This was a really awesome last minute find for us. Very private but just on the edge of a very small campground with a couple of cabins. This was part of a duplex, but felt so private off of everything with your own back little view of a little treed area and a peek a boo of the sky and across the lake hillside. We were happily surprised for the back deck and bbq area. The space was fully equipped, super duper clean and the beds were comfy and pillows were amazing. There was a great bathroom , with a bath, perfect for our little guy and also laundry on the property that we so needed after jumping around to places in our two weeks travel. Very family oriented and within seconds our 20 month old found a little friend. Awesome play ground and badminton. Little cafe , ice cream and groceries in walking distance , and the main beach was only a 5 minute drive, yet tiny beaches were just a few minutes walk down the street. Great coffee too, highly recommend. The campground was super quiet...loved it.

The unit we stayed in was very clean, well appointed, and had a beautiful view! The kitchen had everything I needed, and I did cook a fair bit while I was there. Comfortable beds and everything we needed. Only small issue was some confusion regarding the check in instructions which were supposed to come via email and didn't, but Donna-Lynn was responsive to messages to help get it worked out. Very comfortable place and would not hesitate to book it again!

Our family went to see Dead and Co. at the Sphere and this was the perfect place to stay. Check-in was easy with the confirmation code, but don’t be surprised if they don’t have your name listed at first. We arrived about two hours early but were given our key bands to get access to the pool areas which were super nice! We did end up waiting until 30 minutes after the official check-in before asking for a different room. Luckily there was one available and the front desk was very helpful. Essentially a 5-10 min walk from the Sphere so there really is no better place to get a full bang for your buck. We also walked to and from the strip in about 15-20 minutes. Room was clean and comfortable as well. Thanks for a great Vegas experience and I recommend to anyone interested!

This place was absolutely perfect for my family of 4. It had everything I needed to cook meals. And plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We spent our Christmas there and brought our own little tree to add some decor. Kids had fun playing outside in the snow and come inside to get warm by the fire. It was a great price for the space and would highly recommend. And Host was amazing about keeping in touch and answering and silly questions I had. Very friendly and easy to work with.

Great place, in a superb hotel in a fantastic locatiion. Kids loved the pool, & games room I loved the hot tubs. The access to skiing was perfect.

We’ve been to Lake Tahoe for the past 6 years straight. This was the first time utilizing ABNB and staying at Marriott Timber Lodge. We have nothing but positive things to say. Mike was easy to communicate with from the start, understanding of our needs and willing to accommodate any requests we had, and was honest and truthful in everything he said. The room at Marriott’s Timber Lodge was exactly what we hoped it would it. The location was perfect and in the heart of Heavenly Village and the hotel amenities were just as described. We look to returning next summer once again.

Staying on Peak 7 was fabulous! It was easy to get to, walking distance to the gondola, and wonderful service! We will be staying again!

Shane is a wonderful host. He is kind and proactive. He provided clear, simple instructions for a seamless check-in. Shane’s villa was in a great location. Located right in the middle of Heavenly village, so easy to get great food, drinks, and around shopping. I loved the included valet parking. It made things very easy to get in and out when needed. We were a family of 5 and the villa was big enough for us to be very comfortable. Traveling with 2 young kids, space is important and this place did not lack that. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make full meals. We loved the amenities of the resort. My kids loved the pool and hot tubs and it was great to have access to a 24 hour gym. Overall, it was a really great stay and I would not hesitate to rent this villa again next time we are in South Lake Tahoe.

If you’re looking for VERY close to the strip, this place is for you. You won’t need a car, at all! Clean and comfy. The sphere is right there! We look forward to returning next year!

The amenities at the condo were great; pool, hot tub, spa available for apres ski were very much appreciated. The complimentary ski valet and lockers were so helpful!! The unit was well stocked with all items you would expect. The steam shower was a nice surprise.

Will definitely stay here again. We need a place with 2 bedrooms because we have young kids that go to bed early, and we need a space away from them. This was like having 2 connected 1-bedroom apartments and it was great! (Must confirm with host about rooms being connected) We even used the smaller living room as a 3rd bedroom. The shopping/dining plaza downstairs has everything you need, so convenient!

Great space at a beautiful ski resort! All of the amenities were wonderful. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean upon arrival. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay at the Everline!

My son (6) and I really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Timber - the unit was cozy and clean, the amenities were far beyond what we expected, and the staff was so thoughtful and helpful. The resort was so incredibly family friendly (great pools, rentable movie theaters, game room, crafts), and we loved the proximity to downtown and skiing. The free and protected parking was a big perk, and I found our stay was an excellent value for the price. We'd absolutely book Ken's place again for a family vacation the Breckenridge!

Exceeded expectations. Betty was very helpful and proactive with instructions and information about the location. My family had a great experience at the property and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Hotel was nice. Parking was easy and convenient to shops and groceries. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. Internet was a little spotty and cookware could be replaced but otherwise good.

Great experience. The way to do it!
