This is my first choice for stays when I come to Claremore. It’s conveniently located to everything in town, has plenty of space, is clean and comfortable, and the price is fantastic. The host is very communicative and available to answer questions. Definitely recommend.

Ponderosa in the Woods is an awesome place to spend a few days, whether spending some time away from town, visiting people, or looking for quietness. You have everything you need, and it's only a few minutes to get into the Tulsa area if you want or need to. Just watch out for deer everywhere!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My wife and I, two of our adult children and their families ( 6 adults and 3 toddlers and an infant) stayed to celebrate a late Christmas with our son who lives near by. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that RJ had a Christmas tree set up and decorated very nicely. The gas fire place next to the Christmas tree really set the mood for a nice peaceful Christmas gathering. As for sleeping, we had plenty of room for each family to have their own comfortable space. RJ had all of the toddler and infant equipment we needed, which reduced the amount of things that our daughters had to bring. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked many big meals with no lack of proper dishes or utensils. There is a very nice BBQ on the back patio which we used several times. We found it to be clean and ready to use. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio with the gas fire pit/table to cut the chill. I highly recommend this house.

Great house, very clean and well stocked with all the amenities needed. Easy to get in and so comfortable. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and plush. Extra bedding and linens also available. My only complaint would have to be the train noise.

This was such a unique & cute place to stay! It was easy to get to & close to everything we needed. The home has been well taken care of & was very clean with comfortable beds. Jennifer was wonderful and got back to me quickly both times I needed something.

I reserved Cody Creek Estates for only a week and and half. But due to situations beyond my control I needed to extend. The manager was amazingly supportive of my situation and made it happen. This is a beautiful home inside and out. If I ever have the need to back to Choutea, this will be my first choice to reserve. Thank you for your kindness! J Butler

Came to town for the Chili Bowl this year and this place was great. Easy to find house, great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood, had a book on the table with everything we needed for our stay. Had a small problem with the thermostat not wanting to work when we got there, Charles stayed in contact the whole time and got a licensed contractor out that same day to get it fixed for us! The price was great for us too for the length of our stay. I would recommend this place for anyone coming to Tulsa!
