We cannot say enough wonderful things about this lovely property. Lee and Charlie were so fantastic to work with, and the home was spacious, fully stocked and beautifully decorated. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it! Communication was terrific!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Samantha's place in Cushing. To say that she is "very responsive" would be an understatement. She typically responded within 10 minutes no matter what my question was. She lives a short distance away which really helped facilitate things. We had a minor issue with the Internet which required communication with the service provider, but she coordinated everything and resolved it right away. The house is totally charming - old, a bit creaky and adorable - and well maintained (no issues there). We imagined how great it would be to visit in wintertime and snuggle up to a roaring fire. They have an expansive yard with gardens great for a short evening stroll. Forest habitat behind the property was great for bird watching. The area is absolutely beautiful - quintissential coastal Maine. The Olson House (local attraction) is a few minutes drive from the house. The grounds have a walking trail along the water with fantastic views of the coast.

We enjoyed our stay in South Portland. We loved being able to walk to the Scratch bakery (.3 miles) and Willard beach (.7 miles with sidewalks along the way) even in the winter. A&C soda shop was also walkable with delicious burgers and was very child friendly. Lisa’s place was in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood. The Children’s museum was about a 10 minute drive which was a great added bonus. Lisa’s place was just as described and had a lot of charm. Kitchen had all we needed, and everything was clean. We had a great stay!

This was the perfect rental for our family of 4 for the thanksgiving holiday. The home had everything we needed and wanted, great location within walking distance of so many great places in Rockland, and was clean and comfortable. Alicia went out of her way to provide recommendations for our stay! This is probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at and the most helpful host we’ve encountered. Highly recommend and thank you to Alicia and family for making our week so enjoyable while spending time with our kids on their college break.

Brian’s home was comfortable & was exactly as described & expected! It was close enough to Acadia & we enjoyed the kitchen & common spaces as well! Would absolutely stay again!

We had an amazing time over valentines day weekend. There was a snow storm and Kent snow blowed around our vehicle to make sure we could get out. The house is very comfortable and peaceful, amazing view of the river and just off the road enough to not be bothered by passing traffic. Definitely recommend!!!!

It was beautiful quick stay, very easy to walk to the harbor and a lot of different restaurant options 2-5 minutes away walking distance, The host was very responsive and gave us recommendations, will definitely come back with friends.

Location, location, location! Diane's place is right in the heart of Belfast, making it easy to walk wherever you want in town. Diane communicated promptly and with great details before we arrived, making checking a breeze. We loved the charm of the apartment and would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect, cozy home base for our girls’ trip in Portland! The apartment was just as pictured and well-stocked with amenities. Sadie was very responsive and easy to reach. Our favorite part — a really great location for strolling on the Eastern Promenade or grabbing coffee, food, cheese, or wine down the street.

Sharon was super flexible with us. We booked her place the day of because a big snow storm was coming into town. Ended up getting over a foot of snow during our stay. We actually had a different Air B&B reservation in the area that we couldn’t cancel so we decided to go to Portland a day early in an effort to avoid traveling in the storm. That plan didn’t quite work. Blizzard was so bad that we still didn’t arrive until 2am. The next morning, we couldn’t get our car out of the driveway, so we were able to get another night here (after the previous reservation canceled). Throughout our hectic visit, Sharon made our stay easier to handle by being proactive and responsive. Would highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at Mandy’s! I love that she was so proactive and direct with all of the instructions for the home (even a picture where to park). The house is exactly as described. We enjoyed all of the Maine touches. The home was extremely tidy and clutter-free. There is parking for two vehicles on site and local restaurants, shops, and entertainment are a very short walk away. We were away after some snow and came back to the snow being cleaned up in the parking lot. The house is well insulated and felt warm and cozy during negative Maine Winter temperatures. There was nothing negative or worrisome about our stay.

Stayed for a weekend in February and we loved the decor, as well as the full kitchen and fast hot water. Chris was a great and responsive host, this is a great place on the Portland boardwalk with beautiful and welcoming surroundings.

Loved the condo and its location! Parked the car and never had to use it all weekend…everything within walking distance. Incredible views…watching the sunrise and lobster boats head out while sipping coffee was a highlight. Always something interesting to look at. Would definitely stay again.

Gerry's place was perfect for our stay in Portland. My 3 adult children and I had plenty of room. The house is close to the Old Port, the highway and other Maine points of interest. We were close to our relatives' house for Thanksgiving! I would highly recommend Gerry's place!!

We enjoyed staying at Steph’s place in Portland. The location is great and is near many restaurants and bars. Steph provided many recommendations on different spots within the city. We were within walking distance to everything in the Old Port area. The included parking spot is super convenient as well. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The shower has super strong pressure and the hot water may not get super hot at times. Overall, we had a great experience and would love to stay again when we visit Portland.

We’ve stayed at Dave’s condo a couple of times now. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is in such a wonderful location in South Portland and Dave is very communicative and friendly with anything we may need. Definitely recommend a stay if you’re looking to check out the Portland area and enjoy some beach time while you’re at it!

We had a great weekend in Portland. Marlene’s place is in the perfect location for walking around the city. It was comfortable and spotless. Marlene was also quick to respond when we had a question. Overall, it was fantastic stay!
