Christopher's house in Tuxedo Park was awesome. We felt right at home as soon as we got there. It was extremely clean and well maintained. They had it sweetly decorated for Christmas, and we were there to enjoy Christmas with our loved ones nearby, so it was perfect. We were too busy to explore the area, but it was a nice neighborhood. We really appreciated this beautiful and comfortable home to spend the holidays. Christopher was very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

My husband and really enjoyed our impromptu weekend getaway at the last minute. Heidi was able to accommodate us the same day and was very quick to respond and help us get setup. The location is beautiful and really special. We’ll definitely be back!

We have 2 young children and absolutely loved Frankie and Julie's place! The yard had a playground (and lots of their children's toys for our kids to play with). Check in was a breeze and the place was warm and welcoming. It's close to downtown restaurants and parks but also very private with a fenced in back yard. Highly recommended for families.

This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

What an incredible experience! The home exudes warmth and character, making it a perfect spot for quiet moments. I spent hours reading one of my favorite books and soaking in the beauty of the area. Highly recommend! The local scenery is breathtaking, and there are so many charming spots to explore nearby. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Very peaceful and clean environment, host was responsive and polite, and even went out of their way to assist us when we had accidentally locked ourselves out during a midnight medical emergency. Sent a message with the expectation that a response won’t come in until some hours later due to it being midnight, but each time I’ve messaged this host, day or night, they were exceptionally quick to respond. Overall the experience was very positive. Would recommend both this Airbnb and this host.

Although we landed on the coldest weekend of fall, the house on the lake was magical, fun, filled with history and character. Right on the lake so if it was a bit warmer we would have loved drinking our morning coffee outside, and play in the beautiful lake shore. Instead, we enjoyed watching the ducks on the lake in front of the fireplace, drinking hot chocolate with a Christmas movie, playing family games, and using the jacuzzi at night.

We had the best Labor Day weekend stay at Eileen’s place! Firstly, she was super communicative about prepping for the visit. This home was both a peaceful sanctuary, and a fun place to stay. Yes, lazing around the pool (Chaises! Floaties! Gorgeous views!) was a huge perk, but just being in the gorgeous, private setting was the perfect vibe! The home inside is so well-appointed, everything we needed, plus things we didn’t know we needed (Alexa inside + outdoor speakers for weekend jams everywhere!). Plus, Eileen sent some great recommendations for things to see and do in town, you just can’t go wrong here! We didn’t even turn on the television. We cannot wait to come back!

The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

Bettys home was a wonderful place for our 7 family members to stay. It was very comfortable and well equipped, with thoughtful amenities and lots of room. The fenced in yard was great for our dog, and the neighborhood quiet and close to the lovely towns of Warwick and Sugar Loaf. Betty was extremely responsive and kind enough to let us check in a few hours early. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful place and great host. Would definitely recommend. I don’t think you’ll find anything on Airbnb like this place. Indoor pool and a bunch of games. Best place for the cold weather!

Adam was very friendly, communicative and timely right from the beginning. He checked in on us all weekend to make sure everything was going smoothly. The house was huge and had plenty of space. We loved the big open living room and had lots of chats there. Everything in town was less than 10 minutes away. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay!

The place was much bigger than the photos and we enjoyed the stay! especially the indoor fireplace and the house is beautifully decorated. Blake was a great host, she did a quick tour of the place when we arrived and gave us some flexible check out time because of the weather/road condition (thank you!) even though we left just before the check out time. Overall, it was a wonderful stay :)

Tiffany’s place was easily accessible, clean, and well stocked. We spent the weekend with friends, our 10 month old daughter, and our two dogs. Everyone was extremely comfortable in the home and had a lovely time exploring downtown Beacon. Would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the pool!

Beautiful area. The apartment was comfortable, modern, and enjoyable place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. Really enjoyed the heated floor in the bathroom. Our host was friendly and helpful with area attractions and places to eat. Would rent again.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Chelsea’s. We made great use of the amenities and would love to stay here again. Chelsea was a great host and extremely responsive.

Peter's place is THE perfect stay for a couple (plus dog) planning a visit to Rockland County. The cottage is extremely clean and incredibly cozy. The surroundings are beautiful, with the property well set back from the road and bordering Harriman State Park. Suffern and its restaurants aren't far and there's easy access to the Palisades Parkway to go anywhere else nearby. I grew up in the county and visit my parents on a regular basis. Any time I can't stay at their home, Peter's place will be my go-to from now on.

I would highly recommend this place, Tracy was very helpful. She gave us clear instructions. She had the place prepared for us. She even customized for us a card and guiding us to where everything is, the place was very clean, very well taken care of, and a lot of thoughts went into designing this place with all the amenities and comfortabilities

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

There's something homey and really special about Camille's place in Monroe. The view of the lake is great, especially through the trees, but also the whole place feels designed to be fun for a small to medium sized group. It's got the best kitchen I've seen at an Airbnb that's for sure! and the ping pong table makes for tons of fun. Great place, great time, lovely host!

We needed a place to stay locally at the last minute and Suzette's place was available for 3 nights. Even being locals, we thought the location was premium, being very close to the amenities of downtown Peekskill as well as the beautiful Blue Mountain Reserve area. There is a walkable trail right by the house. The pet friendly listing was another bonus as we needed to be with our cats. We would definitely stay here again if we were in a similar situation, and I can see how out of town visitors would enjoy it as well.
