Barbara was wonderful, friendly, accommodating, made sure I had a place to store my ebike, checked to make sure I had milk for coffee in the morning, told this amateur photographer where to get beautiful sunrise shots, and even offered to drive me to the train station in the morning in the driving rain (this idiot was already on her way, on her bike, and wishes she had read that very kind and generous offer much earlier!). A simple, clean, quiet, beachfront room. You'll be happy here. Thank you, Barbara; I hope to visit you again.

Amazing and adorable space to stay for the weekend! Able to walk to downtown every day. Cozy room with plenty of snacks and drinks, including homemade muffins! A great space indoor and out that we hope to visit again!

Stayed here one night to get away after finishing a large project at work. The place made me feel right at home and I was able to relax and unwind. The hot tub was great and the hosts were attentive to my request for help when taking the cover off and putting it back on. They also provide many recommendations for things to do in the area. Lots of movies too!

Helen and Kai are wonderful hosts, I really appreciate their good energy and accommodations... The place was just as nice as the pictures, and it was very comfortable and quiet... I could not have asked for more, book their place and you will have a wonderful place to stay...

Charming apartment in a quaint and beautiful location. Our hosts, Deane and Wendy, were gracious and helpful during our month long stay. The location was perfect for our needs and the accomodations were cozy and comfortable.

Excellent location! Quick ride into town. Easy to get to and absolutely beautiful place and peaceful surroundings. The beds were super comfortable, we only stayed for one night but would definitely rent again!!

Loved John’s place in Cape Neddick! Convenient to multiple seaside towns making sightseeing a breeze and loved being a short easy walk to the beach for beautiful beach days. Listening to the ocean each night was a dream. Don’t sleep on his restaurant recommendations, they were all amazing. Would love to visit again!

Lisas place was perfect for our stay! It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location on the main road. Would recommend and hope to stay there again!

We had a wonderful and relaxing getaway at Nancy’s place. Nancy is a wonderful host and her place is full of light (but good shades for sleeping at night) and very comfortable. The studio is in a peaceful neighborhood along the water and close to beautiful beaches. We could not have asked for better accommodations!

This place was the perfect weekend getaway from the city. Super clean, quiet, peaceful and felt right at home . While the apartment is connected to a house, there was never any disturbance and feels like no one is there! Alicia and Sean were super friendly and responsive with any help we needed. Lots of great restaurants in the area and quick drive to nearby towns. Definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Beth’s place. Quiet and cozy, plus a nice space to work. Beth was responsive and flexible with check-in time, plus she provided very clear info about the place. Five stars!

The cottage was super cute. It was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable and so was the pull out couch. They left water, sparkling water, milk , coffee and even some treats. It was very nice to have all of those basic things when you first arrive. You could walk to town which was great, parking in driveway was also convenient. I would definitely come back!!

This is a great place when you just need the minimum. Easy to get to. Well maintained. Super clean. Leonardo was a very responsive host and very caring of my stay experience. Expect some road noise and next door noise but nothing out of the ordinary.

Peter and Allison were very hospitable and their home was lovely! Great location close to area highlights like the beaches, outlets, and hiking. I stayed with them for a month and enjoyed the proximity to explore the area.

My family stayed at Briana’s Airbnb whilst visiting from England. They had a lovely stay and found Briana’s place a great location for visiting Amesbury. The place was spotless, really well decorated, and had great amenities! I’m sure they will be back again in future :)

A very relaxing stay we truly enjoyed. Home had everything we needed about 20 min from beach and 12 min from groceries. Enjoyed the gas fireplace at the porch and outdoor area with bbq grill.

Great place to stay. Toni was so helpful and pleasant to visit with. We enjoyed our stay very much and the location is so convenient. We even got to meet her pup. Would definitely stay again!

If serenty, comfort, an expansive lake front, privacy and joy are your benchmark for a Maine visit,this retreat has it covered in triplicate. The beauty is ethereal soothing the soul. This was a personal retreat for me, so I thoroughly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere & beautiful surroundings. There's a patio & fire pit outside which I didn't use, but maybe another time. The space is well cared for & very clean, which is important to me. Jocelyn & Nicholas we're wonderful hosts!! The kitchen had everything one could possibly need & oh, the king sized bed was extremely comfortable! I would like to return one day in the future. Thank you Jocelyn and Nicholas for a truly special time away.

Had great stay at George & Hazel's! My hosts were lovely and very helpful. Accomodation was in a quiet neighborhood near the waterfront. I slept well during my time there. It is a cosy space, and you can control the temperature easily. Clipper City Rail trail and Harborwalk Rail trail are nearby. I didn't have a vehicle l, but it was easy to walk to town centre amenities, and the train station. Many thanks again to George for picking me up at the train station on arrival. All the best!

We really enjoyed the stay. Very peaceful area and a stone's throw from Portsmouth, it is a perfect place to stay when thinking of visiting Maine and/or Portsmouth. The weather was a little cold, but the relaxing by the fireplace was a great way to wind down in the evenings. The sauna is also a perfect way to get your morning started. Host was super helpful and friendly. Can't recommend enough!
