Good Host as well as the location, there was only a small misunderstanding but because of the host’s communication got solved in no time, definitely recommend.

Un lugar muy lindo y cómodo para poder relajarse y descansar, fui con mi familia y mis hijos lo disfrutaron al maximo !

Am avut o experiență extraordinară la această cazare! Casa a fost exact ca în poze – modernă, spațioasă și foarte bine întreținută. Totul a fost extrem de curat, de la lenjerii și prosoape, până la baie și bucătărie, iar Mike a avut grijă să ne pună la dispoziție toate cele necesare pentru ședere. Patul a fost foarte confortabil și ne-am bucurat de liniștea din împrejurimi.Locația a fost ideală pentru noi. Gazda a fost foarte prietenoasă și atentă, răspunzând rapid la orice întrebare și ne-a făcut să ne simțim bineveniți.

Totul la superlativ! Cabana este minunată, o oaza de liniște si relaxare. Decorata cu mult bun gust și atenție la detalii, ne-am simțit ca acasa. Toate utilitățile funcționale, in stare foarte bună si cel mai important a fost totul curat. Este fix lângă un rau si are o curte imensa cu multe activități pt toate varstele. Piscina încălzită. Gazda foarte amabila. Am putut sa ne cazam un pic mai repede la cerere, mulțumim pentru tot 😊

Ne-am simtit foarte bine in aceasta locatie. Am avut parte de multa liniste, intimitate, o bucatarie bine utilata, o curte frumoasa si bine ingrijita unde, atat baietelul nostru cat si cainele, s-au putut juca si alerga in voie. Am fost primiti cu ospitalitate si amabilitate..si am gasit chiar si o surpriza dulce, pe masa, in bucatarie. Multumim inca o data gazdei noastre, Silviu, si ii dorim mult succes pe mai departe!

Excelent villa and overall stay for us. we had everything we needed and our host was always helpfull whenever we asked anything from him. Great rooms, very interesting design choices (at least in the room I stayed) but everything matches the pictures which is great. Because it was winter we had only the small hot tube which was intimately placed so the neighbours wouldn't bother you. To be honest, we had our sceptisim at first because of the price but after our first two hours at the villa we realised it was worth it. The host clearly put a lot of work to make it so great. We didn't miss anything, great view and area, spitless clean and a very responsive host. Definately worth going, I totally recommend!

Locatia este foarte curata si dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie de la tacamuri si pana la masina de spalat vase. Livingul este mare si spatios cu semineu si iesire intr-o terasa mare care se intinde pana la marginea piscinei! Exista loc pentru gratar si ceaun precum si toate ustensilele necesare. Gazda raspunde foarte rapid la mesaje si ne-a ajutat cu orice intrebari am avut. Recomand cu incredere !

Mihai is a such a friendly host and had a heartly welcome during the arrival. He explained all the touristic places with patience. The house was pristine clean. He helped us to clean a piece of cloth and to carry the luggage to the home and helped during the checkout. I recommend the place for a nice and beautiful vacation when coming to Braşov. Sorin es un excelente anfitrión, al llegar nos recibió y ayudó con el equipaje, nos hospedamos mi esposo, yo y nuestras dos niñas así que su ayuda fue muy acertada. Luego de mostrarnos la casa se ofreció a llevarnos al centro de la ciudad en su auto y mostrarnos algunos puntos importantes de la ciudad. Además, la noche buena llegó a revisar algo de la calefacción y nos trajo "cozonac" que él mismo preparó, a mis niñas les encantó ese detalle amable de su parte. La casita fue acogedora y lo suficiente grande para nosotros 4, definitivamente nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí y el centro de Brasov estaba cerca como a 6 a 8 minutos en taxi y los supermercados super cerca hasta había un mercado zonal cercano también que me fascinó. Muchas gracias Sorin por tu amabilidad, 10/10 .

Este un studiou cozy, frumos renovat, cu atentie la detalii. Realitatea confirma pe deplin pozele afisate.

Estivemos 11 meses hospedados na casa do Bogdan e da Cristina. Eles são anfitrões FANTÁSTICOS!! A propriedade está bem preparada para curtas e longas estadias. Apreciámos, e usufruímos, bastante o jardim com relva e árvores de fruto. Uma vez que a nossa estadia foi longa, tivemos a oportunidade de cultivar a nossa própria horta na propriedade e melhorar a nossa perícia de jardinagem :)! A propriedade tem ainda mobiliário exterior e um pequeno parque infantil. A casa está bem adaptada para o inverno e para o verão. Fomos muito felizes na casa do Bogdan e da Cristina! Recomendamos vivamente!

