This is like a hidden gem! I couldn't believe how much space was really in this lovely abode. 2 beds, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom! Mark and his dog Hug greeted me with a warm welcome and answered any questions I had. This is a wonderful little place for an amazing price!

Had a lovely stay at the hummingbird house. Loved the firepit and stargazing! It's not the fanciest place, but it was rustic, quiet, peaceful, and such a great getaway. If you're super tall you might have a bit of an issue with the loft bed. Super cute little house and definitely worth it!

Everything about our experience staying in Tessa's beautifully decorated tiny home was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly and responsive and made everything a breeze. She gave us a tour of the homestead which we particularly enjoyed; it's always a pleasure to meet great people doing neat, environmentally friendly things. The tiny house is also quite amazing, it's an impressive blend of comforts with a rustic farmhouse vibe. I would not be surprised if we wind up staying again, it would be great to see the plants in full summer glory! But even on a drizzly October weekend it was wonderful.

An exceptional and attentive host, always available to answer any questions. They personally helped with ideas for activities in the area and finding EV charging stations for my rental. The cozy tiny house is thoughtfully decorated and fully stocked with everything you need. It’s perfectly located between Bryce and Zion National Parks. In my 4 years of using Airbnb, this is the best host I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to. We will definitely be returning next year!

It was a lovely tiny house not so tiny as written in the description. The three of us fitted in just perfectly. There was enough linen and towels for us and the bathroom was super clean! In the beginning I was a bit unsure of the instructions but as soon as we got there it was more than clear. For anyone thinking about a stay, we can only recommend it!!

Our time here was great! The space was cozy, quiet, and very pretty including the loft space. The only downsides I have are the clearing in the loft area (be ready to bump your head a few times if you jolt awake), and that there wasn't any propane in the grill. Besides that Toby and Sonja's space was amazing and super close to Albany.

We are obsessed with this place! It was the perfect home base for a weekend in Portland. Clean, simple, tranquil, cozy, thoughtfully designed, incredible location, the list goes on... We will be back, no doubt.

Such a beautiful, clean tiny house and the view of the small field with grazing deer was lovely. The ability to soak in a hot tub after a long drive was greatly appreciated. Great communication and easy arrival/entry. Enjoyed my short stay!

Beautiful little weekend getaway! My family and I loved getting acquainted with the friendly kitties roaming the property and I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and cold-plunge. Was interested in seeing the set-up as we are currently building a home on a new property and wanted to do a similar sauna set up with a tiny home for our out of town guests. The “tiny” home was beautiful, spacious, and well equipped for both family and solo travelers. The landscaping surrounding the tiny home was beautiful and the location was far enough out of town to enjoy the quiet sounds of nature without sacrificing convenience. Highly recommend this property for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. Thank you for sharing your tiny blessing!

Such a cozy little spot in a cute area! Drivable to plenty of places and the inside amenities were superb. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Prefect little tiny house! The stream in the backyard is so peaceful and the inside of the house is gorgeous. Perfect size for 3 people. Very cozy

This place is perfect for a getaway from your busy life. You can really disconnect and relax by looking at the sunset and stargazing. It was such a fun experience! I would recommend!

Sage Nest was wonderful! Cute little place and decor and little niceties here and there. The washer and dryer were an excellent amenity. The water got hot quick, and the water pressure was solid. All amenities provided. The hosts didn't try to interact with us (since we didn't want to), but asked if we needed anything through the AirBnB messaging and were proactive and quick with their responses. The stray cat that roams the property did often stop by the door and was super cute and nice, as well as their dog said hi right before we left as well. The only thing is that the bathroom and the bedroom are separated by a little curtain, not great for privacy, but is cute. Beautiful surroundings, around 30 min. to get to Zion w/ no traffic (early March). Restaurants in the area do close early (9pm), so be aware.

perfect little peaceful spot that is just a few minutes to town but feels very remote and peaceful. great deal overall and CD collection was a great nostalgic bonus. will def come again when visiting the coast

I loved this place! It was clean, well-organized, comfortable, and cozy. I loved the view of the creek, the friendly cat, and the nice little details like high quality towels, extra blankets, and everything in its place. Julie was friendly & helpful.

Perfect location! All of the restaurants and shops are just a 5 minute walk away. This was our homebase for snowboarding at Schweitzer and exploring the area. Super cute and cozy, and a fun and unique stay! We cooked in one night and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend! The host is super responsive and helpful, too.
