My wife and I spent our first year anniversary in this wonderful home. We had a great time enjoying the fall colors and over looking the beautiful pond, especially in the morning as the fog broke. Within 15 minutes there were several grocery shopping options, restaurants, and breweries. Perfect balance of being in a quiet setting but having amenities nearby. Would recommend and hope to go back next autumn!

The house was an amazing location! We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrises & sunsets while grilling dinners in the evenings! The house was very clean and Robert was a great host. I mess him to ask if there was an axe on site. He responded that there wasn’t but that he would get firewood for us the next morning. It was so awesome to sit around the fire at night and hear the loons calling. It was very relaxing. We had to travel at least an hour to do the site seeing we wanted to do but we expected that. Overall was great and I’d recommend the house to others!!

My cousin and I spent a week at holly's house. We made our day trips from there. All the sights were easily and quickly accessible by car from there. Whether in the north, south, east or west of Maine. We enjoyed spending our evenings in a fully equipped house. From check-in to check-out, everything was uncomplicated. We really enjoyed our time there.

This was my fifth stay at this incredible lakehouse, and it just keeps getting better! I was here for a girls' weekend with my family, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot. The comfort of this home is unmatched—from the cozy beds to the inviting living spaces, everything is designed for total relaxation. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The hot tub was an absolute dream, perfect for unwinding together while taking in the serene lake views. And the massage chair? Wow! We each had multiple turns! Every time I visit, I never want to leave. I’m already looking forward to our next girls' getaway. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to relax and recharge, this is it!

The home was very welcoming and accommodating for our family of 5. The views were spectacular at sunrise, sunset and during the snowstorm. Bald Eagles and hawks would land in the trees right in front of the house. Also, there was a skating pond down the street my family love to visit almost each evening. There was an alarm going off as soon as we arrived, Debbi was incredibly fast responding and sending someone to check it out clear it up. On the plus someone came and plowed the driveway after the snowstorm it was great. She left a basket of local food and my family ate it up. We are so thankful for our relaxing week and would love to return.

This was a really nice house on a beautiful lake. The beds were comfortable and there were enough to accommodate us. It was very clean and easy to enjoy your stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place was a great location, we stayed here for a concert at Bangor Waterfront. We loved the amenities and the fire place. The beds were extremely comfortable. Would recommend!!

Just returned from a two nights stay at Robert’s. We both enjoyed our time there very much. Everything was just as described and we had everything we needed during our stay. We were even able to make a few easy meals to save on dining out which was helpful. Robert made some great suggestions on how to make the most of our time in the Boothbay area. We hope to return for another visit during the summer months.

We had a great and pleasant stay! Everyone was so friendly, especially Zeke the dog!! My son loved him! The sunset on the lake was magnificent! Beds were very comfy, and kitchen was great with everything you'd need. High-speed internet with Roku TV!! Felt like home! Robert, and his family were great hosts!! Thank you

We had a great time during our winter break. The house is right on the lake, ice fishing was excellent, my son catch his first Northern Pike and was very excited. The house is very clean, modern , comfortable and have everything for our needs. Thank you very much for letting us stay.

We loved staying atThe Loft! It was everything shown and listed on the Airbnb site. It was centrally located to the shoreline, shopping, restaurants and so much more. Hope to stay at The Loft in the future.Thank you Lisa! This is the first time I stayed at an Airbnb and would definitely use the site again.

This property was awesome we were all very happy with the location, amenities, price and host. Hillary was polite and very helpful. This trip almost didn’t happen as our previous reservation was canceled 12 hours before check in from a different host. Luckily Hillary saved the week with her quick response time and answering questions about sleeping situations etc. would stay here again in a heart beat highly recommend!

Absolute perfect place to get away from everything, while still being close to all that Maine offers. The cabin has everything you could need and then some, and the view and proximity of the lake is breathtaking. Ouda was super helpful and friendly. This is one of the rare airbnb listings where the pictures and description match the reality (and then some because trying to capture what it's like to look at the lake as the sun comes up is impossible). We're already planning on coming back next year, 100% recommended!

We absolutely love staying here! We come back year after year and love the cozy Maine cottage feel to this place. The perfect relaxing vacation and will definitely return for more!!

Such a beautiful location. We loved seeing the sunrise and the moon on the water. It was like our own little retreat.

Our second time staying. Beautiful location, close access to the water. Thoughtful features inside. For wintertime stay the driveway was clear and we were able to keep very warm in the cabin, even on the coldest of days!! Tara is a responsive, kind and helpful host. Would definitely visit again!
