Rodney Bay : locations de vacances

Ocean Crest Villas were absolutely beautiful. Our hosts were on property and very welcoming. The villa was spotless and well decorated. We felt right at home. The grounds are beautiful with stunning views. The listing photos don't lie. The property was also very secure. Beware the driveway is steep but there are parking spaces available for each unit. It is not a walkable area and restaurants close early so come with snacks. Overall we don't think we could have chosen a better place to visit. We appreciate the hosts for sharing their gorgeous villa with us!

With its relaxed vibe, public beaches, bars authentic Caribbean food and activities, St. Lucia seems to cater to couples looking for an escape to the perfect tropical island with a rainforest feel. Lots of opportunities for romance but just wait until you experience Len's airbnb. Upon arriving we were greeted by a spectacular feast for the eyes. The house is perched high on a sloping hill provides an unobscured, regal view of the landscape. The ocean and town below is accompanied by the lullaby of crashing waves and songbirds. Although we kept ourselves busy every day we would have been content spending the duration of our vacation on the property. Velda, Len's lovely housekeeper was waiting for us and gave us the tour and was at our disposal if needed. Security made its rounds around the clock, that along with a safe and an intuitive security system encouraged a deep sense of safety. If you plan to rent a car be sure to rent a capable all wheel drive vehicle.

Had 2 week stay in Kate/Shaune’s venue and it’s such a shame couldn’t have stayed another week at least. Quiet location gated and secure in lovely grounds. Place was absolutely spotless and very good Aircon in the bedroom and living room. I made full use of the kitchen and because of the Aircon in the open plan area, the kitchen didn’t get too hot when cooking. There was days when I decided to just chill out by the pool which Is within the confines of the grounds and spot on. Dealt with Shaune for all communications and he’s very responsive and an all-round top bloke. The accommodation is well placed for everything in the North of the island. If you’re going to hire a car I’d recommend an SUV type due to the roads if your budget allows instead of a small saloon type. If you like your steaks go to the Big Chef restaurant which is close to Keebees sports bar and only 7-10 mins drive. Make sure you book even thru the week. Thank me later !

The apartment is tidy, clean, and very comfortable, with a great balcony to chill and relax and air conditioning in both bedrooms. The hosts are very responsive, helpful, and provide clear instructions. The accommodation is in a pleasant and well-maintained property with well-maintained gardens and a very nice pool area. A great sand beach is just a few minutes away by foot. Many restaurants and supermarkets for grocery shopping are also within a very short walking distance. The only (temporary) downside is the ongoing large-scale construction of a hotel next door which, at the time of our visit, was a very noisy site with heavy machinery rumbling and beeping from early morning till late evening, even during the weekend. Bear that in mind if you book this season (2025) and plan on spending most of the time in place, but have low tolerance for noise pollution throughout the day.

The Perfect place for my quick getaway. I would highly recommend if you need something safe and convenient !

Had such a great time. Gilles was a fantastic host, so friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The house was great, so nice that it was stocked with kitchen essentials and having a cooler available for the beach was also a bonus. The view from the back patio and the pool were amazing. We loved watching the cruise ships come in and out. We explored lots of the island and it was nice to come back to the house at the end of the day to relax and enjoy the beautiful afternoons and evenings. Overall, great place to stay.

It was a wonderful place to stay away from the busyness but not too far. Excellent views. Adela and her family were hospitable but not overbearing in anyway and available when needed. Clean rooms, and linens and the AC worked well. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Our one week stay at the Oceandale Villa had everything we needed for cooking, comfortability and relaxation. It's no wonder why Esther is so well talked about, she literally greeted us with open arms and made the plans for our stay seamless. Marie is also a wonderful host who is very informative with quick responses. We were instantly impressed with the property, it is so private and surrounded by gorgeous flora and fauna, I've never seen so many hummingbirds! We loved having the ocean right at our toes and the waves are constant and soothing. We opted to rent a vehicle as it allowed us to come and go as we please especially when taking the longer day trips, it is easy enough to navigate the island. We found the villa to be a gem for many reasons and would love to return for any future visits to beautiful St.Lucia!

We had a fantastic time staying at Oasis. The place was clean, beautiful view, and had great A/C in the bedroom. Staff on site were very helpful and nice. Marigot Bay itself is a small paradise and a great escape from the cruise ship/big resort experience. The locals are incredibly nice, and will help you find anything you’re looking for. Definitely plan on coming back.
