Beautiful location, nice inside, really worth the price. Host is friendly and communicative. The kitchen has just very basic tools and pan was in a quite bad condition, it's just for very simple cooking or better to bring your own knives and some basic tools.

Sehr schicke Unterkunft, für sehr große Gruppen ist die Küche nicht optimal, da es mehrere kleine gibt. Ging aber auch so. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett! Die Unterkunft ist besonders für mehrere Familien geeignet.

We had a wonderful stay! As a group of friends, we felt very comfortable and everything went smoothly. The place was spotless and well organized. The owners were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help while remaining discreet. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Všechno se nám líbilo. Velmi vnímaví a pozorní majitelé. Vše zařízeno pro děti, mnoho hraček. Sem se rádi vrátíme. Moc děkujeme za pohostinnost!

Wir sind absolut begeistert - die Unterkunft hat alles es was man sich wünscht. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Falls wir nochmal in den Winterurlaub fahren, wäre das wieder unsere erste Adresse 😊

We liked the stay in Klara’s house. We were the only guests and had the kitchen, living room, garden for us. Thanks for the thrusting! We visited the dam to have a little swim, saw the centra of Liberec and Jablonec but the highlight was a walk around the rocks at Besedicke Skaly. We had one rainy day but the house is cosy and comfortable to spend one day inside. Penny Market is on walking distance, other warehouses are a bit further but just 5-10 minutes by car. We met Klara just very shortly, but she was reachable by message. Thanks Klara, we enjoyed it!

We (us two and our 18 months year old daughter) stayed here for five days and had a wonderful time. We felt right at home with the little gift basket and the house was exactly as shown in the pictures. The view is simply breathtaking and we could watch some beautiful sunrises (thanks to the sleeping schedule of our little one) over the mountains. We didn't get a chance to use the hot pot though, but out neighbours seemed to enjoy theirs immensely. So this would be a must-do next time ;)

Sehr schönes Tiny House an einem Hang mitten in der Natur. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Magda ist eine super Gastgeberin und die Umgebung lässt für einen Ausflug in die Natur nichts zu wünschen übrig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns in dem charmanten, liebevoll gestalteten Haus mit Kamin und Sauna sehr wohl und heimisch gefühlt. Agartha und Greg sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die alles für ein uneingeschränktes wohlempfinden tun. Die empfohlenen Wanderwege waren genau das richtig für uns, vor allem die Wanderung zur Górzystow-Hütte. Es waren tolle, erholsame Tage bei euch. Wir können jedem diesen wundervollen Ort ans Herz legen, der ein paar Tage raus aus der Stadt möchte.

Nasz pobyt u Pana Tomasza był wspaniały! Pan Tomasz to pomocny i zaangażowany gospodarz – polecił nam świetne miejsca i zawsze był dostępny pod telefonem. Okolica jest przepiękna – dużo pól, lasów i zieleni, idealna dla właścicieli czworonogów. Mieliśmy szczęście zobaczyć nawet jelenie! Apartament był schludny, czysty i świetnie wyposażony – kołdry, kocyki, ręczniki w pełnym zestawie, wszystko przemyślane w najmniejszym detalu. Nasz pobyt oceniamy na 10/10, ale warto wiedzieć o kilku kwestiach: schody z kratki mogą być trudne dla psów, więc konieczne może być ich wnoszenie. Dwa z trzech apartamentów są ściana w ścianę, co może być wyzwaniem dla psów reagujących na dźwięki. Wi-Fi działało dość niestabilnie, więc praca zdalna może być utrudniona. Pomimo tych drobiazgów, gorąco polecamy – okolica i opieka gospodarza były wyjątkowe. Na pewno wrócimy!

Serdecznie polecam! Przepiękne miejsce i prowadzone z pomysłem. Bardzo przyjaźni gospodarze, dobra lokalizacja. Stodoła zgodnie z opisem bardzo nowoczesna i super czysta. Na plus dodatkowo przyjazny Piesio gospodarz. Nie możemy się doczekać żeby tam wrócić :)

We came to Jawa Czy Zen over New Year’s break with our dog; our friends unfortunately cancelled last minute which meant we had the place all to ourselves for maximum privacy. We got what we were looking for: restful sleep and naps, outdoor space for our dog to run around and play, time to unwind, cooking simple meals. We were lucky that we had 4 sunny days there so we sat outside in the terrace with our hot drinks. Highlights are: the handmade soaps from local maker and linen spray, plus their large window, terrace and fireplace. It stormed one night and the entire village lost power for 1 hour, Patrycja sent husband over with candles and a headlamp for us. The fireplace and candles made our experience during the blackout cosy and warm. Since our dog is terrified of fireworks, the location was perfect! We could see fireworks from the mountain towns and they were far enough that our dog felt ok to do her toilet walks. We really recommend Patrycja’s place.

Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern (9/8/1) bei Enrico und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist alt und einfach aber man merkt wieviel Liebe dort hinein gesteckt wird. Für große Menschen allerdings sind einige Beulen vorprogrammiert... Die Kommunikation mit Enrico war unkompliziert. Die Lage ist auch super, wobei man für größere Aktivitäten in alle Richtingen mit dem Auto mobil sein sollte. Für einen Familienspaziwrgang ist es aber auch vor Ort sehr schön. Es war wirklich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, wo man sich gleich Wohlgefühlt hat. Man konnte alles gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We stay in Liberec often and this is the best place we have stayed in! The house is hidden, thus private, and so quiet and peaceful. It is modern with all amenities needed. The garage was fantastic to keep our car safe. We enjoyed the heated floors and they warmed up the house very quickly. We needed a few more things for the house and the host was responsive and delivered the items quickly. I highly recommend this place!

Die Gegend ist traumhaft. Ein wunderschöner Blick in die Natur. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und das Haus war sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufgrund einer gesundheitlichen Notlage mussten wir schnell nach Deutschland. Die relativ kurze Entfernung nach Zittau war unsere Rettung. Zum Glück! Leider konnten wir deshalb nicht all unsere geplanten Trips wahrnehmen, aber die Gegend hat viel zu bieten. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele liegen in der Nähe. Perfekt für all jene, die am Tag nicht so viele Kilometer fahren wollen. Auch die Nähe zu Nová Paka war optimal zum Einkaufen. Die Kommunikation und Übergabe des Hauses verlief total unkompliziert! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, um alles nochmal gesund und fit erleben zu können.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem liebevoll und gut ausgestatteten Haus zu Gast. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist gut mit Wanderkarten und Touristikliteratur für die Umgebung ausgestattet. Es verfügt zwar über keine Heizung, aber uns wurde ein Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt, so dass es trotz kühler Witterung angenehm warm wurde. Wir haben ungefragt einen kleinen Obolus für den zusätzlichen Stromverbrauch hinterlassen. Am Haus ist ein kleiner geschützter Garten mit Terrasse und Grill vorhanden. Das Ferienhaus liegt an einem kaum genutzten Anliegerweg, so dass auch Kinder dort spielen können. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Pobyt v tomto ubytování byl naprosto fantastický. Moderní design a čistota, pokoje byly na špičkové úrovni, vše bylo pečlivě úplně nové, voňavé. Lokalita je ideální – žádná auta, žádný hluk, což bylo pro nás obrovské plus.Majitel Ladislav byl neskutečný a ochotný tak jak jsem ještě nikdy nezažila, byl velmi ochotný a profesionální, vždy na příjmu a připravený poradit nebo pomoct. Oceňuji také skvělé vybavení ubytování - pračka, myčka, kávovar - a klidnou atmosféru. Pokud hledáte komfortní a moderní místo pro váš pobyt v této oblasti, rozhodně doporučuji. Je to asi jeden z nejúžasnějších pobytů v mém životě - serves, design, vzbaveni, lokalita! Ladislav je superstar!!! Děkujeme a budeme brzy zpět

Strávili jsme nádherný pobyt a oslavu kulatin mého manžela v úžasném domě Pavla a Simony. Dum je nový, vkusně zařízený a naprosto čistý. Moc se nám líbil samotný design domu – promyšlený layout, praktické vybavení a útulná atmosféra. Děti ocenily velmi hezky vybavené pokojíčky. Velkým bonusem byl krb, který ještě více umocnil pohodlí, a podlahové topení, díky němuž bylo uvnitř příjemně teplo. Z oken jsme mohli sledovat nádherný výhled na okolní krajinu i kouzelné západy slunce. Hostitelé byli velmi vstřícní – vždy k dispozici a ochotní pomoci. Ještě před příjezdem zodpověděli všechny mé otázky ohledně lyžařských vleků a školy lyžování, což nám usnadnilo plánování. Cítili jsme se jako doma a pobyt jsme si moc užili. Děkujeme a vřele doporučujeme!”

Opravdu nádherné místo. Čtyři domy vedle sebe, ale velmi promyšleně postavené tak, že máte soukromí a nikdo se vzájemně neruší. Nádherné výhledy na všechny strany, balzám pro duši. Okolí je prostě krásné, kousek do lesa, na kole úplně paráda (u domu nasednete a za chvíli jste na singletreku pod Smrkem). Tvrdší matrace, což mi vyhovuje, výborné polštáře, vybavení domu je na velmi vysoké úrovni. V rámci domu není úplně nejlepší odhlučnění pokojů, je to prostě dřevostavba, ale to je asi tak jediná věc, která se dá zmínit v rámci nedostatků (kdyby třeba někdo masivně chrápal nebo plačící děti určitě mezi pokoji uslyšíte, to ale asi všude když pojedete spolu do menšího objektu). Celkově opravdu krásný dům na krásném místě, s nádhernou atmosférou vevnitř i v okolí.

Wir haben in einer Gruppe mit Hund Baby etwas ruhiges für Silvester gesucht. Zu unserem Glück lag das ganze Land unter einer zugefroren Schicht. Alles sah aus wie im Märchen, weiß und frostig, 3 Tage lang. Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt und die Ausstattung war schön und sauber und im Cottagestil wie wir es mögen. Einkaufen war mit dem Auto in der Nähe möglich und der Ort war super ruhig an Silvester. Über dem Feld konnte man die anderen Ortschaften im 0:00 Uhr einsehen, was aber trotzdem nicht zu laut für Mensch und Tier war (wir kommen aus der Stadt). Alle waren zufrieden, gerne wieder ❄️✨
