Sunset Cottage was just what we needed for the Christmas holiday. Everything was perfect at the cottage. Wonderful kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and a fun place to enjoy a fire in the fireplace and see the beautiful sunsets! Can’t wait to visit in the summer !!

spectacular location which can't be understated. Host very responsive. Home was clean. Had all the basics ++ for superior kitchen and bedrooms. We celebrated a milestone birthday ages from 2-65. Six families flying in from both coasts. Both Portland and Boston airports very close and convenient. Was large enough to give families own personal space as well as the common area was large enough for everyone to be together. Stunning views from several bedrooms with crashing waves as background noise. Additionally, very convenient grocery & supply delivery to the front door from Hannaford and Walmart, as well as Amazon. (we never left the house). Clearly, the luxury and glory gave our family a foundation for a legendary vacation. small things: two bags of ice in the freezer was a perfect touch. Upon arrival the fireplace was not working but the host made it right. We want to rent again!

Staying in this guest house was really great for me, my wife and our two small dogs. The front of the home overlooks are beautiful marsh. The area is very peaceful, and it's next-door to a quaint little park, and a few minutes walk to a private beach.

Nice stay, great setup with lots of amenities provided, came as advertised, location on the tidal marsh was cool, good communication with host... overall a good experience! Thanks...

One of the BEST Ainbnb experiences I have ever had. Beautiful, comfortable home. I was able to cook and host some family which was exactly what we hoped for. The beds we so comfortable and the master bath tub was a lovely way to unwind. We also took a beautiful walk at Wagon Hill across the street. David was very responsive to any questions I had. Melanie has a 10 star AIRBNB! It is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you could possibly want (except a cook stove, but we were not planning on cooking. There were other options for preparing food.) she provides everything for your stay including coffee and snacks. The space was so beautifully designed and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable as was the couch and chair chairs. The shower accommodates very tall people, and the bathroom has everything you need. I plan on staying here again whenever I am in the area. Hopefully I will get to sit out by the fire pit next time!

This was a beautiful place to call home for a few days. The open kitchen, dining and living room is so airy and well decorated. It felt modern and inviting at the same time. Everything we needed throughout the week was thought of.. cooking utensils, coffee set up, places to set up for work, and the view is just unbeatable. Treat yourself by choosing this place as a home base for your next trip! You'll really feel like a local, nestled on the beautiful coastal strip of 103 in Kittery Point.

The beds were very comfortable. So much fun with the Christmas decorations and pirate theme. Much appreciated to have the snow cleaned off our cars. We five sisters would love to stay again.
