I love my time there, it was so beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was so hot it felt so good!!

Laura is a great host and I appreciate her flexibility with our schedule and her quick responses and attention to detail. The house was perfect! The back room is cozy with the most amazing view! My family loved the amazingly huge dining room table. We found ourselves gathering around it a lot to talk or play games and of course eat! And the large kitchen island is perfect for a family pizza making night!! I would totally stay here again. Thanks Laura!

This place was just what we needed. Beautiful quiet comfy place to retreat to after touring UTK. Wonderful cabin experience outside, with the comforts of home inside. Great place!

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting on home renovations to be completed in our own house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and we loved the long driveway with extended area for additional parking. We appreciated have full use of the garage to park our cars out of the son and rain. The house was comfortable for our teenagers and two pets. Beautiful fenced in back yard that our dog loved. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and we appreciated the coffee supplies. King beds were very comfortable. Wrong time of year for us to enjoy the pool area, but would be super fun during the summer time and we appreciated the pool table/ping pong area for gathering friends during long, warm summer nights. The only draw back were the shallow bathtubs. Perfectly fine for bathing children, but if you’re a teenager or adult who enjoys soaking tubs, best save the soaking for the hot tub in the backyard. ;) All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

We wanted five bedrooms and this was great for our group. Two living spaces and two dining areas were great for us. Games, puzzle eating.

Misha was an incredible host. She communicated throughout the whole process and was very prompt with her replies. She made sure we had everything we needed. The place was super clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. I would highly recommend reserving a trip here!

We like the place. It’s convenient location to get into downtown. The house is beautiful and cozy.

We were there for 3 weeks and it was the perfect spot. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. People in the neighborhood were friendly and there were lots of trails through the trees to walk as well. The house is on a hill and high enough that you don’t notice the house below it which makes you feel like you’re more secluded. We bought a water filter for our time there because we didn’t like the taste of chlorine from the tap. The beds were comfortable. Firm but soft which worked well for us. Overall great experience!

Kim is very responsive, and we enjoyed our stay at her air bnb. It's a great place to stay if you want to visit the Lost Sea, which is only around 10 min away.

Our family really enjoyed Trevor's Place! We entered to relaxing music playing which was a nice welcoming touch. It was very cozy, clean and inviting. Trevor is a great communicator and quick to respond when we had a question. We'll definitely book it again next time we're in Maryville.

Fantastic place. Away from the main strip but tons of restraunts/stores and fishing areas within 10-15 minutes from the house. House was great with everything you’d need to be comfortable. Owner was very responsive and helpful! Would stay again!

Nice place and spacious. This place was comfortable for us especially after needing a nice place to stay during our long travel. Would definitely return if we come back to Knoxville.

Great place to stay while in Athens. Have rented Danna's place several times before. She's very responsive and helpful. The house is very comfortable and is well located. Will stay there again in the future.

Kristi’s place was as good as, if not better than, described. I don’t mind a little tranquility and seclusion so this location was perfect. Plenty of room, everything clean, comfortable beds and good communication from the host. I only used it as a waystation on my way north (originally from Florida) but it met my needs and then some. The location of the house is perfect. It is close to walking trails, shopping, great restaurants, and Andy's ice cream. We went for a walk each night after dark. Felt safe with the surroundings. Great neighborhood!

Every visit to Tennessee, we LOVE the cabins! It’s close to everywhere we need to be and it’s a great place to stay!

This was one of the very best places we have stayed. It’s tucked back into an older neighborhood yet close to anything you’d want. JP goes above and beyond setting up a welcoming environment. It’s the little things that stand out like a welcoming basket and beverage, toiletries for those unexpected needs, a bookshelf amply stocked with a variety of books and games. Any and everything has been thought of, right down to the s’mores box! It also boasts a great outdoor grill! The beds are comfy, the towels are plush and there are blankets to curl up with in the living room! The kitchen is also amply stocked with all the comforts of home. Just be careful of the refrigerator ice dispenser, it comes out fast, and we found ourselves cleaning it off the floor all too often! We plan to visit the area in the future and are hoping JP’s place will be available! We’d rent it in a heart beat! Many, many thanks to our host, they were the tops! We just can’t say enough good about them!

It was amazing and she went over and beyond with Christmas decorations. She was very helpful with everything we needed. Would do it again.

The host, William, went out of his way to help us get settled and gave us help with parking trailers off site. Willaim answered his phone and was very pleasant to deal with. We would recommend this site and host to anyone without hesitation. Thank you, Willaim.

We enjoyed the rural location and peaceful atmosphere. The house was large enough for our four children to spread out. The goats were a big hit. King beds were very comfortable. Definitely one of our favourite Airbnbs we have stayed at.

We had a great time and the property was just as described! The hot tub ‘shack’ was fabulous! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This home is so cozy and inviting. I loved the decor. The furniture was perfect. The white leather couch was my favorite. Everything was so clean and fresh. A great outdoor patio and back yard. This neighborhood is very quiet and not super busy. It would be a great place to walk. I felt very safe my entire stay. It will be on the top of my list of places to stay in Knoxville. A great place to stay for a long weekend or even for a work assignment. It’s a great location for shopping, local hospitals and the University of Tennessee are just right down the road. I can’t say enough good things about this cute house. I wish I could have stayed there longer.

Second time here, great proximity to everything I want to do around the smokies without being stuck in the crowds.
