We had a brilliant stay at Nicola’s house. It is beautifully done and very clean. Easy to find and get in with the lockbox. Amazing location for Whitstable high street and the beach. Would highly recommend!

The space felt welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to explore. My friends and I had a wonderful time at Katrina's place. She was very responsive from booking and flexible with our check in when we were running a little late. The house was pristine and we really appreciated the little touches. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Just back from a weekend staying at Kates lovely cottage. Fantastic location, super clean and great to find somewhere with 2 double beds when holidaying with a friend. Kate was great at communication and we really appreciated our generous welcome pack of milk, snacks and some bubbly. Great early checking at 12 noon too. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay in Whitstable. The house was clean and everything was as described. The stairs are very steep so we had to be very careful descending them while holding a baby Parking was limited in the streets around the house but we managed to find a space most days although had to use the pay and display car park at the end of the road on one occasion. The house is in a great location just a 5 minute walk to the high street where there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Would recommend to others.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful! Even better than the photos. Everything was of high quality which made for a comfortable stay. Check-in and out was very smooth. I hope to be able to stay again!

The accommodation was easy to find and in a great location to explore Margate. Check in was straightforward. Lots of recommendations on where to go in Margate which was really helpful. The accommodation was really clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for making our weekend away enjoyable!

The flat is perfect for a stay for one or two people for a short break in Rochester. It's is easily walkable to and from the station and easy to find. It was peaceful but near the centre, the castle, cathedral and river with an incredible number or eateries nearby. The instructions for getting in were clear with no problems and the key box easy to use. (I have fought with a couple in the past!) The flat itself was spotless with all the amenities you need. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and Linda left milk, tea and coffee. My only note of caution, was it was up 3 flights of stairs which was easy to manage but I did have to take my bags (I don't travel light so had two ) one at a time. I would highly recommend this most comfortable flat if staying in Rochester

I wouldn’t want to spoil the wow factor for anyone else so il do my best not to ramble on….. I personally love the East Kent Coastline and there’s so much to do and see in this particular area, as you are spoilt for choice with restaurants and plenty of activities. This Airbnb is conveniently placed right opposite Margate main sands beach, and right behind it you have Dreamland. The property is also not far from Margate old town where there are plenty more shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants, and pubs to choose from. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was found clean, and Amy was a pleasant host from start to finish with excellent communication. Every detail about this property has been carefully thought out and you can see and feel that the minute you enter.

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

The flat was full of light in the mornings, and directly above the wonderful Windy Corner cafe, so easy access to breakfast! The location was great, quiet but convenient for the main high street. Spacious and well maintained. The kitchen diner was really comfortable for family times and meals. Rooms were good sizes and had very comfortable beds. The host was very responsive to questions and all information shared was clear making our time very relaxing. I hope we can return again very soon x

Delightful stay. The flat was a perfect size and the breakfast/welcome basket made it an even easier trip with breakfast and more taken care of. Immaculate and lovingly decorated. Stephen and Debbie were great, thoughtful hosts. Would recommend without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay at Appledown. The bungalow was clean and well-equipped. It should be very convenient for anyone with mobility difficulties. The views are magnificent - mainly open countryside and trees - and it's also only 20 minutes across the fields from the beach at Kingsdown via public footpaths. Comms were all good and check in very easy.

We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

We had a lovely stay in West Mersea this weekend. The airbnb is in a perfect location, with a short walk down to the beach. The property is beautiful and spacious and the projector is incredible! Tony and Mas were wonderful hosts and were easily contactable throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Pauline and her husband were both very communicative and extremely welcoming! A quick stay for us, but they have a beautiful home and were happy to go above and beyond to provide extra help. Thanks!

Julia’s place is spacious, beautiful, clean and an easy commute for us due to the Elizabeth line train station less than 5 mins walk from the house. Julia was responsive for any questions and we will definitely book again when visiting London.
