We had another wonderful stay at this impeccable property. The interior is beautifully appointed and incredibly clean. It is just a 5 minute drive to downtown Lexington—and the views from the front porch are stunning.

Top apartment, terrific location. It's a comfortable place with a well-organized and equipped kitchen, a lovely new bathroom, and glistening polished floors throughout. The location is great, a six-minute walk if that from downtown Lexington and nice restaurants. There's also an ample balcony with adirondack chairs though it was too cool for us to use it. We would happily return.

Demaree's place is wonderful! We loved the yard and the space. You can walk everywhere in downtown Lexington from the house. Can't wait to stay again!

We came in for a reunion at W&L, and we absolutely loved our stay at Walapa’s! Her instructions for getting in were crystal clear. It’s a great space, and her garden is so peaceful and beautiful. We were traveling with two little children and she went above and beyond in accommodating us, setting up a crib and art table and providing books and toys. She even spent half an hour showing our toddler around the garden. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Lexington (as long as it’s available)!

Stayed in The Hay Loft with my husband and 3 small children (4,3&1) for 3 weeks while relocating to the area from Texas. We felt right at home and had everything we needed to live a mostly normal life during transition! The home and property are well thought out & are equipped with anything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes, plenteous toiletries in the bathroom, towels aplenty, and laundry essentials at your disposal. The host is very responsive, friendly, and helpful when anything out of the ordinary does come up. There can be some road noise at all hours, but it didn’t disrupt any of us ever. Perhaps if you’re a very light sleeper, it might. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, homey stay in the Lexington area. Takes 5-15 minutes max to drive anywhere in town. And lastly, the sunsets really are beautiful with the hills and mountains on the horizon. Just splendid.

Great, clean and beautifully decorated home. Lots of room for relaxing and spreading out. Only very small negative is there are no bathrooms attached to any of the rooms. My husband and I slept in the downstairs bedroom and you have to walk through the family room to get to the bathroom. Other than that, we’d stay here every single visit. Great place!!

The Old Parsonage has become a home away from home for our family. We visit every year and try to visit as often as we can because we love it so much. Anne is very attentive and the home is charming and cozy with beautiful views. Anne and Raleigh are always making updates to the home and take great care of it. Can’t recommend it enough - we’ll be back (again!) soon!

Great location in Lexington! Everything you need is provided and house is exactly as listed.

We stayed one night as a stop over during a long trip. Caroline was very accommodating of a late booking and check in. The home was exactly as described and the beds were extremely comfortable. A perfect spot for a night for our family of 6.

Rebecca was an outstanding host. An amazing person and a pleasure to be around. The property and house were exactly what we were looking for during our weekend of history. The horses are amazing to be around and the property is so peaceful. It’s a different feel there. The house was beautiful. Highly recommend

Wow! Second time guests and the place still looks brand new. Incredibly clean, well stocked and accommodating. Dawn is a super attentive, friendly and caring host. Went above and beyond to help us in every way. Kitchen is so well stocked as well as linen closet and paper goods. The yard is immaculate and was beautiful filled with blooming shrubs and flowers. Had a lovely brunch on back porch and evening cocktails in the rockers on front porch. Delightful weekend.

Was in town for business. Perfect place for just myself for the week. Perfectly located between all my work areas made easy travel.

Our stay here was great! We booked Jennifer's place for a family wedding in Lexington, VA and couldn't have been happier. The house was extremely clean, the setup was perfect to be able to hang out together but have enough areas to sleep. Jennifer was wonderful with communication. Beautiful views, easy to get to, wonderful home and great experience with the host :)
