Nos encanto! El piso estaba muy limpio y ordenado, igual que en la fotos, todo perfecto! Jose estuvo muy servicial en todo momento y nos respondió enseguida a cualquier duda.. las vistas desde el balcon son inmejorables , y en la zona hay bastante ocio teniendo en cuenta que estamos en temporada baja. Seguramente repetiremos cuando volvamos por la zona !

the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

Mieszkanie jest takie, jak na zdjęciach. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Duży i ładny taras. Klimatyzacja działała dobrze, szybkie wifi. Basen po drugiej stronie bloku. Przyzwoita odległość pieszo do plaży. Ralph oraz Jasmin szybko odpowiadają na wiadomości. Od pierwszej chwili czuliśmy się jak w domu. Wspaniały widok na morze i miasto. Mieszkanie było czyste i schludne. Spędziliśmy tutaj 4 dni i na pewno z wielką chęcią wrócimy. Dziękujemy za pobyt!!!

A fresh and modern apartment with all the comfort that one needs. It was nicer than the pictures. Nothing to complain at all. If we go there again, I would book this apartment again.

The apartment was excelent for us(family with two kids) it was clean, well equipped (all appliances in house and kitchen were provided, air condition and fans were working very good), the neighborhood was quiet and safe (the grocery store and few cafeterias were close), the swimming pool was clean and not crowded in the end of August, when we were there. The only think worth mentoning is that the swimming pool in its shallowest point has got more or less 1,55 meter, so if you are with young kids who are not good swimmers you will need additional swimming equipment. To sum up Kim’s place is worth visiting and good choice. Kim was a great host, very helpful, prompt replying for any questions, very communicative.

"Дьявол кроется в деталях" : очень приятно после перелета зайти в квартиру в которой стоит бутылка воды и шампанское. Приятно когда чисто , когда хозяин Вас встечает...когда есть формальны едетали,но это лично к владельцу.

Izabela är väldigt hjälpsam och vänlig. Hon vill alltid lösa saker för dig om det är något som händer i lägenheten så gör hon allt för att hjälpa dig! Mycket bra läge, nära stränder och pool nedanför. Lugnt. Skulle rekommendera en tjockare madrass till sängen som skulle göra det lite mer bekvämt om jag skulle påpeka något:). Kanske lite mer utrustning i köket t.e.x potatiskalare, någon mer stekpanna etc. Men jag stannade 2 månader så jag trivdes bra!! Allt ser ut exakt som på bilder bra storlek för mig som reser ensam. Mycket ljust och fräscht, rymlig dusch. Lagom stor balkong med fin utsikt mot pool och stjärnhimmel på kvällen. Tack Izabela för min vistelse i din fina studio!!!:):):)

Near to the airport and convenient for catching an early flight. The apartment was comfortable, easy to find, clean and comfortable. N.B. Catching an Uber early in the morning was a challenge as none of the drivers wanted to come to the area (We waited over an hour for someone to come 30km away), so prebook a normal taxi company instead

Nos ha encantado el apartamento de Ana Belén. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Esta muy bien equipado y pensado para hacer fácil el hospedaje. Éramos 6 y no faltaba sitio para nada. Un placer enorme! Gracias.

Die Wohnung ist durch die Garage perfekt für Reisen mit Auto, auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Whirlpool und Grill ist ein echte Highlight. Bei der Ausstattung wurde auch an Kinder gedacht und es gibt ein paar Spielsachen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Check-in problemlos. Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb apartment! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm, and getting into the apartment was seamless and hassle-free. The apartment itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, and it truly felt like a home away from home. An added bonus was the underground carpark, which made our stay even more convenient. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough—it's a perfect choice for anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

The accommodation was as described. It is within easy walking distance of the beach. There are small supermarkets nearby & Aldi is a 35 minute walk away. There are restaurants within walking distance. It was great to have the swimming pools which are open all year. Check in & check out we're easy. The host is available, should you need any help or information.

Best apartment we have stayed in and we been to at least 15 . Very modern massive sun terrace very clean . We know this area well and this apartment suited us great close to bars and supermarket 5 mins walk great sea view from up on the sun terrace . Easy arrival very friendly key hand over with lots of useful info given . Great TV with fast internet sky sports etc . Will definitely return and can recommend 5 stars all the way

Carmen en haar man zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ruimte is vanwege het ontbreken van een keuken, net even anders dan een andere ruimte. Maar het bed is subliem en de plek is perfect. Een dikke tien van ons!

