A fabulous, easy get away from NYC. More than comfortable for 6 adults and 3 children. We didn't quite know what to expect for the children, all under the age of 5, but we were pleasantly surprised with books and games, some toys and great, space for all. Open kitchen, dining and cozy room off the kitchen, all facing out to the woods was fantastic. Kitchen well stocked and fun to cook and hang out in. Snow blanketed the property so it was especially beautiful. Would love to visit again!!!

The house was wonderful, we had to book last minute, same day, due to unfortunate family circumstances and it was easy. She was very helpful setting me up with check in and the down payment link. Thank you for all of your support during this tough time!

Beautiful place and great host. Would definitely recommend. I don’t think you’ll find anything on Airbnb like this place. Indoor pool and a bunch of games. Best place for the cold weather!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lake House. The house was beautiful and large enough for my family of 6. We enjoyed the hot tub with views of an icy lake. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and fresh. We went bowling and found great restaurants in nearby by Warwick. We would love to return soon!

Our stay was an absolute pleasure! Even though the weather wasn’t perfect, we had an amazing time indoors and really enjoyed the jacuzzi. Everything about the place made sense and was thoughtfully set up — even with the weather, our whole family enjoyed 100% of our stay and loved having a peaceful getaway from the city. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. We especially loved the beautiful view and the stylish design of the place. Highly recommend!

what a beautiful place. I love all the windows. The view is so nice and peaceful. There's plenty of good trails to hike minutes from the house. Patrick was very accommodating and flexible. We will be back!

Very spacious and great for larger gatherings. The rooms and kitchen were well stocked and William was very responsive to any questions!

Manuel's home was absolutely beautiful and a delight to stay in with our large family. Beautiful neighborhood, nicely decorated, and felt right at home (especially with our toddler, older child, and two older parents).

The house was lovely and very clean and Piotr was an excellent host and even met us at check in to show us around. There are 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very convenient for us. The kitchen was well stocked and It was very comfortable stay for my family of 7 adults and two babies and two dogs. One bedroom is on the main floor and two bedrooms are on the walkout lower level and one bedroom is on the upper floor. To get to the upper floor there is a steep winding staircase that wasn’t an issue for us, but I would not recommended it for small children or toddlers. The outdoor hot tub was a nice addition.

Great place, good level of remote with enough amenities nearby. Super responsive, and helpful with all the questions. One of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve used!

Comfortable and well situated property in beautiful surroundings. We stayed in most of the time due to the weather, can’t wait to come back and enjoy it when it’s not frozen out (tho the frozen views were top notch). Thank you!

overall a great stay. House was clean and as described. backyard was full of activities even without the pool having horseshoes, bocci, and a hotthub. basement game area was great. A lot of games of pool were plaid and the bar area was great to hang around. Kitchen was fully stocked. Only small complaint was that there wasn't a large skillet. I would absolutely stay here again.

I would stay at Alluvions place time and time again! It was nestled in such a private area but still felt close to everything we needed. The home was BEAUTIFUL, perfect for large families for the holidays. It was depicted exactly as shown, very spacious and stocked with everything a family could need (including a playroom)! Even though we spent 5 days there as a family, it didn't feel like enough as no one wanted to leave. Once you unpack, you just feel at home.

If you’re reading this to decide whether to book, do it - this was such a nice stay! Came up for a last min bday trip and feel lucky we got to stay here. Brian is an uncommonly good host and went above and beyond in so many ways - great communicator, flexible, gave us extra recs when stuff nearby was closed, provided a great local guidebook, and stocked the house so well (I like to cook and there was an actually well-stocked kitchen there). We didn’t find ourselves needing any essentials and the house had a lot of well-thought out comforts (insane hot tub, heated toilets, a ton of seating). On top of that the house is set up for fun at home - communal lounge area for a big group, pool table downstairs, board games, easy to use projector, silly wigs, big yard, a fridge that plays spotify (???) & we brought our pickleball set and played outside. These guys really know what they’re doing - thank you for a great stay and we will definitely be back when it warms up!

I have enjoyed everything in that house. It’s fancy house for vacation.

Pictures do not do this place justice, comfortable beds and couch’s, clean kitchen and bathrooms, way more space than it appeared in the pictures. Hot tub was amazing on a few cold nights. We spent most of our time in the living room by the fire and making food in the kitchen. Marie’s home was more than we could have wished for, and the location was perfect, in nature but just a few mins away from town. By far the most comforting and relaxing stay we’ve had yet.

Our group of six friends with pup companion had a wonderful stay at this lovely cabin! We loved the fireplace, hot tub and the dining area which reminded us of a retro Wendy’s. The kitchen is fully equipped, coffee good and proximity to activities and restaurants lovely. The beds were comfortable and after an unexpected wet hike, we appreciated the washer and dryer. Would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the inviting back yard! Higher recommend!
