The house is a lovely, quirky place - both a balance of cool, interesting, charming and cosy. It's upside down, in a fun way; you walk straight into the bedroom with the kitchen/living room upstairs. The bedroom downstairs has more of an artistically minimalist feeling to it, whereas upstairs feels like a classic, cosy kitchen/living room. Cute little garden behind, which I'm sure is much better enjoyed in the summer than in winter, but was a nice addition nonetheless. It's just opposite the Turner Contemporary and the beach, and right near the coolest bars and restaurants in Margate. Really well located. Definitely get yourself booked in to Bottega Caruso for dinner, and they have a gorgeous wine bar next door! As for Jen, she was kind, attentive, flexible and helpful! She has a neighbour a few doors down that helps out when she's not around. I really appreciated my stay! :)

Excellent in all aspects, providing everything we desired for our short stay weekend meeting with friends which had been prevented by original lockdown by Covid which was enjoyed by all.

Great views, like the pictures, good transport into central London, great to be near a supermarket! Would stay again!

This was such a lovely little gem to find. It was perfect for what we wanted. Scenery is beautiful with the fort in view. Would recommend the 2 hour walk along the coast too. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous time in Broadstairs and would recommend anyone to stay at this lovely flat. It was the perfect location and space for the two of us with everything you need for a trip to the seaside. There was a minor issue in accessing the key which was solved before we had even finished the ice creams that we had bought to entertain us while we waited and Julie brought a lovely Easter egg for my son who was delighted by that as well as the buckets and spades already available for him to use.

Great location - try the Rifle Volunteers (pub up the road) fantastic for real ale - great atmosphere too. The bathroom was well decorated - great bath, great shower - lots of hot water. Very well equipped kitchen, two lovely bedrooms and very comfortable lounge with a big television and all the channels ! Lovely private outside space too - it was nice to sit in the sunshine with a cup of coffee. 10 minute walk to Maidstone Centre - lots of shops, two major shopping centres (that we found) and a retail park across the river ! Oh and the parking permit was extremely useful - thank you

Great base to explore Margate about 15-20 mins walk to the old town and Dreamland. Beautiful decor, stairs could be steep for anyone who struggles with mobility but perfect for us as a group of 8 adults.

Very nice place in a lovely area. Very nice and helpful host. Very good and fast communication. I recommend this place. We will be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas with the in-laws. Matt was very responsive and helpful before the booking and throughout. The house is lovely and even nicer than the photographs. The communal space is spacious and well set out. It was very cosy and ideal for hosting the family. We couldn’t recommend more highly!

David was very helpful from the moment I booked his lovely apartment—always ready to assist. The apartment has a charming touch and is conveniently located right next to Lakeside. Bus and train options are nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot as well.

We really loved the apartment. The facilities in the kitchen were excellent and there was a generous supply of tea and coffee pods. The view of the sea was super and the promenade was right on the doorstep. We did find access to the front of the property a little difficult due to the lack of a handrail and the height of the individual steps. We had two members of our party with limited mobility, who really struggled. Angela was able to arrange for us to use the rear access which did have a handrail. Perhaps a note about this should be added to the description. However we would visit again as we loved the area and the apartment.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

Thanks Nic, we really enjoyed staying at your place ‘The Coastal Soul’, and loved being so close to the beach. It was just as you described it, very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The tips in your house guide were also very helpful, the location was perfect and we enjoyed the walk along the coast to Reculver fort. We would absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back. Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.

We stayed at Diana’s Garden Room house for 2 days and it was a pleasure. We loved everything the photos don’t do it justice, the views are phenomenal day and night. The actual Garden house was amazing the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, living room area was perfect. Diana provided everything we would need and gave us some many great walks/food recommendations. We had a lovely welcome and Diana even went as far as putting birthday decorations up for me. Which honestly made my whole day! She even brought a little sweet treat for me on my birthday. We will definitely be returning and telling all our family and friends about here, 10/10 and thank you so much again Diana you were so kind and this job is made for you! All the best 💕🪵🌹🌴🩷

I recommend highly to anyway who is staying in the Thanet area! Beautiful place tucked away! With the beach jsut a 2 minute walk away.