Pobyt był krótki i bardzo żałuję, ponieważ miejsce, do którego trafiliśmy jest warte kilkudniowego pobytu. Jest właściwie w samym centrum, a równocześnie ma cichy przestronny dziedziniec, na którym można posiedzieć przy lampce wina czy książce. Pomieszczenia przestronne i ciche, dość chłodne nawet w upalne dni. Bardzo nam się tu podobało. Zaznaczam na mapie z serduszkiem. Miasto niezwykle klimatyczne

Am petrecut persoane 4 nopți, printre care si cea de Revelion, iar totul a fost minunat! Cristian este o gazdă foarte comunicativa, a avut grijă să nu ne lipseasca nimic, fiind dispus întotdeauna sa ne ajute cu orice informatie. Pașii pentru check-in clar explicați, totul curat, bucatăria foarte dotată, curtea spațioasă cu priveliște frumoasă. Am avut parte de o ședere liniștită, cu siguranță vom reveni.

Locatie usor de gasit, gazda amabila, curatenie ireprosabila. Ne-am simtit ca acasa. Recomand!

Wir haben uns sehr gut gefüllt vor allem das unsere Hunde "wie daheim" auch dabei waren. Lage ist Top! Die Therme Bukarest- die größte in Ost Europa,ist nicht weit weg und einen Ausflug wert. Alles war Super!

This is our second time staying at Luminita’s place. The location is perfect for walking anywhere in the citadel, but also slightly off the main square so there is absolutely no noise to bother you. It is also a great space with a family, with plenty of room for kids to sleep and to be active. Highly recommend for an authentic stay in Sighisoara.

Am avut o experiență plăcută la această locație. Nu am căutat lux, ci un loc confortabil și curat, iar asta am găsit. Camerele au fost bine întreținute și dotate cu toate facilitățile necesare. Personalul a fost amabil și prompt în a răspunde la orice solicitare. Locația a fost exact ceea ce ne-am așteptat și ne-a oferit tot ce aveam nevoie pentru un sejur relaxant. Recomandăm această locație celor care caută un loc simplu și confortabil pentru a se caza.

We stayed for 3 nights, 5 people: 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby, it was enough space for what we needed. We didnt spend too much time in the house as we were visiting some relatives but for what we wantet it was great! Very clean and new. Very quiet neighborhood. Thank you!

Mimo późnej pory przyjazdu zostałem przywitany przez gospodarzy i mimo bariery językowej poczułem się jak oczekiwany gość:) Na powitanie lokalny destylat, dzień później dostałem pyszne ciasto:) W domu bardzo ciepło, czysto, jest wszystko co trzeba, choć sama kuchnia raczej archaiczna. Nowoczesna łazienka z gorącą wodą. Bardzo przyjemna sypialnia na piętrze z komfortowym łóżkiem. Wygodny salon z telewizorem i ogrzewaniem podłogowym. Komfortowo i przede wszystkim bardzo cicho, jeżeli komuś nie przeszkadza szczekający pies czy pianie koguta. Pewnym problemem mogą być bardzo strome schody na piętro. Dom nie jest umieszczony w jakimś spektakularnym miejscu, jest wciśnięty miedzy inne domy. Bardzo miły pobyt, super odpoczynek, bardzo polecam.

I am very impressed concerning the renovation of such an old building. A cool combination of a traditional 1940s house with modern standards. The only thing that is different in the photos (but in a positive sense) is the kitchen as it is now all new and superbly equipped. The host is very kind and welcoming - many thanks for having something to eat in the fridge! After a day's driving this is really very nice. Very good place for outdoor gatherings because of the well-equipped gazebo and the bathroom available outside. The host speaks perfect English :) Wi - fi: works flawlessly, Cleanliness: very well cleaned accommodation, Neighbourhood : quiet and peaceful.

Ne-am simțit foarte bine pentru 5 zile în care am mers la ski la Cavnic. A fost important pentru noi (grup de 5 persoane) să avem bucătărie bine utilată și mașină de spălat. Au fost probleme cu căldura în prima noapte dar după ce am semnalat a fost rezolvată eroarea termostatului și seara când ne-am întors de pe pârtii era cald și bine. Gazdele au fost drăguțe și ne-au oferit dulceață și miere din producție proprie. Dacă revenim în zonă cu siguranță vom căuta aceeași cazare.
