This house was easily one of the best airbnb houses I have ever stayed in. Mark was helpful, communicated with ease and the you tube videos of all possible 'tricky' points preempted any questions we might have had. The house was so well equipped that we wanted for nothing whilst we were there, plenty of space and beautifully clean. I would and will happily book this house again without hesitation.

The place was absolutely beautiful and very easy to access and get in. The view of the chickens and other animals from the bed was absolutely spectacular and we loved waking up to it every morning. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely book again if I’m back in the area!

Absolutely gorgeous home . We loved every moment of it. The house has an incredible kitchen and great little snugs downstairs. Lovely bedrooms upstairs and a large garden to the front of the home , surrounded by a bricked wall and some paddocks to the side. Some breakfast and drinks were left for us on arrival, which was lovely. We stayed for two nights and would definitely come back. Just a note for future guests : The house is hard to find for delivery drivers so just make sure you write in the notes that it’s opposite court lane on village road, otherwise they all end up going to the village pub , which is down the road! Bex and Kieran were such a lovely couple. Bex was super easy to communicate with and fast to reply with any questions I had which I really appreciated. The space is clean and cosy, perfect for up to two people.. she accommodated myself and my cat. There’s also a family of various pets including the friendliest chickens and sheep I’ve ever met! The location is great if you’re driving.. you’re super close to Bicester and other places. Thank you both

We were looking for a quiet spot where we could go for daily walks, work on puzzles, read and relax. This charming house had it all. Edwina gave us excellent advice on walks and dining in the area and it was spot on. Edwina always responded promptly with answers to our multiple questions. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and a fire was laid in the Inglenook fireplace ready to be lit upon arrival. There was also a welcome basket with goodies with everything needed to get us started. Edwina and the house could not be more cozy and welcoming.

Beautiful place and had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend. Only issues were due to the lack of kindling and fire starters which were state in the job description. When we finally got in touch with our stay manager (the chat function was for the general company) he told us they weren’t available due to it now being BBQ season. The exact date that started wasn’t listed on the property description or rule book on arrival. Also it never stated that these amenities wouldn’t be available during that period. I felt the blame was put on us as customers for the mix up - which should not of been the case. Aside from that the property manager brought us some in a timely manner which partially made up for it! Aside from that it was a wonderful stay and we all had a brilliant weekend

The warmer weather made for an even more pleasant stay being able to make use of lovely garden. The kitchen/dining area was perfect for entertaining and socialising. Great layout. All other aspects spot on too.

Stunning / roomy cottage - quietly tucked away - all the amenities we required with great access to local footpaths. Richard was very helpful and responsive. Cottage was clean, comfortable and homely with a lovely outside space.
