We loved our stay at the historic City Council building. Super close proximity to Mayo Clinic; only a short 3 min walk to the subway access point. Lots of local eateries and coffee shops within walking distance. Such a fun and unique place to stay. We will definitely book again in the future.

The location is very convenient if you’re visiting Rochester for appointments at Mayo Clinic. It was a short walk to my appointments at the Gonda Building and there are many restaurants within walking distance too. Jackie was extremely helpful and responsive.

This place is just a hidden gem in Rochester in a beautiful community. The surroundings and sidewalks around the forest are amazing! The place is very new, quiet, relaxing, and family friendly. Would recommend it for whoever is looking for a luxury place in a very quiet and surrounded by nature area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jeff’s place! The Kaleidoscope Suite was well appointed and every detail was intentional. The little personal touches and the backstory really helped me connect to Jeff and Stephanie’s story in a very intimate way. They are both very beautiful people inside and out! If you are looking for a safe place to recharge and gain your footing in a new environment like I was, you’d be hard pressed to find a better location with caring hosts. I pray that Stephanie and Jeff are able to continue to bless others the way they have blessed me!

Bao’s house was perfect for our stay. Very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Nice, quiet neighborhood and close to Mayo. Bao was very responsive and helpful with questions. Would definitely stay here again if we have a long term stay in Rochester.

Shared space was well maintained, being new to the area I enjoyed having Mike to hang out with at night, while also having the privacy I needed to enjoy my trip. I really enjoyed the guide book as I gave me some helpful recommendations.

The home was clean, quiet and spacious. The listing was accurate and we found most everything that we needed. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. WARNING: The "light switch" by the door in the laundry/utility room is not a light switch. It is the power switch for the furnace. If you instinctively turn it off as you leave the room in the evening, you may have a rude/cold awakening in the morning. Don't ask us how we know :^). Also, the mattresses on all four of the beds were in good condition but are memory foam. This may or may not be important to you, but it is good to know if you aren't a fan of this style of mattress. We enjoyed our stay and will include this home in our short list for any future stays.

This Airbnb is easy to find and had a great location. It is on a busier street, but we did not find there is a lot of road noise. A lot of the places we wanted to visit while in the area were within a 5-10 minute drive, and it's in walking distance of a great deal of where we wanted to go. The house itself was clean and as described, we loved the loft area for hanging out. There are a lot of stairs, so consider that if you have difficulty with mobility. Definitely recommended, we will absolutely stay again in the future if we are able.

This is an excellent house. Walking around the pond is very nice as well as great walks through the neighborhood. The house has lots of nice features and amenities. It is an easy drive to Mayo. Highly recommend staying with Joy.

We had a wonderful stay with family, preparing and enjoying an abundance of delicious meals together. This lovely home offered plenty of space for everyone, making it the perfect gathering spot. Highly recommend for families looking to create lasting memories.

This was our second stay here, and we’ll always check to see if it’s available when we come back. Andrew kindly came over on a Friday night to help my dad with the TV when it was having connectivity issues. Since our last stay just a few weeks earlier, he had completely renovated the second full bathroom. It’s clear he takes pride in the property and genuinely cares about the guest experience—always thinking ahead about what visitors will appreciate.

Our second time to stay at the cottage. Although a short trip this time we enjoy coming back to the quiet and peaceful surroundings after a day of medical appointments. They thought of everything we might need during our stay which takes away the stress of what you need to pack. They are wonderful hosts and quick to respond to anything we need. Look forward to future visits.

We have been to Lake City several times as we have family there and we’re in town for a funeral. Great River Flats is relatively new so everything was clean and updated. Had all the supplies you would need. The only thing we found odd was that they provided paper towels and toilet paper but no tissues. Not a huge inconvenience but strange. You cannot go wrong staying here.

We had a wonderful experience at Great River Flats in Lake City! Beautiful views by the water and a beautiful condo! I forgot my necklace and the host reached out to let me know their housekeeper found it. We never heard any of our neighbors at all! Highly recommend if you’re planning a trip to Lake City!

I highly recommend Great River Flats! Great location, apartment was beautiful, beyond comfortable, wonderful view. Pictures, really match with real apartment. Management team was great, very responsive, if we had a question or issue, they would take care of it right away! We definitely will be back! Thanks for everything

Beautiful view, massive windows to view the water. Huge space, super comfortable pillows and linens. I would love to purchase the exact comforter! Felt right at home. Perfect setting for family movie night. We brought by our bicycles and biked miles along the water with the kids. Easy to access and building was safe. Also awesome roof top area! Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay! The condo matched the description perfectly. Something to note - the bunk beds don’t feel the most solid but our kids did fine on them for one night. The couch isn’t the most comfy since it’s a sleeper sofa. Also, while we had everything we needed for one night in the kitchen, it is very bare bones in terms of what was available for kitchen items. We would stay again if it’s a shorter visit!

Unit was cozy and warm, and had everything we needed. Located one turn from the interstate between both Mayo campuses with off street parking. Rita and Qamar are very responsive hosts. Easy checkin and checkout. Nice alternative to a hotel in Rochester.

This condo is a really nice place. Very secure, very roomy, excellent view of Lake Pepin, and great furnishings including comfortable beds, towels, kitchen furnishings, etc. However, there were several glaring issues. The first is the complete lack of any window covering for the large windows that look out over the lake and highway immediately in front of the unit. Not a problem during the day but we felt a complete lack of privacy during the non-daylight hours. Second is a very loud and obnoxious HVAC system. Lastly was the non-stop traffic noise from the highway directly in front of the unit.

Absolutely would not hesitate to return! Loved the sunrises on the patio, comfortable bed and pillows, and very spacious. Worth knowing for your stay: I’d say the kitchen has your essentials for cooking, but no extras like foil, ziplock, coffee, seasonings, etc so be prepared if you plan your cook. The lighting is pretty much all or none. With no lamps in the living room area, I pulled out one from the bedroom during our stay so we didn’t have to have the bright lights on. The garage and parking lot is narrow. If you have a large SUV or truck, it will be could be difficult to get in and out of. For reference, we have a VW Atlas and it was tight getting in/out of garage. More positives: Nice touch having a cozy blanket available to use. The rooftop area is wonderful and you can’t beat the view.
