Alecia and John were meticulous hosts from the well curated guide book to their responsiveness when we had questions. All made for a wonderful family fourth of july! We look forward to returning.

We definitely have never stayed in a rental that was so CLEAN! Aside from the labels, it felt as if we were not staying at a rental property at all. When we go away, it’s nice to stay somewhere that’s close to as nice and comfortable as home. We were warm and cozy. The house had everything and way more than we needed and we would like to see how beautiful it would be in the Summertime. The house was spacious and we loved the history and charm that it possesses. The hot tub was a major draw and sparkling clean also. It snowed practically the entire visit and felt private with all the trees surrounding the property. A huge perk was the proximity to Okemo and Killington for the boarders in our group. With the looks of the Volleyball net and court, presumably the owners are fans of the game! Bravo, Alecia- we thank you for your hospitality!

There are not enough words to capture our experience staying at the Sun Cottage! From the moment we arrived we were amazed at the beauty of the lanscape and the cottage. The wealth of amenities and luxury of the cottage was astounding. We kept finding carefully placed unique touches throughout the cottage. Mornings spent on the patio eating breakfast and evenings in the hot tub listening to the sound of the brook nearby are just a few of the moments we cherished. Access to the pond abudding the property to swim as well as the trails along the brook made this an exceptioal getaway! Can't thank Hunter and Jess enough.

Great house with plenty of space and beds. Living room had ample couches and great for our group to hang out there with the fireplace and hot tub off the back deck of kitchen. Kitchen had all necessary cooking pots/pans/utensils. Easy communication with the hosts and would return.

Perfect place for a ski weekend with a group of friends. House was exactly as described, check in was extremely simple, and all the amenities were in full working order and easy to use (special shout out to the hot tub which was amazing after a day out on the mountain). Location is less than 10 minutes from the Skyeship gondola, less than 20 from the main Killington base areas, and easy to find just off of the main road. Overall we had a great time and would 100% stay here again in the future.

My husband and I stayed here for almost a week with our 3 children and had an amazing experience. The house was just as pictured and was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the beds were super comfortable. As others mentioned, the road noise was very loud at night, but the white noise machines in the bedroom definitely helped. Additionally, there is no yard, so just be aware of that if you are traveling with children who like to play outside. This wasn’t an issue for us, as they enjoyed the hot tub and got plenty of outdoor time around town. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house for a weekend ski getaway. The house is located on a gorgeous lake just minutes from Okemo, making it a perfect stay for Skiing. The views of the lake are spectacular with direct lake front access. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the hot tub after skiing as well as sitting in the living room by the gas fire place. This is by far one of the nicest AirBnBs that we have booked near Okemo and we look forward to staying at the house again in the summer and winter.

Matt's place has all the bells & whistles. We felt spoiled over our four nights. I love to cook and never have I ever had a rental kitchen be as easy and enjoyable as Matt's. I mean, the chef's knives were actually sharp! We didn't really go anywhere (except for The Worthy Burger & Silver Lake Syrups - do check them both out, lovely people and goods) so almost all our meals were made at home. The location is super private, my bark prone hound dog couldn't have bothered anyone. The cabin was perfectly cozy and very comfortable; we had inclement weather but it was no worry to huddle up inside for days. I'd LOVE to come back and have been day dreaming of September.

We had such a great family stay at The Cozy Cottage. You can tell that the home was very well built and it was extremely comfortable for our family with kids. The wood stove is awesome and heats up the whole house with plentiful wood in the basement and instructions to use the stove. The house was very clean and well appointed. We spent 2 nights there while we skied Sugarbush and the location was great for us. I would definitely recommend this home and look forward to returning next year!

This place is so wonderful! Everything is provided for your comfort. Rayna was great in communicating an issue about one of the toilet is not working and offered a full refund if that would be a problem, which it was not at all. The location is great. Easy access to the lake for swimming or kayaking (kayak/canoe is available for use). It has a nice patio for sitting while enjoying the sunset view. This makes it to the list of favorite places to stay.

The cottage was cozy and peaceful, perfect for a winter weekend getaway! There was about 3 to 4 feet of snow on the ground but the stove kept the cottage nice and warm. The area was beautiful and we had a great time! We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting northern Vermont!

This was our second stay at the Stuga. Last time was in May so we wanted to come back in the winter for some snow fun. Did some sledding at the house and some snowshoeing at Barr Hill Nature Preserve just up the street. A lot of fun and beautiful as always. Nancy and Bob are great hosts, always responsive. Will be back!

The Smithy was a great choice for us! We enjoyed our weekend getaway, relaxed by the wood fire while the snow was falling, and best of all, we LOVED the cheese platter that Angela makes. Everything was local and delicious! She was a great host and very responsive to anything we needed during our stay. Hoping for a next visit some time soon!

Absolutely breathtaking views from the huge windows. My kids loved watching the horses across the way and then coming up to our window at dusk. Clean, spacious and private. This is an airbnb that I would go back to.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. My boys loved sledding on the hill off the front porch the most. We wished it was warmer while we were there to be able to enjoy the property more and try the snowshoes Amy was graciously willing to lend us. This is a great place to stay as a family with plenty of things to do within an hour radius. Thanks Amy!

Stef’s place is truly a gem— cozy, tasteful, and well equipped for a little weekend in the woods. We appreciated the wood stove and the large supply of games. Would absolutely stay again.

Very comfortable place, clean and easy to get to. Beautiful view of rising sun from kitchen and living room area. Loved watching birds from the kitchen window while drinking my coffee in the morning. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a great dinner or breakfast. Thank you!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin! The views from the cabin are beautiful, and you can’t beat the location directly on the lake. The lake views from inside, the screened in porch, and the backyard were awesome. The kitchen had supplies to make breakfasts/basic meals, the space was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We used this cabin as a home base for visiting Burlington, Waterbury, and Stowe and found it easy to navigate to and from the highway to these larger cities.

Our stay was amazing! We were moving our daughter into her dorm at UVM and were in Burlington for a week. We decided to stay here rather than a hotel near campus. It was the best decision ever. Jack and Robin’s cottage was the perfect place to prepare for dorm move-in. We were able to get out and explore the area. The sunrises over Lake Champlain were beautiful while we drank our morning coffee. Walks on the causeway were great for watching sunsets. 10/10 will stay here again when we visit our daughter at UVM. Go Catamounts!

This cottage has to be one of the most charming, peaceful places I've stayed. The cottage is up on its own little hill, surrounded by blueberries, peonies and at night, fireflies. Caroline was flexible with our check-in and met us as soon as we got in to show us around. We came up for four nights in June with our dog, who loved having room to explore off leash. The cottage itself had everything we needed. The outdoor shower is a really nice touch, especially on a summer night. We also really appreciated little touches like two chargeable fans for warmer days/evenings, and little vases of flowers everywhere-- including in the clean, composting outhouse. Really amazing what they have managed to do on just solar power plus a couple propane appliances!! Nothing but good things to say about Caroline, Derek and their cottage.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The place was nice and clean and quiet, perfectly organised and thought through. Karen was a welcoming, friendly, and helpful host. I wish more AirBnBs were like this! Would be happy to return someday.

Very peaceful/quiet stay. Beds were comfortable as many mentioned and it was enough space for our family of 4. No issues with heat or hot water in the winter. We did have a lot of rain when we were there and snow on the last day, which made driving up/down the mountain a bit tricky but us city folk survived :)

Patti was a wonderful host- she was very proactive in making sure we got to the location easily as well as providing ideas for us to do while we were there. The place was wonderful, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful trees. I would recommend this to any leaf peepers or someone wanting a quiet Vermont getaway.
