Rodalquilar : locations de maisons de vacances

Sans doute un des meilleurs AirBnb ou nous avons séjourné. Accueil parfait avec une bouteille de vermouth artisanal et des oranges du jardin. L’appartement est parfait, on s’y sent bien partout, mieux que sur les photos. Christina est très présente lorsque nous avons eu besoin de conseils, restaurants, où trouver de la très bonne huile d’olive, etc… Et pour les golfeurs c’est idéalement placé près d’un très beau golf.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à Caboneras et chez Juan. L’emplacement était super et la vue magnifique. La cuisine est très bien équipé pour du long terme. Je recommande vivement.

El dueño muy amable siempre pendiente de todo. La casa igual que en las fotos espacioso cómodo y bonito no tengo ninguna queja nos encantó. También está muy cerca de la playa, la playa está detrás de la urbanización literal. También puedes salir andando para un boulevard donde hay varios restaurantes, muy cómodo, también está a uno 2in de Almería y cerca de cabo de gata y sus pueblos a unos 30-40min nos pareció genial la ubicación recomendada. Мы прекрасно провели месяц в этом доме со своими друзьями. Дом очень комфортный для проживания 2ух семей с детьми. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания. Гостиная очень просторная, в ней широко открываются двери на улицу и на террасу, это создаёт очень приятную атмосферу. Дом находится на горке, из-за этого там прекрасный вид на море и другие дома. Нас встретил и показал дом отец хозяина дома. С ним было очень легко и приятно общаться. Большое вам спасибо. С радостью вернёмся ещё.

Vrijstaande woning omgeven door een prachtige ruime en afgesloten tuin. We konden de auto, aanhanger en motoren makkelijk parkeren. Huis is sober ingericht maar alles is er. Open haard was fijn in de decembermaand wanneer het toch wat fris kan worden. De woning ligt net buiten Carboneras maar op loopafstand. Rustige omgeving met wat agrarische bedrijven en woningen. In de nacht dus wel wat kraaiende hanen en blaffende honden. Carboneras vonden wij een leuk plaatsje met voldoende cafe's en restaurants zonder heel toeristisch over te komen. Een prachtige boulevard om te wandelen langs het strand. Carmen is een geweldige host die altijd klaar stond, snel reageerde op vragen en regelmatig checkte of alles naar wens was. De internetverbinding volstaat maar is zeker niet snel. Wij hebben er met twee personen remote gewerkt, dat ging goed. We waren ook een week met 4 personen en dan is de verbinding krapjes bemeten. Ons verblijf is goed bevallen, we overwegen zeker om weer terug te komen.

Oppholdet var ubeskrivelig fint , tross regnvær , proff husvert ,dyktig med god informasjon . Vakkert rolig sted utrolig koselige restauranter i kort gangavstand. Jeg anbefaler denne leiligheten og fantastisk dyktig vert 👍🙂Tusen takk vil gjerne komme tilbake 👍🙂

Had a wonderful 5 nights as a couple at Ashley's place in early/mid-October. Rarely does such thought go into making visitors so welcome and providing not only the essentials for your stay but so much more. If there's a model for how to run an Air BnB for the satisfaction of your guests then this must be it. The location is great if you like the outdoors - with hiking and cycling starting at the door. We hiked every day, both locally and in the surrounding area. The hamlet in which the property lies is very authentically Rural Spain, but close enough to the necessary amenities (10 min drive). A car is definitely beneficial for exploring. The property is spotless, has everything you need, is well thought out and has terrific views. Despite considering the matter, we could think of no flaws. Go (if you can find any availability)! Thank you Ashley.

Una estancia super agradable. Mercedes super rápida respondiendo. Muy comodo el check in. La casa es como se muestra en fotos, se agradece que la casa esté en las buenas condiciones que se muestran en las fotos!

Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

Felt right at home in this lovely house. only a few minutes to walk to the numerous restaurants, shops and beach. Our favourite part was the sunny roof terrace with beautiful mountain views. Luis and Roco were perfect hosts. Excellent communication and eager to please. Highly recommend.

