amazing location, right beside the beach. your next to all these cool restaurants and cafes. it's a 10 min walk down the beach to the night life area, which was prefect cause we liked the quiet and then if we felt like partying it's a short walk

Five stars for everything. Our one-week stay was perfect for our needs. We felt at home right away and we were able to relax. We had lunch overlooking white beach on Boracay on one of the days but otherwise just took time out. The studio apartment is a good size in a modern building and had everything we needed. The air-conditioning is superb, cooking facilities and utensils are relatively new and the fridge/freezer is new with plenty of room. There is hot water in the shower and with good water pressure (make sure the pump is switched on) which gave us the best shower so far in the Philippines. Ana Rose and her team are great hosts and the on-site convenience store had most items we needed with vegetables available just across the road. We had a rental car and were able to park onsite. The view of garden and palm trees is very pleasant. Being in a small village and on the main road we did find it a little noisy at night especially dogs and local karaoke. Highly recommended.

Elena has a wonderful place. She was hospitable and accommodating and answered Messages quickly at all hours of the day. The place is a bit farther from the action than most places, but easily accessible by tricycle. Her complex also has some very cute and friendly cats and dogs outside so that was definitely a plus for us

The unit is as advertised. Very spacious. We got the barkada suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 T&Bs. We asked for an extension and they charged as a very affordable per hour rate. The location is also very good. It's just walking distance from the Pamilihang Bayan and town plaza.

We had a great vacation and enjoyed our 5 days stay at the place. Though it is not near the main beach it is very accessible by using the HOHO bus and we love that some of tourists destination like Puka beach and Keyhole are near, it also has a beach that is walking distance. The host is responsive and was able to give clear instructions which helped us during our stay. For activities, I highly recommend that you contact the person she told recommended to us Kuya Efren since he is very accommodating. If you are planning to have a peaceful stay at boracay after a long day of activities do not hesitate to book this place.

Chill place close to the beach. Rosaly and Hermes were friendly. Good ac and internet.

The stay at Ryan's place was really great! The place is really clean and peaceful, a bit far from the D'mall — around 15 minutes etrike ride away but overall, our stay was really nice and July was very hands on and kind enough to set up the place for our celebrant's bday surprise. Highly recommend this place if you wanted peace and relaxation.

June was great at communication. We were met at the airport and guided all the way to the apartment. A first class service. We changed our plans at the very last minute due to us being unable to go to the Camotes due to the weather and came to Boracay. June was tremendously helpful especially at such short notice. The stay was everything looked for in a 6 month stay in Boracay.. the residence was like home for 6 months I am spoiled now and expect every stay to have an ocean view / mt./golf course view every moment of every day it’s really nice to have a private beach at your disposal too. And then there’s Pooka Beach not 5 minutes away where you can get the locals vibe . 10 minuets on an ETrike or the Hop on Hoo off bus. And you’re at the world famous White Beach and D Mall. Chilling for Happy Hour.the host was quite responsive and a wealth of knowledge of the things to do and see. I highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Lovely spot, a little hard to find first go but the locals are super friendly and helpful. We loved living slightly off the tourist route and in a nice quiet and secluded spot. You can easily get a trike into town from the main road, costing 200 Passos a go was a good deal. Fully recommend. 👌

the view is absolutely spectacular! it's a unbelievable way to wake up everyday. you can see the unit from station 1 and from the old west cove ruins. the staff was top notch and everyone serviced us so well. the in room romantic dinner was well worth the price too. we had a wonderful evening. it's part a larger property, so you need to reach out to find out how to get there. I'm use to getting a message on Airbnb before check-in and this one didn't. just a small thing to note when booking this one. I would definitely stay again
