We enjoyed the place so much, we've almost got our next trip to Mark's booked. Exactly what we needed for a peaceful, restful, delicious food, four day get away. Mark's place is terrific - highly recommended. Even the goodies in welcome bag were helpful.

We will definitely have to stay at one of the owners locations again. I will check with them on our next trip to see where their other places are located. They are very nice and responsed to every message very quickly, even at night. The place was nice, comfortable, and everything we needed. I also need to find out the brand of bed and pillows because they are extremely comfortable.

Judy was an excellent host with a very clean and inviting space. She provided us with some great local restaurant recommendations! The space was easy to find and everything was just as described! We will definitely book again when traveling to Rockport!!

Very clean, plenty of towels, linens and dishware. The closest to the beach you can get. On the first floor you can't see the beach because of the sand dunes, but the convenience for us of being on the first floor was better.

The unit was modern and updated. Clean and comfortable. Had everything you need and more. Host was always quick to respond with any questions. The area was under tropical storm warning/watch, host checked on me on several occasions. Best rental overall that I've ever experienced.

Nice place! Access to the water and close to town and easy to access. Hosts were extremely responsive to any communication! Next trip to Rockport we'll book this one!

The condo was clean, well maintained, and accommodating. I especially liked all the switches and shelves being labeled and how well the kitchen was stocked. The beds were comfortable and having the extra blankets and pillows was nice for naps on the couch. We felt at home, front desk girls were super nice and the place was beautiful. The view and beach access was everything advertised and having the pools and hot tub were a nice addition. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Beautiful place, has everything you need, better stocked kitchen than anyplace we have ever been at.. Clean, decorated, everything you need. Comfortable furniture, great location, we like the secluded area away from the busy part of the town. We will definitely return

The house is in a good area. I loved the kitchen. The living room is spacious. Everyone had their space.

Had a great stay at Howdy Bay! The host was extremely responsive to any concerns. The location was great for fishing, home was beautiful inside… very clean and smelled great! They even provided things that often times get forgotten like toiletries and pantry items for cooking. The deck and fish cleaning station were very handy since we came down to do some bay fishing. We will definitely be back! 5 stars all the way around. Wonderful place to stay… highly recommended.

WOWWWW…what a magical 10 days our family had at Copano Bay!!! Hands down one of the best AirBnBs to stay at if you love easy access to fishing, shopping, and restaurants. My in laws, who are in their 70s, were able to walk right out the back door and down the AWESOME 300 ft lighted, private pier with their walkers! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed! The walk in shower in the master suite made the trip possible for my father in law who suffers from Parkinson’s disease. Our host Allison was quick to help out when we needed it! There is no doubt that our family will be making this an annual vacation stop…and hopefully sooner than later!!!

Rooms very big with new construction Kitchen had everything you need to cook with. Goose Island was 10 minutes to go fishing with a guide or launch a boat.BBQ grill was one of the very best ever made: Franklin. Lighting was excellent outside. Boating access to Copano Bay was good . Try this diamond in a rough.

We really appreciated the communication and opportunity for an early check-in, without even asking for one. Easy to follow instructions before and upon arrival, made for quick access to the property to begin enjoying the impressive dock and outdoor space on the beautiful bay. The space was perfect for our group of 6 (age range from 17-85). There was plenty of comfortable seating both inside and outside, cozy beds complete with extra bedding in the closet, a well stocked kitchen (and outdoor grills) to prepare and serve meals. The privacy of the downstairs bed/bath/game room was the highlight for our late teen/early 20 year olds; they liked that they had their own "apartment." (Note for parents with younger children: this space is only accessed from outside on the ground floor). The neighborhood felt safe, was quiet (during Spring Break). No luck fishing, but we enjoyed watching the birds, ducks, dolphins, and sunsets. Easy 45 min. drive/ferry to Port Aransas beaches. We'd rent again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was peaceful, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was fantastic—very responsive and quick to address any questions or issues we had. Our family is already looking forward to coming back. I highly recommend it!

Loved the location and the privacy! The access to the water just off the back patio was amazing! The pier is in walking distance. Nothing but good things to say. The one hiccup was fixed right away with a message to the host! Highly recommend!

This Airbnb was a true gem! Fantastic location! Close to everything and easy to get around. We loved being able to walk 3 minutes to the beach and drive to all the conveniently located shops. We will definitely stay here again! Louie was a great host. He provided everything necessary to stay and was quick to respond to my question of what is something we may want to bring. Bring several beach towels if plan on going to the beach. I wouldn’t want to ruin his clean white bath towels.

It was wonderful to be so close to the water. The space was just enough for me and my girls and my fur girls. It was easy access for my fur girls to go out for restroom breaks or early walks by the water.

We had an absolutely magical stay at A Reel Paradise! The location was perfect – right on the waterfront with a beautiful view. Every morning, we enjoyed our coffee watching dolphins play in the bay, which was truly unforgettable. The apartment was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated, and it made us feel instantly comfortable. The host clearly takes pride in maintaining a beautiful and welcoming space. We loved being so close to everything, yet still having a peaceful retreat to return to each evening. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We came to fish and had a boat. The boat ramp was less than 100 yards from the condo, boat slip right below our balcony and parking right below the front door. Could not have been more convenient. Well stocked kitchen and nicely decorated. Jenny was so kind to send over her husband to help us (we are not very tech savvy) get Sunday Night Football on the TV. They are great and would definitely stay again.

This was my third trip back to Rockport, in three years. And this was the nicest place I've stayed in so far. The apartment is located on the second floor and has a spacious balcony over-looking the canal. The balcony does get afternoon sun, but is a great place to hang out in the morning. The apartment was very clean on our arrival. Both bedrooms were super spacious and each had a full bathroom attached to them. The kitchen was very cute, clean and had all of the amenities described in the listing including both a coffee maker and a Keurig. If more than two people stay and everyone likes to cook, the kitchen is small. We loved the mid-century modern furniture and overall decor of the apartment as well. I would come back to this place anytime.
