Came for a place to stay for the Eastern State 20-miler, and it was great! Perfect location!

There a re couple of things, like that need some TLC which I am sure they will get once their spring cleanup and fixup happens. Great location and noce place. Upstairs suite is terrific

If you are looking for a nice place in the Hamptons to stay, this is it. If you want to hang out at the unit or go out, this location is a home away from home. I can’t say enough about this location. Bathroom - spotless with WHITE quality towels, hand towels, and face clothes. Kitchen - had everything you needed. The living room/sleeping area was more than accommodating Yard/porch - a beautiful place for family time or reading a book.

Great location for tons to walk to. The 3 stories were great for our party of 10. Water pressure was awesome. Angel was very quick to respond go questions and was flexible with check out. Would recommend!

Always a wonderful stay here. In a great spot to explore Ongunquit and surrounding towns. Very close to the beach and all the restaurants and shops.

The cozy cottage was exactly as described and pictured. Very spacious which was great for a weekend of not so lovely weather. Jeff was kind enough to let us know we could arrive early and depart late. He was proactive on letting us know of an issue which was no impact to our stay. We loved that we could take the dogs and walk about 100 yards or so for them to play at the beach. Great location. Great view. Great stay! Great communication! Hoping to go back again!

Nice and cozy cabin! Super responsive host with great touches to the cabin. Didn't get to enjoy the hot tub because it took too much time to get it fully heated and unfortunately weren't at the cabin for several hours leading up to when we wanted to use it but if you have the time to tend to it, I'm sure it's lovely. Fully stocked kitchen which was great for cooking a group meal.

The stay at Jacqueline's house was wonderful! It was perfect for a fun bachelorette party. We loved how close it was to the beach and loved the beach feel of the place. Definitely will be back if we are back in the area!

We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

Zachary was very responsive and attentive to our needs which were very minimal. Very clean and well presented. Great location out of the midstream of chaos of the strip but close enough to get there. Walk to the beach short and can get a glimpse of the water from the room but would be better a floor or two up. Well furnished with all cooking supplies. Ice maker included which was a plus. Enjoyed our time. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely, modern house in great location. A short 10-15 minutes walk to downtown Ogunquit and to the beach. River and beach views. Everything is in excellent condition and spotless. Very comfortable beds. We were here for a long stay and felt right at home!

Great place to stay with an awesome view of the beach right from the balcony. This is where every morning we would have our coffee to plan out our day and every evening sit back with a glass of wine and watch the moon rise over the ocean. The accommodations were good, the place was clean and had all the things to make our stay enjoyable. We would stay here again as well as recommend it to friends and family.

We stay at Hampton Beach every year for a few days. This has by far been the best. It seemed we were at home. Copmmunication with the owner and the facility was exceptional.

Great little spot right between short and long sands! Clean, well equipped (sand toys and boogie boards and chairs!), and Tara was very helpful when we couldn’t find the location driving in at night. Would definitely rent again!

Très belle et grande maison avec toutes les commodités nécessaires et même plus. Les pièces sont gigantesques et il y a vraiment de la place pour tout le monde. On n’a manqué de rien: serviettes, serviettes de plage, draps, oreillers, savon à linge, savon à vaisselle, essuie-tout, papier de toilette. On avait même une réserve supplémentaire. Il y a deux chambres principales avec leur salle de bain attenantes et deux chambres avec de multiples lits qui partagent une salle de bain commune. En plus d’une salle de lavage et d’une salle d’eau. Située à North Beach, loin du tumulte de Hampton Beach, la plage est très tranquille avec une ambiance familiale et elle se situe à 5 min de marche. On trouve une épicerie et de petits restaurants à 5 min de voiture. Il y a un petit balcon avec un BBQ qui donne sur une magnifique vue du coucher de soleil sur le marais. Seul bémol: on aurait apprécié avoir plus de place et de chaises pour en profiter à l’extérieur. Merci encore. Nous reviendrons.

This was a cozy little place walkable to all the restaurants on the main strip in Hampton. Very clean and the host was responsive and helpful. Will return!

This is an older ranch with a spacious kitchen and super comfortable beds. A beautiful beach is steps down the road. It is the first house off the highway, so you may hear traffic noise. There is a dehumidifier, which you will need to turn to the highest setting. The host is friendly and very responsive.

The location was great! Beautiful water views. The pictures in the listing were unclear that the place I was renting was the small house in the middle. It would be great for 1-2 people, but was small for 3-4. It was fine for a quick trip, but would have been cramped for a longer stay. Loved the electric fireplace! A very nice touch!

It was a wonderful spot for beach access. The owners were thoughtful and provided all the necessary beach toys and equipment, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. I especially loved the beautiful morning sunrises—definitely worth waking up early for! While the noise from the nearby road was noticeable at times, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. It’s a great place for anyone looking to be close to the beach. Overall, I had a good time and truly appreciate the hospitality!

What a location! Right in the middle of Perkins Cove. The view from the back deck is EVERYTHING! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Approx 1 mile from town. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Loved the experience of staying in the heart of Perkins Cove!
