There is nothing more frustrating than not being able to have a decent shower while you are on vacation. That was absolutely not the case here. The hot water and water pressure in both bathrooms was exceptional. This is a great place in a great area. We will definitely try to get back here.

The house was perfect for our large group with a lot of beds and space! It was very spacious and in a great location- about a 15 minute drive from downtown. The yard had a ton of space as well.

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. Robertas’s property was incredible. It’s everything you need and more. From the back deck, to the pool/hot tub, and of course the beautiful dock on the river. She was very communicative throughout the process and was helpful in any question I had. I would recommend everybody to check this spot out, you won’t regret it

A group of 9 of us stayed her for the weekend, and Anna's home was perfect! It was so big -- everyone was happy to have their own room (and more!). We had a blast hanging out around the pool table one night, and then we took a quick Uber to Mohegan Sun the next night. The hot tub was such a nice "plus" as well! Everything was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at Dustin's home! It was the perfect spot for our family (we have a 6-year-old) and the house was great. We did not need to use it, but there was a baby room/crib for folks with younger kids. Centrally located and easy to access highways and other spots. The hot tub was awesome and the backyard is nice to relax in. Dustin was quick to respond and shared local favorite places to eat. We did not need to do laundry or throw out garbage which was a nice change from other places we have stayed. We would definitely stay there again if we found ourselves in the area!

Highly recommend staying here. My wife the pup and I had a great peaceful time. Very close to Foxwoods outlets & casino. Beautiful scenery, will definitely want to come back during summer. Thank you Robert!

Brian was a great host, he was flexible and quick to respond. The home was nice and comfortable. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms but no big deal. I brought to his attention just for awareness and he was apologetic. We enjoyed the home. I cook alot and the kitchen had what i needed except for things to use in oven and kitchen towels but otherwise well stocked. Great stay

This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

The rustic retreat was a cozy vintage inspired house that felt very homey. It was 5 minutes from great coffee shops and downtown Newport. It was great to be able to bring our dog. My daughter loved the secret bamboo garden ‘room’. Would definitely stay again. Lillian was very hospitable! Thank you!

This is my second time staying at one of Nancy’s properties, and just like before, it was a great experience. She is an excellent host that's always so responsive. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and just as comfortable as my previous stay at her other property. I really appreciate her attention to detail and hospitality. Highly recommend!

We loved this Airbnb! It was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. One of the bedrooms had lots of books which the kids loved. The kitchen had almost everything you’d need to make meals. We made quite a few! The record player is great. The couch is so comfy. We would totally stay here again!

The place was great. Very charming house with plenty of room. Very easy to find as well. Roland was great. Super responsive and flexible!! If I make it to Middletown again I’ll stay here again for sure!

Cabin on Little River met our expectations and more. Myself, 2 sisters and my daughter wanted a quiet getaway. A charming open concept post and beam, pine floors and wood trim, woodstove for winter, deck with charcoal grill. It's very rural and IN the woods ( so bring bug repellant). Even though the host's home is visible you still feel tucked away. Kitchen and bath are modern and clean and the beds and livingroom were very comfortable. The soothing sound of the river is always present. It was relaxing to sit down in the adirondack chairs near its bank. The woods provide a place to walk. Lake is across the road. Glenn informed us of several events nearby that we were really interested in...but we never felt like leaving the cabin! There's a big firepit nearby and wood provided. Glenn is a wonderful host. A fellow artist, I asked to see his studio on the ground level. Even bought a couple small paintings. Do not hesitate to book this place if you are looking for a quiet respite!

House was very easy to get to and very clean. Surrounding neighborhood was nice and quiet. Outside igloo was warm and cozy. Downstairs game room was a hit with the big kids.

What a wonderful home and host. Check in was easy and flexible as we weren't sure when we'd arrive. We were greeted by all the fixings for stores and everything was well stocked. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were clean as was the pool in the backyard. We had everything we needed and Tricia gave us great local recommendations for shopping, food and things to do. Would highly recommend if you're traveling to the area with a group/family.

My family had a great weekend at Kristin’s house. I love this Beautiful, clean, well maintained property. The fire pit is great for marshmallow. We did not get to use the lovely pool because it got really cold at night. Bonus: filtered water from fridge, blinds + curtain, skylight in bathroom.

This was our first time at the Barn. There were 8 of us. We had plenty of room. Plenty of parking. MaryBeth and Doug are extremely friendly. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the Barn. Will definitely book there again next year.

We had a lovely girls weekend at Sara’s house! It was an absolutely perfect location, easy to get to Newport and the beach/cliff walk. The house comfortably slept our larger party. I would highly recommend staying here!

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