Jeśli szukasz idealnego miejsca na pobyt, to to mieszkanie jest strzałem w dziesiątkę! Położone w świetnej okolicy, zapewnia zarówno spokój, jak i bliskosc do miasta Alicante. W pobliżu znajdują się urokliwe plaże, parki oraz sklepy, dzięki czemu wszystko jest na wyciągnięcie ręki. Samo mieszkanie jest przestronne, dobrze urządzone i niezwykle komfortowe. Wnętrze jest przytulne, a jego wystrój sprawia, że można się tu poczuć jak w domu. Jeśli szukasz mieszkania, w którym można naprawdę odpocząć i cieszyć się otoczeniem, to będzie świetny wybór!

El apartamento esta muy bien, prolijo, con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Nos dejaron muy lindos detalles como un vinito, agua, cookies, cafecito. La vista del apartamento es impresionante, mi lugar favorito era en el sillón al lado de la ventana. El color del agua. La tranquilidad. Fuimos en marzo, asique habia muy poca gente. A 500 metros habia lugares para comer y supermercados. No nos queriamos ir.

Logement propre et très bien rangé. Hotte réactif, manque juste un peu de soleil dans le logement et sur la terrasse c’est le seul bémol avec le vis à vis … Le reste était parfait, le jacuzzi est vraiment un plus !! Couple avec deux enfants en bas âges Très bien

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the flat! The views are stunning and you can hear the sea all the time, so nice to go to sleep with! The decor is a little different to when the flat was pictured. A bit of a menagerie of pictures etc, there was no pillow or duvet protectors. But otherwise we did really like the place. The beds are super comfy, outdoor furniture is also really comfy. There are people who meet you to check in and out. Parking space allocated. The area itself is very quiet. We drove into Alicante nightly to find good choices, but we are out of season in march. It is really peaceful but the nearest shop is quite a walk and restaurants on the front we didn’t really try as Alicante is so close and we loved it there. We would stay again. We used the pool a few times and it was warm enough with sun loungers. Also used the sauna which was nice. There is a little well equipped gym and tennis rackets in the flat but we didn’t use either. Fantastiskt boende! Magisk utsikt och väldigt lyxigt område med uppvärmd pool, gym, tennisbana med mera. James var en superbra värd som svarade direkt om det var någon fundering. Kan värmt rekommendera.

Awesome place to stay in Alicante! Property looks and feels new. It's about 50 minutes from Alicante Airport nestled in a very peaceful spot about two blocks from the beach. Nice pool, jacuzzi, outside work out area inside the complex. Unit itself is very clean and has all the advertised amenities in great working condition. Perfect for 4 people and the added bonus is the 'solarium' patio on the rooftop with BBQ grill, dirty kitchen, patio furniture, and your own private hot tub/jacuzzi! Host communicated well and check in/out process is very easy. Recommend getting a car rental from the airport that you can also use anywhere in Alicante and surrounding areas. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again if I ever go back to Alicante.

Great apartment, nicely and tastefully decorated. If you like beach holidays this is the place. Javier is a very nice and helpful host.

Vennlig og ryddig vert som tok oss godt i mot. Svarer raskt på meldinger og er alltid hyggelig. Pen og ryddig leilighet som var enkelt utstyrt med det mest nødvendige.

To say this apartment ticked all the boxes of a perfect apartment for a staycation is a HUGE understatement! The pictures of the place are extremely accurate, there is actually more there than you expect when you begin having a deeper look around. It was pristinely clean and modern with a stunning balcony featuring a jacuzzi to top it off. There was access to an infinity pool however it was a bit cold to go swimming and the pool is not heated. The only thing I would say about the places was it was abit further from Alicante than we would have wanted and Ubers were a bit pricey but we made it work. I would definitely recommend renting a car when you stay for longer than 4 days as there is a free parking space for you on site too. Apart from that me and my partner had the most romantic and comfortable experience and we will 100% be back. Thank you Julia and Maciej for making it so special and leaving some wine, chocolate and strawberries out for us on our arrival. You’re great hosts 😊
