Great stay for three families. Big bunk room was great for the kids! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a big Thanksgiving dinner. The house is very well appointed and has lots of games and activities for the kids. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Wish the weather was better and we could have enjoyed the great back yard and lake access.

Pros: Cute decor! The hosts of this home were accommodating and communicative. The home is in a great location if you want to be close to Bentonville and be surrounded by nature, trails, and the water. The home is right off the water and has great amenities (paddle boards, life jackets, fishing pole (need to get your own bait and hooks). If you have a family with kids this is a great home; the lower level has two bedrooms and a den which allowed us to be close to our younger children at night and in the mornings. Kitchen is stocked with great dishware and cookware.

This house was exactly as shown in the listing—beyond beautiful and peaceful! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here for two months when we needed it. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Our family of seven (mom, dad, five teens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. There was plenty of room for everyone to be perfectly comfortable. All of the amenities (fire pit on deck, s'mores supplies, kayaks, games, etc) helped to make this a super fun and memorable experience for us all. We would love to come and enjoy this cabin again one day!

Great views from the home and back deck/patio space as well as the master bedroom. Daniel's place is always spotless and well-supplied that makes our time a blessing to soak up the beauty of God's creation. Convenient to all amenities in Bella Vista and Bentonville. We look forward to coming back again!!!! You'll love your time here but like ours - always too short :-)

Loved our stay! Very beautiful and clean. Only thing I would recommend is for hosts to make the living room a bit more comfortable. It was difficult to lounge in there due to the stiff seating. But other than that, wonderful and loved it!

This cozy cabin had a beautiful view. There were other homes nearby but we never saw another person. It was ideal for a weekend getaway in the peace and quiet. We definitely plan to return!

The “Bear’s Den” is really built to enjoy the view of the cove of Beaver Lake—the deck is to die for! Large, covered and lighted, lots of comfortable furniture and propane fire pit. We enjoyed morning views of the changing trees across the lake, and had dinner sunsets around the fire pit. Owners obviously took great pride in building this place—lots of interior space and large well-equipped kitchen. We didn’t try the kayak or SUP, but that would have been a great way to see more of the lake. Need a car with a little bit of clearance for the first part of the gravel driveway (low sports cars might have a problem).

We loved our stay here! The hosts were super friendly and kind! The location was beautiful and perfect for us! Kids had a blast swimming Ming.

This location had great lake access. The cove was great for swimming and kayaking. The house was cozy and very clean. Kitchen had everything you need to cook your own meals. I would recommend bringing your own grilling supplies if you want to grill- grill brush, more charcoal, starter chimney. There was a small bag of charcoal and starter fluid. We did not try the gas grill. And we did bring an extra roll of toilet paper at the suggestion of another review which we did use. The seating area outside has great lake views! Erica and John were easy to communicate with.
