Beautiful and cozy place, lot of activities for a big family trip . We would recommend and for sure we will come back.

Great place to have fun and relax

Had a totally relaxing time. And even though it decided to rain while we were there, we hardly noticed it as we were so comfortable. This was our second time to this B&B complex and we will definitely be back again. Each cabin feels totally secluded with too many amenities to mention. Definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to get away from it all and want total relaxation.

I needed to find a place to stay near McKinney quickly and Wesley’s listing was one of the only ones available. I chose to stay here because of its location near the lake and only a 20-ish minute drive to McKinney. The house was quaint and lovely. Very clean and well taken care of. I had my puppy with me and she loved the large back yard to run around in. There was a gap in the fence and the home which she could have gotten out of, so if you have a dog I suggest watching them if you let them outside. That was the only con I had. Wesley was very communicative and friendly. The kitchen had all of the amenities you could ask for. The house is not ideal for groups larger than 3 in my opinion, but it is perfect for traveling couples. I would definitely come back.

Our family spent a long weekend at Alex’s place for the 2024 eclipse. The house was very comfortable and worked well for us and our preschooler. The area is nice and quiet. The foosball table, ping pong table, and other games were a really fun perk. All the TVs were Roku TVs, which made it really easy to stream everything. Host was very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend.

For selfish reasons I almost hate to give this place a great review, I'd like to keep it a secret as I intend to visit it again. It's a great little place that is closer option than Broken bow and offers similar experience. Make sure you check out BrewBirds and the Back Porch! We'll definitely be back!

Visiting family in Fate TX. This is my 2nd stay on the farm. My grandkids loved the horses and donkeys- not to mention the Hot tub. Very laid back place. Great kitchen with everything you need. I'll be back!

My stay at the lake house was excellent. The view is absolutely stunning and the modern amenities are wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The cabin is SO CUTE and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The marina and the ducks provided a fair amount of entertainment and the little restaurant at the marina was good! We were only there for a night, but it was just what we needed to decompress from the city before heading back North.

I enjoyed the view of the lake

We booked this cute cabin last minute when we came to town for a funeral. It turned out to be a little oasis for us and our pup! Only 10 minutes from town, cozy space, and it had everything we needed. Our only regret was not booking it for longer! And a bonus, Kathy is a great host!

Comfy bed. Quiet location. A little pricey but worth it to be able to bring our dog. Would definitely stay again.

A little hard to find with Airb&b directions, but the owner provided the correct info. She met us at the cabin and was very helpful in giving us lots of tips. The roads are a bit rough on the Mountain, but they had recently had a really hard rain event. We felt very safe and enjoyed meeting some of the shop owners on the Mountain! You have to get the Italian Cream cake at the pie shop. You will not be disappointed 🥰

Absolutely loved staying here! We dont live far away, just wanted a staycation and now we know where to go! Will be happy to return here asap! Everyone is very friendly and the area is beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay this weekend at Hidden Cove. We swam, rode our floaties and kayaked. Also we grilled some meat on the barbeque and had s'mores on the firepit at night:) The lake is about 80 yards walking on the mowed grass. There is a one-piece set of wooden plank table and benches outside assigned to the cabin not shown in the pictures. It is slightly heavy but moveable - you may need to move it to place it under the shade of the trees as that moves. Another thing not shown in the pictures is a one-burner electrical stove in the kitchen. We were 7 people (2 adults and 5 children) sleeping in the cabin and we slept all fine - our youngest boy loved climbing to the top bunk. The linens and pillows were very nice. Also, the a/c seems to be more than powerful enough to beat the heat there. Thank you!

We loved our trip to duck cove marina cabins!! Not only was it beautiful there, but everyone was so kind and nice!! Will definitely be coming again.

Ronnie and his wife Suzanne were such wonderful host.. very hospitable and the cabin was perfect.. close to food, stores, and trades days activities.

We did a last minute reservation and they were very accommodating and helpful.

The cabin was cute and cozy. We enjoyed the lake view and especially the ducks. We will stay again when we come back to visit our grandson.
