The house and space was perfect for our girls weekend away. The area was beautiful, restaurants, shops and pubs in walking distance. Caroline was a responsive and attentive host, she was happy to answer all of our questions. My friend left her glasses behind and Caroline kindly posted them back to her. Thanks for a lovely stay, I hope that we will be back soon :)

Due to issues with the original booking Laura very quickly contacted us and arranged for us to stay at Quince cottage this was a lovely clean place to stay with a large garden and easy access to all amenities so we were very happy with our stay.

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

Great place to stay for work. Deborah was always responsive. Will definitely be staying again if available.

Amazing stay! Located right on the beach, beautiful views and only a short walk along the beach to the harbour and high street! First time in Whitstable and we cannot wait to book again for our return visit!

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas with the in-laws. Matt was very responsive and helpful before the booking and throughout. The house is lovely and even nicer than the photographs. The communal space is spacious and well set out. It was very cosy and ideal for hosting the family. We couldn’t recommend more highly!

Great place to stay while working in the area

Lovely place very clean and cozy. Hot tub was great also very clean. Love the little touches with the eggs and orange juice. Will book again in the summer when the pool is open thanks for our stay.

Had the loveliest stay at Larissa’s place on her gorgeous land. The place was perfect, had everything we needed and was presented amazingly, the garden was beautiful and we made good use of the hot tub. The animals were the cherry on top for us, the little lambs came to see us and we loved Prince Onion the cat whi came and introduced himself ☺️Perfect location as well for our shopping day at Ashford Designer Outlet. My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the lodge. Beautiful space to relax. Excellent communication prior meant everything was straight forward and clear. We will likely stay again!

We had a lovely stay for New Year, we were mainly exploring Whitstable which was so close by and lots of walks on the beach just over the road

I booked to stay at the cottage for my husband's birthday and it didn't disappoint. The communication between myself and Tim & Maite was great. They were always responsive and super helpful. The photos of the house don't do it justice. It’s such a lovely area and although you may see the occasional walker in the distance, you feel like your'e in the middle of nowehere. The hot tub was a great addition to the property, especially since the pool at the house was not available due to it being out of season and super cold, as explained prior to our arrival. We ( and the kids) loved the house, loved the fire, loved the hot tub, loved the games, We played the family edition of Cards Against Humanity and it was just a lovely relaxing family weekend away without computer games - it was bliss. The perfect setting and in my husbands words - it was the perfect find! Thank you so much to Tim and Maite for such a wonderful stay.

Very nice caravan, really tidy, great value. Harts is a decent holiday park but gets crazy busy! The town is pretty scruffy but everyone is really friendly and my kids had a super time.

We stayed here April 2025 for my stag party weekend. The venue was amazing. Clean, amazing surroundings great swimming pool. Host was great at setting us a up bedrooms spotless and bathrooms clean. I really liked the plum cottages I don’t think the pictures do the place justice the cottages are huge and have their own kitchens and bathroom and a private garden.

Maggie & Darren were super hosts. It is a lovely place to stay. Thank you so very much for your help and support during our short time with you. Izzy enjoyed spending time in your garden and her cozy naps cuddled up with us. We are forever grateful.

This place is a great find for nature lovers or people who want to relax in an amazing nature surrownding. Julia is a very responsive and nice persone, there were plenty of picture like views, animals and walks around. Couple of points to keep in mind though: 1. Having a car is recommended if you want to dine outside, the closest Pub is 50 min walk away 2. Wifi was slow with complete disconnection from time to time, probably due bad signal coverage in the hills 3. Fishing is possible with your own gear and takle only, it is not availabale on site, but Julia was kind enough to recomment us a fishing farm nearby where we had spend a wonderfull day Over all good value for money!

My wife, small dog and myself had a long stay in this wonderful flat in Wanstead. We felt right at home with all the amenities you would expect and some nice luxury touches to make it feel extra special. The property was well presented and thoroughly clean throughout. The host Charlotte was super helpful and friendly and we communicated throughout the stay, zero issues and was great to deal with such lovely people. We loved the area of Wanstead village, the property is literally on the High St where there are a plethora of good shops and amazing local restaurants to try out. Lovely walks nearby to explore nature. A highlight for us was private parking as we had our vehicle with us, the forecourt was spacious and made it very convenient to come and go. Very close to 2 tube stations on the Central line which makes getting into central London a breeze. Would highly recommend this property and the hosts, A+ experience. Would definitely stay again.

Had a 3 night stay with my partner and our 2 sets of twins. Was a beautiful cottage that has been finished off beautifully. Great kitchen and bathroom and the beds were massive and sooo comfy. Wish i could have stayed longer. A couple of times we had to ask a question and we messaged and got replies very quickly. Just a short walk from the door leads you down a footpath or bridalway (a bit steep in places) but takes you right up next to the giraffes and also on our walk we saw many other animals such as buffalo, deer, ostriches and zebras. Big thanks for hosting us we hope to be back again in the future

Was für ein toller, erholsamer und gleichzeitig anregender Urlaub in Rolvenden bei Deborah und Ihrem Mann. In dem geschmackvoll umgebauten Kuhstall, eine Dependance ihres mittelalterlichen Wohnhauses, haben wir uns tatsächlich - auch wenn es wie eine Plattitüde klingt - wie zuhause gefühlt. Es handelt sich um eine fantastische Unterkunft mit viel Platz und allen Annehmlichkeiten, die einen Aufenthalt entspannend gestalten. Unserem Jack Russell Berti gefiel es so gut, dass er bereits nach 5 Minuten Besitzansprüche anmeldete. ;-) Im Ernst: Gerade für ein Paar mit Hund ist diese Unterkunft ideal. Auch die geografische Lage überzeugt. In 40 Minuten erreicht man von Folkstone aus Rolvenden, das ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen ist. Zahlreiche Pubs, Restaurants oder Geschäfte in der Nähe sorgen immer für die jeweils gewünschte Versorgung. Machen wir es kurz: Der "cow shed" und die Gastgeber haben uns in allen Belangen überzeugt! So macht airbnb Spaß! Cow shed = wow shed!

We would like to say a big thank you. We had a fantastic weekend stay at this property. The garden was 100% safe for our dog and we found it nice and quiet, surrounded by nature and orchards. Mark had left lots of leaflets showing what's going on in the area, and was very kind to recommend places to visit and eat/drink. The accommodation was designed and decorated with alot of thought and attention to detail, to establish a very comfortable stay. We will certainly be visiting again.

We spent a very happy Christmas at the house visiting relatives in the area. The house is well appointed and extremely comfortable - though you do need to be a fan of soft beds (which I am). Everything worked and was scrupulously clean. The only problem we had was that the fuse for the cooker and oven had been tripped before we arrived but there was a rapid response to our (panicky) phone call and we were able to locate the fuse board. The area only has one small shop but it's a fairly quick walk or train ride to the town. Overall very nice stay and we had lots to do around Southend including the pantomime and the Helen Mirren phone box / museum! Worth a quick look. (I think it was on the corner of Alexander Road and Cashiobury Terrace). Anyway, thank you.

Place was clean and had all the equipment you need for a holiday get away. Hosts were on hand to answer any questions and very friendly. Place is set in a beautiful quiet part of country side.
