We enjoyed the place so much, we've almost got our next trip to Mark's booked. Exactly what we needed for a peaceful, restful, delicious food, four day get away. Mark's place is terrific - highly recommended. Even the goodies in welcome bag were helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Greg's Coral Cay condo. It was nicely apportioned and very comfortable for our party of 5. We loved the close proximity and easy access to the beach. We appreciated the large kitchen table and spacious, comfortable living room seating. We would definitely stay again!

We will definitely have to stay at one of the owners locations again. I will check with them on our next trip to see where their other places are located. They are very nice and responsed to every message very quickly, even at night. The place was nice, comfortable, and everything we needed. I also need to find out the brand of bed and pillows because they are extremely comfortable.

This was our second stay at this property. The rooftop hot tub is probably our favorite amenity but the entire space is perfect for my family. The owner leaves clear instructions for everything and very responsive touching base almost immediately after booking. We definitely look forward to future stays at this property.

The condo was clean, well maintained, and accommodating. I especially liked all the switches and shelves being labeled and how well the kitchen was stocked. The beds were comfortable and having the extra blankets and pillows was nice for naps on the couch. We felt at home, front desk girls were super nice and the place was beautiful. The view and beach access was everything advertised and having the pools and hot tub were a nice addition. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay. Beach right outside. Best seashell spot I’ve ever seen. Beautiful views. Had a great little family trip. Wonderful local spots to eat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was extremely comfortable and was easy to adjust to and feel right at home in. If you are looking for a place to stay on North Padre Island, I would 100% recommend staying here.

very nice and clean place with a great view

Nice house to stay with a family of 5 plus dog. Since we spend all day at the beach this was the best location. Private path to the beach. And addition golf cart for comfortable rides. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds and cozy couch. Clean linens, plenty of towels. Great bathrooms - and we love washer and dryers in the house. Many beach toys for the kids. Perfect house !

Shore Beats Work was awesome! Port A allows you to drive on and park straight on the beach ($12/annual per car beach pass, available at any gas station). This house is less than a mile from the closest beach access so it was ideal. We thought this was actually better than being in walking distance across a boardwalk due to all the beach toys! The house itself was immaculate! My family also loved the supplied beach toys and boogie boards! The house easily accommodated my family! (7YO, 5YO, 2YO in bunk room. 4MO in pack-n-play in upstairs room with us and still plenty of space. Grandparents in 2nd upstairs room.) Only downsides were the Pac Man machine in the photo was out of order (since July 2023), and there was an INSANE amount of mosquitoes outside… though that’s not the fault of the owners! Windy days were much better in this regard.

Although we didn’t actually end up staying in this place, rather another unit because of unforeseen damage to this house prior to our arrival, Linda gave us a beautiful alternative and exactly what we needed. Was so close to everything, great fenced in back yard for our tiny pups! Loved the outdoor spaces too! We will Definitely be back next year but will stay much longer! Linda was great to work with and always responsive to our needs (ie, smoke alarms going off in the middle of the night!).

Beautiful, well kept place. Lots of space with great furniture and thoughtfully provided supplies. Great beach access with convenient access. Night time on the 3rd floor balcony with the sound of the ocean was so peaceful. Kitchen is phenomenal. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.

This was a great little studio. We stayed at the Sandollar complex many years ago and was happy to see it was still available. We had a little glitch with our door lock, but Devin helped us as soon as he could. It is also walking distance to a number of places and easy driving also. Also, right on the water. The place was really well appointed and had everything a family of five needed. It is right next to the beach and it’s an easy walk or drive. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Very beautiful surroundings and enjoyed the oversized deck. We had a great stay.

Wonderful accommodations and a beautiful property. My family had a lot of fun and want to make it a yearly trip.

Amy had everything we needed. perfect quiet gateway with beautiful views. A short drive to restaurants but we cooked most meals. the unit was close to the pool and the weather was just right for leaving the doors and windows open with an ocean breeze.

Very enjoyable, haven't been to that area before. Really appreciated the flexibility with not only Gilbert, but the staff at the Mayan Princess as well

We had a wonderful stay with our adult children and their spouses. Each couple had their own private space and bathroom. The view is incredible!

Dawn has a Wonderful, Beautiful, Absolutely perfect place . Great location , close to town , private walkway super close to beach . Covered deck facing the pool . Highly recommend this wonderful place . Easy to communicate with Dawn . We loved it there .

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of amenities and quick walk to the beach. The condo was great and the host was easy to reach when we had questions.
