The house is cute and tiny, but tiny in a good way, and has all of the things you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Super clean, super quiet place. There was a ton of space for everyone. It had a well equipped kitchen and all the bathroom essentials and then some!

The house was exactly as described. It was comfortable and every amenity you would need was available. We happened to be in town for work, but we would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Teri has thought of everything. bring a change of clothes and you are home away from hom. cottage is comfortable and charming. walkable to DT Moline shops restaurants bars arena riverfront. very easy location to drive to everything the QCA has to offer on both sides of the river. you can hear reveille retreat and taps from the Arsenal. be aware you can hear traffic and trains but it is not annoying. I will stay here on all future trips.

This house is bigger than it looks and having the garage to park in is always a plus! Perfect location! Comfy beds and a gas stove to cook on! loved it!

Our stay was unique - we were selling our home. Had to clean it out of everything we were keeping so an estate sale (or leftovers!) could be set up! So we needed a place for 2 weeks! The house was cozy & comfortable. We’ve never seen a kitchen so well stocked!! Beds were comfy. So glad to have washer & dryer!!

Felt right at home, clean, comfortable and quiet, Darla the host was always responsive and extremely helpful even when I was faced with having to relocate to another B and B she was right there to accommodate me, I look forward to the next time I stay at one of her properties !

Amanda was very responsive. Place was very clean and matched description. Had amenities such as towels and hygiene care. Highly liked and would recommend to friends and family.

We are so appreciative of Trevor and Elizabeth for a wonderful stay!! Their cottage was large, beautifully decorated and comfortable for our family of five. The hosts were so unbelievably generous, understanding, kind and caring. We were a very last minute booking, and ended up arriving very late in the night. Not only did they not mind, but they did everything they could to offer us a longer and more relaxing stay so that we could sleep in and have as much time as we needed. They are so sweet and we would totally stay here again someday if we're in the area. We need more humans in this world like Trevor and Elizabeth. ☺️

Great location! Quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed our time on the back porch overlooking the river. The cabin was very clean, spacious, and met our needs well. We so appreciated a quick and friendly response when we had a question.

Emily was amazing from booking to stay, I had a death in the family and had to reschedule our stay and Emily made it so easy and was just so nice and understanding about the whole thing! I just really appreciate the whole interaction. I also love the space and the yard, so relaxing for a weekend get away!

Jared’s place was great. Lots of room for our whole group! TVs in every bedroom! The house was comfortable and clean. Close to restaurants, easy to get delivery if needed. Jared was always fast to reply if we had questions. Great value for the price. Bring coffee if you are a coffee drinker but don’t worry there is a drip pot that makes great coffee. Brand new appliances. You can tell a lot of care went into this house. We’d be happy to stay here again!

Absolutely gorgeous home! Loved the fire pit in the back. Very spacious. Family stopped by to visit and everyone was very comfortable. Very clean. This is the second property of Mishima and Tommy’s I have stayed in. I will use their properties every time I am in town

We enjoyed out long weekend in Davenport with family. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and come together for a meal, game or watching the big game. The game room kept the kids entertained with pool, foosball, ping pong and some friendly competition on the pop-a-shot! We also enjoyed exploring the Vander Veer Botanical Park, lots of open space, playground and looking at all of the unique plants in the conservatory. Several restaurants are close by, we visited Lopiez pizza, the Filling Station and Famous Daves and each had great service and plentiful portions for leftovers the next day. The hot tub was a great way to relax on the patio. Thanks for sharing your home!

We stayed here with a good amount of family and it was perfect! The living space was large so we spent a lot of time gathering there! The rooms are all so cute and made you feel at home! It is a great central location in a town of lots to do. Close to lots of store and food! We will definitely be back renting this house in the future!

This place was fantastic for our group! I would recommend this place to anyone who is with a group or evan a family. Host was very timely with responses and made sure the place was good to go so we could check in a little early. The game room and fire pit were some of our favorite features!

Our family loved the peaceful, relaxing setting of Miguel's house. The river views are beautiful to wake up to and the house is very well stocked with anything you could need--especially the kitchen. Also, Miguel made certain there was plenty of dry firewood for us to enjoy the fireplace. We will love to book again and return next winter.
