This house was wonderful for our party of 6, but it would easily accommodate up to 8. Not only are there a queen, 2 douple and 2 twin beds, but the living room is large and will seat 9 people. The two tables will seat 10 people. In addition to the full bath on the first floor, there is another bathroom with shower in the basement. We didn't use them but having a washer and dryer would be handy for longer stays. The views from the living room and kitchen are lovely and we regularly saw deer. The location was fairly convenient for us to spend time with our son's family in Wells and it was lovely. Our party consisted of adults, but this would be a nice location for families with children. The roomy 2 car garage is an asset in inclement weather. Will be staying here again if it is available for future family trips.

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!! Very clean and great location for Downtown! Was great for our group of 9! Would easily sleep more!! 3 nice bathrooms ❤️

The cabin was clean, cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. A short distance from the casino and restaurants. Will definitely be booking again!

Great place and great hospitality. Dan went above and beyond to make our stay great. We had 16 people between adults and children for a hunting trip to the area and the place worked perfect. Hope to visit again in the future.

Water Place fit our needs perfectly! We were able to be together as a larger family under one roof for our family Christmas. The well stocked kitchen was a huge help, and we enjoyed the peaceful river views.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Josh and Katie’s house on Clear Lake, Iowa. The home was warm, inviting, and thoughtfully prepared, making it the perfect getaway. The views of the lake were stunning, wood-burning fireplace and the peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. Josh and Katie were incredibly accommodating and responsive. A Magical Escape – Pure Serenity and Adventure! This place was absolutely wonderful and so serene—it truly brought out our inner Huck Finn! From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of adventure and freedom, opening our minds to explore and embrace the beauty around us. Leslie was so sweet, and Roger was simply AWESOME! We had an unforgettable time with our 10-year-old daughter, feeding the fish, exploring the area, and experiencing the "off-the-grid" lifestyle while still enjoying all the comforts of home. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation for the whole family. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous—every little detail made the stay perfect. We will definitely be coming back!
