We stayed there for 28 days, because of we open our New showroom at Goldsboro as a Regency Furniture. Home was very clean and peaceful, harmonious area and close with everything (shopping canter etc…) thank you 💐💐

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Quiet and beautiful neighborhood, and house was spacious and perfect for our family. Loved the sunroom and view of the river.

The house was very clean and nice! Clean towels and beds were comfortable. Lots of blanks and pillows as well! The host was great accommodating my group and they allowed us to have a later checkout time which we really appreciated. Checkout and checking in was super easy and convenient. Our stay at Emily's place was great! She was extremely responsive to all our questions. The location is very walkable to Duke's East Campus, which was very convenient for us. The place is clean and has everything we needed for a peaceful stay.

Great stay! The place was exactly as described. Matt was great to communicate with and had responded quickly when there was an issue with the WiFi. Appreciate the cleanliness and the eco friendly products in the bathroom and kitchen. Easy walk into downtown. We are enjoyed both of the food recommendations offered.

Really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Stephen is a very warm and responsive host. There were many thoughtful amenities provided, but my personal favorites were the individually wrapped toothbrushes in the bathroom and a carton of real half-and-half in the fridge. I heartily recommend the backyard garden—a wonderful place to relax and restore oneself. Everything about the stay was easy, which was greatly appreciated because I was in town for a hectic week end of wedding events and family gatherings.

We had a lovely time here! The house is so charming, with a beautiful garden, in a lovely, quiet area, and within walking distance of downtown. The hosts are very responsive and flexible. Wish we got a chance to pet the dogs ;) Can’t recommend it enough.

I cannot express the wonderful experience and stay we had at Brent’s apartment. It was *perfect* for me and my two teens’ visit to Raleigh/Durham. It was centrally located for our college tours and totally walkable to downtown Durham. The apartment is well-appointed, incredibly comfortable, and nicely decorated. Brent was very responsive and gave great recommendations (go to Pizzeria Toro!). This will be our go-to place when we return to Durham!

There was a slight misunderstanding with another guest upon check-in, but Scott was super responsive and things were clarified and settled quickly. And the place was wonderful! We were in town for a conference at Duke, and we so appreciated being able to walk to campus and to restaurants from our home base. We even remarked a number of times that it was a pity we were so busy - we barely got to enjoy the comfy Airbnb! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the whole experience was seamless. I highly recommend this place if you need to be at Duke for whatever reason; if I’m ever back in Durham, I’ll definitely try to snag it again!

We were visiting family in the area and Linda’s place fit our needs perfectly. It’s a lovely spacious condo that’s well maintained and clean. Linda was a very responsive host. We will book with her again for future visits.

We loved staying here! Instructions were super clear on how to get in. Location is right in the center of Raleigh. I recommend Tucker Street Diner it’s super close by! Felt very safe and cozy in this unit. Had a problem with the unit above leaking water but host was very responsive and even gave us a discount for our next stay. Highly recommend booking!

Location was excellent! Easy walk to downtown Durham. Place looked like the photos. Ann was a very responsive host!

This was our second time staying in this community. As before, it was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The space is well laid out, with comfortable furnishings. It was wonderful. We would definitely return.

Awesome stay in a very spacious apartment. Plenty of room, and comfortable furniture. It was nice to have coffee on the deck in the morning, and I found the bed to be very comfortable. Definitely recommend!
