We had a wonderful day, and James was extremely helpful and provided all the details we needed. The hut was clean and well kept, with lovely decor to add to the beach day. We will definitely hire again in the future.

Very happy with the accommodation. Both Lincoln and Louise were lovely hosts. Peaceful location for my daughter, baby and dog. Welcome basket waiting which was very nice. Lincoln was very responsive and helpful as I wanted to leave a little gift to welcome my daughter. Both hosts checked to see if everything was satisfactory and also came to say goodbye. Beautiful late summers day by the sea. Third row was great for us, as it felt quite private. Spent all day on the decking enjoying the sea views. We had a great time and hope to be back.

Kay's place was absolutely beautiful, very clean and cosy, we couldn't fault anything. Kay is very friendly and chatty and happy to help in anyway needed.We specially enjoyed the wine the breakfast goodies provided by Kay. Thank you for our treats and for Bailey! We know the area so felt right at home so we hoped to use Kay's cabin again.

Really great location for the beach: right next to a set of steps down and also near a water tap for teas/ foot cleaning. Was a little difficult to clean up at the end of the day, so recommend you clean your feet off before tramping sand in when using: we didn’t so took a while for us to sweep/mop.

Excellent cottage just as described. Very peaceful location very close to the beach and High Street amenities. Perfect for a long weekend

Georgina’s place is beautiful, perfectly put together in a great location. It really is moments from the beach, the lovely Windy Cafe and the wonderful Neptune, 5 minutes from local shops. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need to make it a home from home. Georgina was proactive with details about the house, access, amenities and the local area. A great house, lovely stay and wonderful host.

We spent a lovely weekend here. Place was as described and expected, cosy & comfortable for myself and 2 children for 2 nights. Beach was only a short 8-10 min walk away which was great and the local shops only a few minutes further along. Host was very welcoming and friendly. Thank you.

Denise met us to check in and was super friendly and helpful. The caravan was gorgeous - comfy, clean and well equipped. We settled in quickly and had a lovely couple of days. Kids loved the games and it was nice to cosy up by the fire and watch a movie while it rained outside. Highly recommend!

The home was lively, very clean and a beautiful hime from home. My kids lived it there and enjoyed the great collection of kids films and books avaliable. The beds were very comfortable and my kids actually slept which is saying something as they dont normally sleep :) Tracy was lovely with great communication, she messaged kniwing it was going to be a cold week saying to leave the heating on so we didnt get chilly which i thought was truely lovely for her to reach out like that. 100% recommend and will be looking to stay again :) thankyou

We had a wonderful stay in the caravan. It was cozy and welcoming. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including games, tv, and all the dishes and appliances we could possibly need. Hazel went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed.

Had a brilliant holiday at the lighthouse - great location with sea and walks in the doorstep. The house was perfect for us really interesting , inspiring and quirky with everything you could need. Comfy beds, clean, private and quiet. Maggie was a lovely host to communicate with. Great views too! Want to return in the summer to use the pool! Thank you :)

Caravan was exactly as described, nice and clean and well located to explore Clacton and Colchester

We had the absolute best weekend staying at Beacon House. The house is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are all huge and everything was of a high standard. The house felt very homelike and the bedrooms were of hotel standard. Lovely touches like everyone having their own towels provided, toiletries in all the bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We all loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. The views from the terrace are stunning, the house has a really warm family feel but it’s so spacious that no one was on top of each other. We could all come together in the living room and play games with room to spare. Thankyou to these lovely hosts for letting us borrow their home for the weekend, we will definitely make a return trip as we all just loved it.

This is a lovely property in an amazing location in Whitstable. Very friendly host who made sure we had everything we needed before, during and on departure day. Lots of things to do within a short walk. Property was perfect for a group of friends weekend getaway, comfortable with everything we could need. Thank you, thoroughly recommend.

Another wonderful stay - our eighth in total now! We will never get tired of that wonderful view, and stomping along the beach in all weather, though we were so lucky with the sun on this trip. Such a special place to stay.

Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.

Amazing stay! Located right on the beach, beautiful views and only a short walk along the beach to the harbour and high street! First time in Whitstable and we cannot wait to book again for our return visit!
