Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

Perfect for a girls’ weekend, we each had our own bedroom and plenty of comfortable space to hang out. Parking was very convenient. Great restaurants and shops just half a block away, we loved exploring the beautiful downtown area. Parked the car on Friday and didn’t need it again until we left on Sunday. Would definitely come back!

We had a great weekend staying at Jonathan's place. The home is comfortably elelegant with plenty of extras including snacks and toiletries. Jonathan was a great host and very responsive. I would definitely stay again.

Andy's place was perfect for our girls' weekend (six people). The location was walkable to many places and would have been great for a trip to see a game at Camden Yards or M&T Bank Stadium, about 20-25 min walk to the Inner Harbor, same to Lexington Market. Highly recommend checking out Culinary Architecture Market and Kitchen just 2 blocks from the house. The house itself was well-appointed - comfortable beds/bedding, lots of towels, stocked kitchen (with utensils, coffee and even some snacks). It is an old house so there were a few cracked tiles in the bathroom and some garbage at the bottom of the basement stairs (which we did not go down, but saw from above), but nothing that affected our stay or we couldn't easily overlook.

This was my second time staying in this house, and it was another great experience! Brandon was great at communicating everything, and just like last time, the house and the hot tub were very enjoyable.

Great place! One of the best airbnb's that I have stayed in. Appreciated how well-stocked the house was and the space itself was very large and comfortable. Host was very responsive and really appreciated how thoughtful he was when it looked like we might get stuck because of the weather. Would definitely stay again.

Italo’s home on the canal is just about perfect. The location itself would justify 5 stars - just off a charming footpath, yet within a block of some of Georgetown’s best restaurants and shopping. When you enter you encounter a modern, stylish, well-appointed home with all the amenities one might need - as well as a large backyard which even during the snowy weather gave the place a great sense of privacy and spaciousness. Highly recommended.

Milian’s place was cozy, clean and nicely decorated with a simple yet artsy vibe. It’s in the heart of the city that is walkable to excellent dining and shops. The beds are super comfortable and the parking permit that Milian provided was a bonus. Milian is a great host. He communicated well and checked in to make sure all was well. We enjoyed our stay and wished it was longer. Highly recommend !

Really nice place, spacious, and very clean. The host was easy to contact and communicated promptly. All the bathrooms were so clean and comfortable. Everyone had ample space. Added bonus were the TVs in each room to stream. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location- walkable to our planned locations- spacious, clean, 3 queen beds, with 3 airbeds available just in case, big full kitchen with new appliances, open layout perfect for our group. The comfortable suite in the basement was a surprise! AJ was very responsive & considerate, would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed a great stay in Washington DC, in May's comfortable and well located property. Loved the decor and cosy feel, the beds are super comfortable, we felt right at home and delighted with our choice. Location wise the property is very close to bus routes and metro line stop (NoMA-Gallaudet) which bring you quickly into all the main sites. Convenience stores such as Whole Foods and Trader Joes for the essentials are only 7-9 mins walk away. Also recommend Union Market for some great diverse food options and funk vibe.

We loved Sherrie’s place! We brought our Mom into Frederick for a surprise birthday trip, meeting family and friends who live locally. While we had hope to be out and about the downtown area, Frederick got hit with a pretty substantial winter storm bringing 4-6 inches of snow. No worries though, as the unit was so cozy and warm, we settled in and played scrabble and watched movies. We would definitely return and have already discussed a spring/summer trip. Wonderful host, sparkling clean unit and location was great!

My wife I stayed in Rosemarie's place for three weeks. It was a very beautiful and clean house with quite surroundings. All the provisions perfectly align with the photos; and everything functioned smoothly. Aklilu Dalelo (Professor)

We had a great stay here for a conference--2 other friends and myself. It was about 15 minutes to walk to the ICC on the Georgetown campus, and also within 15-20 minutes to walk to nearby grocery stores and restaurants on Wisconsin Ave. It was a spacious airbnb so each of us had our own room, and we made full use of the large kitchen and other shared spaces. There was some noisy construction work happening on the house next door, but other than that our stay was pleasant! I would stay here again!

Precioso apartamento muy bien equipado, con buena calefacción, bien decorado, moderno y reformado, en un edificio antiguo con mucho encanto. Muy bien ubicado cerca del Capitolio. Muy buen barrio, seguro y de nivel alto. Por ponerle un pero el tema del parking un poco rollo hasta conseguir imprimir la autorización. El dueño muy amable y rápido en contestar a cualquier duda. Muy buen sitio. Si volviera a Washington iría allí seguro. Recomendable 100%.

We selected this home to have a convenient location to join local family for holiday celebrations. It worked out perfectly. 4 bdrms and 3 full baths gave us plenty of space. Great location inside the beltway. Really clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was perfect for our needs.

Really enjoyed another stay with Daniel! Great spot, loved the kitchen amenities — and a very comfortable bed. Daniel is helpful and super responsive. Will definitely return.

The house was clean and Aksh really well. We will stay in the house again if we are in the Woodbridge area.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Eugene's spot! Spotless and spacious is how it felt. We didn't get to use the outdoor space due to weather but loved the feeling of light and space out the bedroom sliders. We have stayed in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood several times so it feels very familiar. We love the Marx cafe and the Purple Patch for going out. We had a parking pass which was very helpful. Parked right in front to move in and actually never moved our car. Everything is walkable! Thank you Eugene!
