk as much as we wanted because of weather and early appointments. The condo was very comfortable and quiet. It was great having two bedrooms and 2 baths. The accommodations were 1st Class and Kellie very flexible, as we did have many schedule changes and 3 weeks added to our heath care scheduling. Thanks so much for your vision of buildings these units so close to the Mayo and comfortable as well! Thanks for all!

Unit was cozy and warm, and had everything we needed. Located one turn from the interstate between both Mayo campuses with off street parking. Rita and Qamar are very responsive hosts. Easy checkin and checkout. Nice alternative to a hotel in Rochester.

Jackie’s place is superb. Best location to visit Rochester, especially if you are visiting the Mayo Clinic, walkable distance to many places. The place is huge, great for family like us. Many games provided for the kids: pingpong and board games. Big kitchen and living spaces. Jackie the host is super friendly, helpful and responsive. All communications are smooth and fast. Greta place to stay with a responsive host. I would highly recommend this location if you need a place to close to Mayo Clinic or the downtown area.
