Me and my group of friends had an amazing time at this airbnb in the mountains! It was truly a magical experience and a much needed peaceful getaway. I would highly recommend as the house is absolutely gorgeous and the surrounding neighborhood is friendly and stunning. The lookout over the lake was absolutely breathtaking. The amenities went far beyond what we expected and we were pleasantly surprised by how prepared the house was for us. The host was super responsive and helpful and we felt very safe there. Amazing experience!!

Very cute and comfortable house for our family of 4. It’s defiantly like a 20 min drive to a grocery store but we loved the location and the quietness! Loved being right on the lake and the boys could practice fishing and take the kayaks out! We loved the games in the house and the reclining chairs! It had just rained so the furniture outside was wet so we couldn’t use that! The only thing I wish it had was some drinkable water… like a water filter we could fill up . We had to buy a case of water which was fine but would of been nice to have some water available . But the house is pretty perfect and had everything we needed for cooking and even the family that we were visiting, thought the house was super cute and cozy ! Would definitely recommend

This was our first getaway trip since having our baby. We loved this location and how private it was. Everywhere we went from restaurants to trail hikes was about 15 minutes from the cabin. The balcony was a great place to come back to relax and hang out. Our dog loved running around the open woodsy area. Thanks Luke and Sarah for sharing this jewel with us.

Michael is a wonderful host with a beautiful cabin with unbelievable views! We couldn’t have found a better spot to come relax and enjoy nature. Couldn’t recommend this spot more and we will definitely be back!

The views from the home are incredible, and the house was spotless! We enjoyed drinking our coffee with the stunning views every morning - I would absolutely stay here again!

The den was great! Exactly as described and more. Everything was clean and tidy. Great place to relax by the lake!

We had such a great stay at Steven's location. It was close enough to go to Bentonville biking and near other trails for hiking. We loved sitting in the hot tub under the stars after a full day of activities. It was so relaxing. If we make it back to the area, we will definitely book again.

Beautiful little location right on the water. loved having that to look out at each morning and evening. It was a bit cold to spend too much time in the water but we still went down. and hung out. Cassie was very responsive with any questions I had. I did miss the turn to get into the place and didn't realize we were surrounded by other in a campground type area, but that's probably something I missed in the description. The place was small but we liked that. Stairs to the front well lit. Would stay again.

Everything about staying at Gigi’s house went well! The house was in a great location for access to things to do in the area, just a mile from the main road through Bella Vista. The pet policies were accommodating and realistic. It helped so much to have a flat, fenced in back yard for the dog to run around in. The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen came equipped with what we needed. Gigi and Delton were quickly responsive to any issues or questions we had. We had to make an adjustment to the days we had originally booked due to medical appointments and they very kindly took care of it and immediately refunded the days we couldn’t stay. We would love to stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay! I loved that it was secluded and peaceful. The kids loved getting eggs from the chicken coup. I enjoyed coffee and reading on the screened in porch. We also saved some money buying groceries and staying in for breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the cabin so much that we have already booked our next stay! The cabin looks just like the pictures. The wood burning fireplace is beautiful. The sofa and bed are both really comfortable. The firepit is nice (bring camp chairs if you can), and the surrounding woods are so peaceful. Feels like it is very private and remote, however, the grocery store is only about 15 minutes away.

Kayla's place was just what we were looking for. My brothers and sister and their extended families had planned an outing in Bentonville to go mountain biking. All together we came from Texas and Wisconsin for a family get together and ended up renting 3 different AirBnBs. Kayla's house was by far the best of the bunch. The house was very well equipped and convenient to local attractions and restaurants. At one point we planned to cook out on the gas grill but found out that the propane tank couldn't be turned on. I texted Kayla and within an hour, she replaced the tank and saved the cookout. We would definitely stay there again even though my wife and I are not the prime demographic for mountain biking

Beautiful spot off the beaten path, way off! Our family particularly enjoyed swimming in the private cove. We brought SUPs and paddles around. And really enjoyed being off the grid. The kitchen was well-stocked, which made cooking so easy. We’ll definitely be back!

Very cozy little cabin! Location was beautiful and it was so easy to check in! It was a great price for an inexpensive little trip and not too far from downtown eureka!

This place is so unique! The house has meditation retreat feels with huge windows overlooking trees that make you feel like you’re deep in the forest. The small pond and cedar trees in the front are so different to the environment we were used to, and it was so nice to sit on the huge front porch during a rain shower, and listen. The hot tub was definitely a highlight of this place! It is covered, so you can relax rain or shine. As the other reviewers have mentioned, this place is decidedly in town, just in a little hollow that makes it feel secluded. We really appreciated the close proximity to downtown Fayetteville, and had a great time on our stay. Some of our favorite spots were the Little Bread Company, the used bookstore on Dickson, and the farmer’s market in downtown. This was our first trip to the area and we left loving Fayetteville!

We absolutely adored our stay at the Black Barn! The breathtaking view of Beaver Lake is nothing short of spectacular, with its shimmering waters and picturesque surroundings. The house itself is not only impeccably clean but also beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere inside. The bunkhouse, in particular, felt like a whimsical paradise that our 4-year-old couldn't stop raving about—truly a dream come true for little ones! We would wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Beautiful spot and well stocked with everything you might need. It’s a little bit out of the way but made for a great trip with friends to spend time together with gorgeous views!

The cabin was surrounded by a beautiful landscape. It was very peaceful and serene. The interior was just like out of a magazine. We had an amazing stay

Great spot for our family of 6. Kids loved playing ping pong. Well stocked with everything you could want in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning with a cup of coffee overlooking the woods. Highly recommend the bike trails in town. Really responsive and helpful hosts as well. We were really grateful.

This was such a nice, peaceful getaway for my family of 4 plus our dog! He had the best time of all being in nature! We loved this place and had a great time!

The pictures will never truly capture the breath taking views from this home. The house was everything we hoped for and more. We had 12 with 10 adults and we were comfortable. The home was very close to the dam beach, boat ramps and an easy trip to Eureka Springs for some shopping and lunch. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and very nice. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Beaver Lake.

We were very impressed with the Cozy Copper Cabin! We found a well maintained, very clean cozy cabin with everything we needed for our stay. We cooked our meals in the little kitchen and were amazed that Jessica had thought of everything we needed for a functional kitchen. We plan on coming back! Jessica was an excellent communicator as well.
