I love this place. It’s close to everything. My family and I really enjoyed this home. Very cozy and relaxing. We definitely will be booking again.

It was a great location to stay in for the wedding I was attending. It was only a 12 minute drive to the venue. The family loved the open space and it was plenty of room for our large party. Would definitely book again.

If you are planning a visit to Atlanta with a large group, this lovely house in East Atlanta is the ideal base for your activities. It checks all the boxes: clean, safe, well-appointed and within walking distance of the cool East Atlanta Village neighborhood (bars restaurants, shops). We had seven in our group and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all. The open kitchen has a large island for gathering and there are two separate dens, each with cozy couches and TVs. Gabrielle is very responsive and provided eating recommendations and much more. Location is great: minutes by uber from downtown, the zoo or the aquarium. Highly recommended.

Everything was absolutely perfect!!!! First time in a long that I didn’t have to worry about anything away from home!!! Lenny was absolutely wonderful to me and my family!!! We thank you and look forward to booking with you again!!!

Our family's impromptu trip to Atlanta was made so much better by our stay at Rita's Airbnb! The house itself was stunning – beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The location was absolutely perfect, putting us right in the heart of everything we wanted to see. But what truly set this experience apart was Rita and Ken's exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their helpful recommendations and warm demeanor made us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!

Really great house in a location that’s hard to beat right now with Inman Park, Little 5, Krog Market, etc all right there, will stay again. Very nicely decorated inside and loads of room. We rode bikes, walked, or scootered a good portion of the time. Note that there is a basement level rental unit as well and they have access to the driveway. There is parking right in front of the house on the street so it wasn’t an issue.

Wonderful place near the MARTA station and super safe and wealthy neibourhood. A nice studio/gallery with the artworks by the house owner. Highly recommended.

Richard’s place was just what we needed for our stay. Great location to get in and out of downtown Atlanta. 5 minutes from Downtown Decatur with excellent restaurants (highly recommend The Brick Store Pub and Deer & Dove). Private, quiet and clean. Staying at the artist’s home was quite a unique experience having an art gallery throughout the home. Also, when arriving back after our day we had fresh oranges in bag at the front door greeting us back. Thanks Richard! Will definitely be on our shortlist for future Atlanta visits.

Loved staying in this charming Midtown carriage house. Clay is a great host and the property is in prime location for all of the best Atlanta landmarks. We have stayed here for several years and will continue to as long as Clay rents the space.

Close to downtown (~30 min walk or 10 min drive), and walking distance to the beltline (~10 min walk). Close to a lot great bars and restaurants. Spacious bedrooms, living room and bathroom. We enjoy our 5-day stay here.

Donald, a host of exceptional caliber, exudes an air of utmost professionalism and class. He takes great pride in meticulously upholding his properties, leaving no stone unturned. Should any unforeseen issues arise, rest assured that Donald will swiftly rectify them. A flawless experience, rated 10/10!

My husband, dog, and I opted to get a little more space while in town by booking an Airbnb instead of staying on a family member's pullout couch over the holidays. We are SO glad we did -- this spot could not have been more perfect and well-priced! Fantastic location steps from hip bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and the Beltline. Clean, beautifully sunlit apartment with a super comfy and big bed. Access to a gym (and pool if you go in warmer months). My family even came by for a visit :) Highly recommend!

Ken is the most hospitable host I’ve ever stayed with in all my years of Airbnb-ing! His house is clean, cozy, and in an excellent location! I’d love to stay here next time I’m in Atlanta.

We had a great stay! Every morning breakfast was served or buffet style and was good. Each morning started with a bowl of yogurt/fruit/granola. Then main meal was eggs with either French toast or biscuit and a meat. OJ and Coffee and Tea to drink. The 24 hour coffee & snack availability (bagels, toast, marble cake and mini fruit danish) was great after coming back from a long day. Our room was cleaned daily. I have nothing negative to say about this stay. Accommodations were exactly as stated and seen on the website. Adam was a great host.

The property itself is a hidden gem—nestled in a peaceful location just a short drive from Stone Mountain, offering convenience and beauty. The room was impeccably clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with authentic furniture, and local guidebooks and menus. Breakfast was a highlight—homemade and delicious. Overall, this B&B exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a personal touch.

This home was beautiful! The Inn Keeper, Amy, was so welcoming and sweet! The place was clean and gorgeous! The breakfast was amazing! I will say, the photos on AirBnB were not updated and there was a different bed frame in the Breakfast at Tiffany’s room but still very comfy! I would definitely book another stay here! ❤️
