This was a nice and comfortable spot to stay with our dogs over the holidays. Our hosts even shoveled the place out on Christmas Eve after a snowstorm, and they were laid back and flexible. Thanks!

You’ll find it all here: It’s quiet, with all the amenities you need (and nothing you don’t), the pretty water views, and a location that provides access to good restaurants and the beautiful Acadia National Park.

This was our first experience with an Air B&B and happy that it was with Spencer. Our main reason for the East Coast trip was to see our grandsons football games at Bowdoin College and it was a perfect location. We stayed for seven weeks and loved the experience.

Shirley’s place was lovely and very clean. We stayed here for NESCAC swimming championships at Colby. It was close enough to going back and forth between morning sessions and evening sessions. She also accommodated the place a day early due to the snow storm so we didn’t have to drive through snow. It was very thoughtful of her. We truly appreciate her kindness. We’d love to come back for other occasions at Colby!

We had a wonderful getaway. The home was well taken care of, clean, and nicely decorated. The water views, sunsets, and sunrises were picture perfect. If you are a light sleeper, there is a horn that goes on periodically through the night. You may want to sleep in the back bedroom if that will bother you. We would stay here again. It was peaceful.

Such a wonderful stay at the farmhouse! It was so cozy and great to be right next to the brewery. It had everything we needed for a get together - and the amazing VHS collection was such a great trip down memory lane! We will definitely stay again

My friends and I loved this Airbnb. We brought our dog and he also loved it! The firepit outside was a huge plus. It was clean and comfortable. There were games available to play and a streaming TV. The kitchen was spacious and it was a good size for 5-6 people.

Walking distance to CROSS ARENA - perfect place to stay for an event! Clean and homey , loved the Christmas tree!

Great house and good location, it was warm during our stay. Enough space for our company. Not far away from the city. Overall it was nice staying there.

The place is great, low key neighborhood. The unit was clean and cozy. The hot tub was awesome and I would imagine the pool would be just as nice if our visit was not during February! Will definitely think about going again when a night or two away is wanted.

The house is beautiful and as described. We had 2 adults and 4 teen/pre-teens and it was amazing. So much space to spread out. It was very windy during our stay, but we stayed warm in the pool and hot tub. We were not used to so many stairs, but for sure got a workout in! The beds were all very comfortable. We would for sure book again and have had multiple friends already book after seeing our pitcures. The hosts were very responsive and friendly and made our first airbnb stay memorable.

This place is so great. It is exactly like the photos, but I think even despite that the listing doesn't quite capture how huge this house is. It seems pretty well insulated, also, so despite us having a decent sized group, it never felt crowded or loud. There's so many nooks and crannies to tuck away in. Also, this is an old house with old house charm, Cale really preempts a lot of questions with super helpful signage throughout the house. Not sure which of the six knobs you need to turn on the shower? They already thought of that and have put helpful guidance on the wall. We cooked for 8 people in the kitchen and found it well stocked – they even have a crock pot. Overall, this was exactly what our group was looking for.

I stayed there for two weeks and I would stay again. It was very quiet which is my number one need. Two it was clean. Three nice kitchen with all the appliances you need. Four Jeanmarie answered all questions quickly and clearly. Five lots of room in the house. Six it was nice and warm in the winter weather.

My return visit to the Boathouse was even lovelier than I hoped it would be. The location can't be matched by anything else I've seen. I enjoyed a September visit with my dog and was lucky to have pristine weather. I lived a very simple and healthy outdoors life and came home the better for it. The Boathouse is true to its description: it is simple and rustic and uncomplicated but well-equipped, and is perfect for one-and-dog, or for two people. A little coming-and-going from the neighboring houses meant that I didn't feel isolated. Margaret is truly an exceptional and friendly host who communicates promptly and clearly. I almost hesitate to share "my" Boathouse location with too many of my back-home friends because it feels so intimate and special. I already want to be back there. I offer my deep thanks to Margaret and to the place that I could - briefly - call home.

BEAUTIFUL Home!! Tons of space to relax and spread out with our family! The beds were very comfortable! We really appreciated all of the bathrooms for our group! The kitchen was huge and so handy for preparing meals! I absolutely loved the style and atmosphere of this wonderful home! We also loved being able to bring our dogs!! We had a lovely time and we would most definitely come back!!! 🥰

Our family and I had a wonderful stay at Jackies, we are all originally from maine, and her home gives you everything great about maine. We really felt at home, it snowed christmas eve which made it even more beautiful ( The driveway was plowed out early as well). I brought a small christmas tree with us on our trip up, and when we walked in, the place was decorated for christmas, which was just amazing and so thoughtful. We definitly plan on staying again, the next time we are back in maine. Thank you again Jackie!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Samantha's place in Cushing. To say that she is "very responsive" would be an understatement. She typically responded within 10 minutes no matter what my question was. She lives a short distance away which really helped facilitate things. We had a minor issue with the Internet which required communication with the service provider, but she coordinated everything and resolved it right away. The house is totally charming - old, a bit creaky and adorable - and well maintained (no issues there). We imagined how great it would be to visit in wintertime and snuggle up to a roaring fire. They have an expansive yard with gardens great for a short evening stroll. Forest habitat behind the property was great for bird watching. The area is absolutely beautiful - quintissential coastal Maine. The Olson House (local attraction) is a few minutes drive from the house. The grounds have a walking trail along the water with fantastic views of the coast.

What an amazing time I had at this place! I got married to my best friend and we had our families joined together! Everyone cooking every night, beach walks, board games, and fires for when it got a little cold. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding week! Thank you so much to Paul and Shankari for being wonderful helpful host!

We feel so lucky we were able to stay here - it was perfect for our needs, and pretty much perfect generally. Trying to think if I've had a better Airbnb experience - I don't think so. It was quiet, peaceful, beautiful and private - but close to the wedding events we were attending. House layout was ideal; lots of separation between the upstairs bedrooms (my husband getting up for snacks in the middle of the night didn't wake me up, and my going out for an early morning walk didn't disturb him). I would love to return and bring my son and his girlfriend to take advantage of the third bedroom on the main floor. Clean, pretty, and overall just a really pleasant ambience, also thanks to our gracious hosts. I have to say I was a little bit worried when I saw they live in the other half of the house, but honestly, if I hadn't read that, I would have had no idea (except for maybe the fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies greeting us).

Our stay at Linda’s was perfect. The setting was quiet, secluded, peaceful and relaxing. Easy access to Camden, Rockport and Rockland—the perfect location. Very clean with many amenities. Linda met us on arrival and showed us around. She had fresh fruit and muffins for us and gave good restaurant and activity recommendations. She was friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. She is a super host and a super lady! We highly recommend her and will stay with her again on our next visit to Camden!

This airbnb is tastefully decorated, well stocked and incredibly clean. Hosts sent good directions. Easy access from highway and good proximity to historic downtown and State House areas.

She made cookies the moment we checked in and delivered them to us with warm milk. Wonderful host with great knowledge of the beautiful Pemaquid region

The thought and care Lisa puts into providing guests with comfortable and pristine accommodations starts with her first communications before arrival and carries through from first day on property to the last waive goodbye! Lisa ensures that all you have to worry about is waking up in time for the gorgeous sunrise and her tasty pot of coffee, lacing up shoes for a walk across the plush green lawn down to the water (with your dog if bringing), and popping into your car for daily outings that she will gladly supplement with recommendations! If you're bringing a dog, I can confirm that everything Lisa describes in that regard is true! There is so much space to run around and play fetch, work on training skills, and just relax! Only regret on this trip was not carving out more time to take in the view and fresh air from the deck -- make sure you do!!