Estuvimos 4 días muy a gusto. Samantha siempre estaba disponible para cualquier incidencia. El alojamiento es muy limpio, muy tranquilo y tenia de todo para pasar unos dias. Lo mejor es que por todas partes habían caminos donde podía ir tranquilamente con los perros. Las toallas, las sabanas y manta olían genial. La chimenea no va bien pero rápidamente nos dieron otro radiador y no pasamos nada de frío. Recomiendo este alojamiento y más si vas con perro. Volveremos

We had a lovely week here. The local beach, which you can walk to in about 30 mins or drive, is wonderful, and on October weekdays we had it almost to ourselves. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, with a good kitchen and barbecue area outside. The outside seating area was really nice with lovely plants and a decent amount of shade for those who prefer to keep out of the sun. It was hot for the time of year when we visited but the house remained nice and cool. Overall a really lovely house and garden to chill out in.

Lugar muy tranquilo y bonito para descansar y disfrutar. José, el casero, fue muy atento en todo momento y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos y se agradeció mucho la posibilidad de traer a nuestra mascota con nosotros.

Hemos pasado 15 día maravillosos. La casa está súper cuidada, no le falta ni un detalle, es como estar en casa, y limpísima! La urbanización es muy agradable, ideal para ir con niños, es tranquila y la piscina simplemente genial. Está muy cerca de la playa de las Marinas- Bolaga y de un paseo marítimo estupendo para pasear o tomar algo. Aimee y Diego siempre están disponibles y son súper amables y atentos. Gracias por esta estancia, sin duda repetiremos!

Mamen ha sido muy amable en todo momento, nos facilitó mucha información de lugares para visitar y para comer. Su casa es muy acogedora y tiene un patio enorme donde mis perritas disfrutaron mucho. A 30 metros hay un bar donde se comen tapas buenísimas y está genial de precio. La playa de las negras está a 2,5 km y hay otras playas fantásticas a pocos km también. Mamen ha sido muy flexible con la entrada y la salida. Muchas gracias por todo! Sin duda, repetiremos en cuanto podamos.

Hemos estado muy bien en el alojamiento: limpio, acogedor, cómodo y espacioso. Muy bien equipada la cocina: utensilios varios, cafetera de filtro y italiana también, tostadora, microondas, horno... (dejaron una botella de agua fría y 1L aceite de orujo para cocinar de bienvenida!). Nos sorprendió que tuviera diversos libros (en varios idiomas!) por si terminas el tuyo. Muy cómodo poder acceder desde el parking directamente al patio interior, donde dejar todos los trastos llenos de arena. Alguna posible mejora? poner en el patio una pequeña manguera para poder limpiarlos y darte una ducha, si quisieras. La atención de Linda fue siempre rápida y muy amable, y tuvo respuesta siempre para nuestras dudas.

We loved our stay at Ophelie's - we stayed 3 nights, and wish we could have stayed longer! She is very helpful and responsive in messages before and after checking in. The house is beautiful - and the view from the roof terrace is magical. It's a very social neighborhood, so be prepared to hear the neighbours talking and kids playing in the street outside each evening - I thought it was great to see such community and feel like a local. Free parking across the street, but is often full. My advise it to try to get there between 4pm an 5pm and you're most likely to find a spot.

Amazing Place with great sea view, incredible beautiful villa, big pool, very stylish house, cozy outside area, very nice and friendly host quick answering to message, easy check in and check out, perfect location next to village but also very private. 100% recommendations!

What an incredible place! The house was so welcoming, well equipped and spotless. Very comfortable outdoor seating and the outdoor shower was gorgeous. Amazing to be right on the beach and hear the sound of the ocean. Very easy and flat walking into the town and lots of excellent places to eat and shop. The hiking was stunning, diverse terrain and 2 beautiful beaches worth the trek. Would return in a heart beat.

Maravilloso finde! El apartamento está nuevecito , super limpio y genial equipado. La verdad es que me ha sorprendido lo cerquita que está de la piscina, literal sales y ahí la tienes, además está muy chula. La ubicación muy buena, hicimos compra en Mercadona que estaba al lado y la playa distancia ideal, lo suficientemente cerca para acercarte en escasos minutos y lo suficientemente lejos para disfrutar en una zona tranquila. Un acierto viajar en esta época de año, temperatura de 10 y ambiente súper agradable. Gracias a la anfitriona por su trato, super agradable y atenta! Ah y la llegada autónoma un puntazo ,no dependes de nadie para la entrega de llaves, entras con código!!

We had a great time at Carlo's lovely Cueva! Níjar is a gem of a town and the surroundings are beautiful to explore. Carlos was a great host, very responsive and super friendly and helpful. Would love to come again!
